They came out the SAME DAY after our home warranty company called them. The technician was very personable, knowledgeable, and polite. The fan motor went bad and he had it ordered and replaced the very next day. He gave the system a thorough check and made sure all was well. Runs much smoother now with no noise.

I have nothing but praise for Nelson and his associate from World Class AC service. This was a home warranty call from american home shield and I experienced none of the issues reported in other reviews. I was given a reasonable window, they called when they were 30 mins away for a heads up. They were very thorough with their repair and were patient to explain things to me. They were extremely honest about a possible need for follow up and promised to check back with me. I would use this company again without reservation.

Very happy with their service. They came out quickly and were willing to come to the house after 8:30 in the evening even though it was storming. They found the problem quickly and were done within half an hour. The service technician made sure everything was working before leaving. Most companies charge about $25 to $30 cheaper for coming out in an emergency but World Class part prices were a good deal. Will be using them in the future. Thank you Charles for giving me confidence again in finding a AC repair company.
