Jim and his partner went above and beyond to get our HVAC back up and running. They worked super fast and were very respectful of our house during the process of coming in and out. Nick was very polite. He called prior to coming as I requested. He complied with my request to mask and use shoe covers to ensure my health concerning my pulmonary issues.. It took a long time to set up my phone with the Resideo app to control the AC. He also had to go in the attic. He swept up the insulation that followed him down and was careful not to get it in the house.

On Saturday our air conditioning stopped working. I checked almost everything and could not find the problem. On Monday morning at 7:21am I contacted the Maronda Homes Customer Care website. At 8:29am Maronda's Customer Care Center emailed me they have submitted a work order to Mechanical One. At 8:55am Nicole from Mechanical One called me to tell me their technician is in Cocoa and will be at my home in Merritt Island next. 20 minutes later Terry from Mechanical One arrived.
I told him everything I checked and he immediately went to the water drain which he discovered was clogged. Terry vacuumed it out, filled the outside pipe with some water and by 10:00am our air conditioning was back working. Terry's knowledge and work was fantastic! I found him to be an excellent technician. He knew his stuff! He also gave me a good education on how to properly maintain the drain so this does not happen again.
From the time Nicole from Mechanical One called me at 8:55 am, our air conditioning was back up and running within 1.0 hour. To me this was incredibly fast and EXCELLENT service. If I could give them a 10 rating I would. Thank you VERY much Nicole, Terry and Mechanical One!
