We frequently are congratulated for successfully diagnosing and repairing systems where three or four other A/C companies have failed.
I always look forward to having the early (8:00am) appointment and seeing my regular guys - Gus, Eric and now Eddie too and especially chatting and keeping up with Vivian. Everyone is just great, and so friendly and helpful. Aloha has been our company from the start. They always do our maintenance on a regular and timely basis, and always on the exact time of appointments.

I called to have them come out to give an estimate for an issue we had with the ducting. They looked over my system and said that the issue was a DIY project and not something I needed to hire them to do. They explained step-by-step how to go about it and left without charging anything for their time. I always appreciate an honest person, and I would definitely call them when the A/C actually needs a professional. Thank you!

I called aloha this afternoon when another local whittier ac company had given me an outlandish quote for replacing a small part in the ac unit. Vivian was very nice on the phone and said we would be next service for her technician. Within 1 hour Brian arrived. He was so pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, and explained even really well. He replaced the part, came in to the home using shoe covers, and checked the air flow and temp.
He was in an out in under 45 minutes and did a great job. We were so worried with the heat wave and small baby at home, but aloha really came to the rescue with great service and reasonable prices. We will call them first next time!

It's nice when you find people and a company that actually CARES. Vivian is SO great to speak with on the phone. She went out of her way to get our AC fixed ASAP. Gus is great too. He came right over and fixed our AC at a price that was less than other AC/Heating companies would have charged. And he didn't leave until it was all checked out and working great. Vivian is a fantastic small business owner. She responded quickly, and was able to tell me that this central air conditioning unit had not been serviced, at the regular 6 month schedule that should have been. She had technicians come out within a couple of business days. They cleaned the unit, and changed the filter. The technicians showed me how to change the filter too.
It was not a unit I had ever used before, but it like all others is easy. Subsequently, the contol panel failed, this time they came out to repair it at lightning speed. In the midst of this pandemic: their technician came with a required mask, gloves, and paper shoe covers. This level of care for themselves, and their customers clearly shows they are a company you should hire, and you should have an ongoing contract with. Praying everyone stays safe out there.

I highly recommend Aloha Air! They have been servicing my AC/heater for the last 5 years, and I have been very happy with their service every time. They call and remind me when it's time for service, which is so helpful! They are prompt, efficient, and have fair prices. What is most important to me is that Aloha Air is very trustworthy. Aloha Air in Whittier, Calif has served us wonderfully the past many, many years. Their customer service is very good. Labor is always exceptional. We have always purchased their maintenance service that comes twice a year to be sure all is well for a reasonable fee. Our older unit has lasted a very, very long time. We just recently had it replaced by Aloha.
The new unit functions perfectly, and meets all the new requirements that will become laws in California soon. Everything about the new laws was explained to us in detail. I know I can trust their services. Things have always gone well over the years. I am so glad to have them.

Aloha Air have been our choice for all our air conditioning, heating needs for over 25 years. They replaced our original air conditioner and heater system 15 years ago. We were completely satisfied with the quality and price. We are also totally satisfied with their services. We participate in their bi yearly maintenance plan to service and maintain our units.
They are courteous and polite when scheduling by phone, always good with the window frame of time. Gus is very friendly, efficient and careful to leave things clean and tidy. Their professionalism and high quality are well worth the investment.

Great service! From making the appointment to service! Vivian in the office was super helpful and pleasant to deal with. The guy who came out and did the service this morning, I think his name was Gus, was very friendly and got right to work since he knew my time was limited. He arrived exactly on time which is a huge plus as any homeowner knows. Nothing worse than waiting around for someone to arrive.
