The technician did not inform us of the exorbitant price of the Freon prior to charging our system. Later, after we had agreed on a payment program they fraudulently charged our credit card for the full amount due. Not only that, the technician later came back to intimidate and threaten us because we didn't immediately pay the full amount due. They are very unprofessional and we will not do business with them again.

My wife and I had scheduled a tune up on our AC unit. After setting a date and a time for the service, we were surprised to get a phone call asking us to change it to the next day. We were told that we would be the second service call of the day and that they would arrive between the hours of 10am and 12pm. At around 2 PM we decided to call them. We left multiple messages inquiring to what was going on with our service since they were already two hours late and had not called to inform us what the situation was.
Finally at 4 PM we were able to speak to someone in the office and we were notified that they would not be able to get to our residence until after 6 PM or we could schedule it for the next day. This company has a very bad communication skills with its customers. Being a business owner myself I understand that things happen but you need to communicate your delays with your customers.

They installed an new AC in my mother-in-law and father-in-law mobile home 9 month's ago it quit working she call them and they told her to call someone else so she did. The company that came out could not fix it under the warranty because it was improperly installed so now they have to pay 1, 500 $ to have it fixed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
