Bruce Thacker, the President of A+ Air Conditioning, Inc., dba Bruce's Heating & Cooling, has been involved in the construction industry in some form or another since he was big enough to hand his General Contractor dad a hammer. What started as a very temporary move in 1980 to the "World's Most Beautiful Beaches" to help his dad develop his investment property by building a motel and 24 townhouses, ended being a permanent home and his family running the finished venture.Not one to be able to sit behind the desk instead of building the desk, Bruce was itching to get back into construction.
