I came home from the hospital only to find that at 2:30 on a Friday my AC was off and it was 92 degrees inside. I called and spoke to Jason and he said he had a cancellation and Derrick would be there as soon as he left his last job.
Derrick arrived within an hour and checked it out, he determined that it did need replacing which I thought because of the age. I received a quote on Friday night and spoke to Mohammed on Saturday that they could install on Monday. The quote was very good with all the information I needed. I did not get my AC unit from them only because a coworker's husband has a company that I didn't know on Friday. They have a toddler and a baby on the way so I wanted to support them.
If I didn't then I definitely would have been having Polar Express do the job!!!

Mohamed is by far the best in town. There have been several times that he has come through for myself and my family with solutions to the actual issues with our HVAC systems. Most recently, we were out of town with our mother in law house sitting when our air handler had a power issue. We called another company as I didn't have Mohamed's number on hand.

They came out twice, wasted several days ordering parts and refused to repair our system insisting on replacement. Luckily I was able to reach out to Mohamed on Facebook, let him know of our troubles and he squeezed us in the same day. Literally 3 hours after we talked, the ac that another company assured us was completely dead was running like a champ. I won't call anyone else for service.

I called Polar Express and spoke with Heather. Heather was very attentive and promised to get someone out. Derick (the technician) arrived on time and trouble shoots the exterior unit and finds the problem. Derick then inspects the interior unit to assure everything's ok. The professionalism, honesty and expertise was incredible! I am very grateful for the service that was rendered.

Mohammed sent a text each time before he came - estimate, installation and follow up - and showed up on time. He has a great, friendly/happy attitude and you can tell that he is not only knowledgeable, but also really enjoys his job. This is the second home that Polar Express has done an installation for me and I wouldn't use anyone else!

Mohamed was amazing! He came out to give me a second opinion after a different company said it would thousands of dollars to fix my issue. With in 30 seconds he figured out the other company had miswired a part which was causing my issue! He was so professional and throughly showed and explained to me what was wrong and how he was correcting it. Even documented it so I can go back to the other company to try to get money back. I can’t thank him enough! Also shout out to Heather in the office for being so helpful and getting me scheduled so quickly.

I'm an Orange County homeowner of more than 25 years and currently have two Trane HVAC units. I called Polar Express after seeing one of their trucks in my community. Time will tell, but so far, excellent. I have above-average knowledge of mechanical engineering and typically, with great accuracy, can predict how a technician will perform. Although this was simply a maintenance call, my observation and conversation with the technician left me with a very favorable opinion. His level of knowledge far exceeds what I've previously experienced.

Our A/C was not cooling well and we contacted Terry who came out to recharge it so we could make it thru the weekend. We selected a new unit to be installed and we are very pleased; more importantly, cool! Terry and his installers are professional, polite, and do a great job.

This is a pretty non-traditional review for service. This past week my AC stopped working. My usual go-to for AC service was not able to come out that day so I began research for another company. I called one who was very rude on the phone and then came across Polar Express. I called and spoke with Terry and explained my problem. Terry actually diagnosed the issue over the phone and told me how to fix it! Terry didn't know me but actually chose customer service over making money for an "easy" repair.

I truly appreciate his honesty and ethics. Needless to say next time I need anything for my AC, I'll call Terry at Polar Express. If he's this nice for free, I can only imagine his service levels on a job. Don't hesitate to reach out and give Polar Express a try if you need any AC service or repair!

We called Terry at 8:30pm on a Thursday evening when our AC suddenly shut down. He answered the phone amazingly helpful! He was very willing to help us troubleshoot our problems over the phone so we wouldn't have to wait until the next morning for his in home service--he even allowed us to FaceTime him so he can walk us through safely navigating our system! How nice is that?! He's extremely friendly and went above and beyond his call of duty. He also knows his stuff. Prices were as expected. Definitely recommend.

Exceptional service, care and concern! For the first time in more than seven years I don't feel like I was ripped off by an AC company! My sister recommended Terry after I came home on a Saturday evening in June to an 81 degree (and climbing) house! Now that I'm of a certain age, I knew that if I didn't get the air fixed.someone was gonna get hurt!

So I called Terry, scared to death he would recommend replacement for my 14 year old unit. I just don't have the cash stashed for replacement yet.but my word.it was a capacitor and he had it all done, including a great chat, in about 10 minutes! Our AC started blowing hot air late in the evening on a hot summer day. Which for us is an emergency as my husband's mother lives with us and she is a cardiac patient and cannot be in the heat. It's Terry Strickland and Polar Express AC's reputation that led me to contact them. He had such glowing comments on our NextDoor board, you could hardly choose anyone else. He came to perform a standard check-up of our system and found a freon leak, which could have caused our whole system to fail. He also refilled our freon. Terry and Oscar are a class act -- courteous, helpful and polite (he took off his boots before entering our home).

I highly recommend you consider Polar Express for your AC needs, but I wouldn't wait till Summer; he's bound to get very busy. Call or text him at 321-263-1351. You won't be sorry.

When I first contacted Polar Express to request a quote for a new AC unit Terry answered promptly and was very accommodating in meeting our scheduling needs. His price was very reasonable (we had already gotten a few quotes) especially for the Energy Star Trane unit we would be receiving. Terry and team showed up on time and were all very professional and courteous.

They installed the new unit in the expected time and even cleaned up as they went along. The rug and garage looks better now than when he arrived which I appreciate. I would highly recommend this business for your AC needs for Terry's professionalism, reasonable quote, and high work ethics.

We just had a wonderful experience with Polar Express. Our AC stopped working late yesterday afternoon and on a recommendation called Terry (the owner) about 7pm at night. Terry was very professional on the phone and even though I had caught him running a personal errand he took the time to ask all the right questions to properly assess the situation.

Once he realized we did not have any AC at all (and hadn't for more then a few hours) he said he himself would come right over! He showed up about 10 pm and by 10:15 had the AC unit up and running! He was well prepared by having a well equipped stock of parts on his truck so there wasn't any waiting until the next day! He fixed it right then and there.

And for the service call to have been very late/after hours the service fee was very reasonable. Terry could not have been more professional, prompt or efficient. We will absolutely be using Polar Express for AC (and heating) going forward. We cannot recommend him enough!

Absolutely fantastic service. My HVAC system stopped working late in the day (after 5) on a Thursday. I called a few big named HVAC companies. None of them would come out that night. I called Polar Express and the owner answered and sent his team right away. Mohammad and another gentleman came out and it was determined that I would need a major repair or purchase a new AC.

Since my unit was old, I went the route of a new unit. Mohammad stayed up late and found a unit and was able to get it next day. The Polar Express team came Friday and stayed late to get it installed. I highly recommend this business.

Polar Express came to our rescue!! The AC in both our house and my daughter’s house went out just one day apart. Mohamed came to our homes to assess and then give an estimate right away. He searched for new air handlers and compressors for both homes. Jason went to a lot of trouble by driving all over to pick up the different parts so that everything could be installed the next day. I could not have asked for a better service as this all happened on some of the hottest days of the summer.
