The guy that did the inspection to do the maintenance was rude and pushy trying to make me get their silver or one of their packages (which doesn't offer any important benefits) I guess he had a quota to reach. He did a terrible job just complaining all the time (he finished in 30 minutes). I paid almost $300 dlls. I got charged again 6 months after for this "silver" package again and when I tried to ask why the woman on the phone (Dona) who said she was the owner. hung off the phone when I was trying to explain and asking why I was being charged again, very unpolite way to handle this situation.

Very disappointed since my husband is a Military Veteran and they work with several veterans. Just be careful when they offer these kind of packages and be aware of some rude customer service. Photos show after 30 minutes of service. and after paying almost 300 dlls for "this" of course I had to question why they were charging 89 dlls after 6 moths for their "silver" service.

If I could rate this company a zero I would. Do not use. You will have nothing but issues and they will blame you. If you use Beahan's Heat and Air you will NOT receive a quality install. You will, however, get an air conditioning unit that doesn't work. It will cause mildew growth and leaks in your ceiling. They will send people who aren't qualified to do the job.

Even after admitting an employee of theirs was found to be doing things during install wrong and your house is now on a 'hot list' they will still not reimburse you for the poor install and damage done to your home. If you call them for service for the install and the issues with it, they will pretend they fix it only for you to have to call back again.

We were more than patient with them. Multiple visits for continuing issues. Replaced ceilings due to mildew which they claimed was dust. This isn't an ideal situation for a healthy individual, and we have a kiddo with medical issues. In the end they will blame you and take your money for their poor workmanship. Buyer beware. We are now having to have it reinstalled by a different company.

They should be embarrassed and ashamed for how they handled this. We tried to resolve this peacefully but are now looking for an attorney. These pictures are how our unit current looks and the mildew on our ceiling. A brand new install from Beahan's.

Just got another opinion from a second HVAC company and they agree with the other company that Beahan is completely at fault. Per them, everything they installed is wrong. They also said that there are other things they can see that they did that if we aren't having problems with that stuff now we will in the near future. Our mildew continues to grow in our home as Beahan has stopped responding to try to rectify.

Prompt & professional service. Resolved issue in one hour + travel time for parts, which are expensive. Beahan's H/A are my go to from now on.

I cannot tell you how much I am impressed by Beahan Heat and Air Conditioning. I was told by another a/c company with which I had a service agreement that I needed a whole new system recently. They wanted to charge $5200. That seemed a lot, particularly since my system was heating and cooking just fine, so I contacted Beahan for a second opinion. Beahan did a thorough check, inside and out, and guess what -- there is nothing wrong with my system. Beahan charged $45 for an assessment, saving me thousands of dollars. Now that's what I call honest! I am greatly impressed and thankful.

We have been using this service for over a year for all AC repairs. He is always prompt and on time, prices are very reasonable and professional. Our AC went out after a bad storm and we called him at 7pm and he was at the house and had the unit fixed by 815! We are so thankful and highly recommend.

They provide great support, and timely visits and service calls. Their visit after the hurricane went on and beyond, temporarily repairing duct work until contractors could repair roof, etc. We have appreciated their answering our questions and making sure we are safe.

Got recommendation for Rod Beahan so called for an estimate from him to replace indoor and outdoor heat pump system. He came out the next day and gave me 3 different options. He answered all my questions and I accepted his bid on the Bosch SEER 17.5 3-ton variable speed unit. He was able to schedule the install in 2 days, and completed the install from 8am - 6pm on a Saturday. Very nice, informative, professional. Highly recommend.

While doing the service, Ron asked for the owner's manual (which I actually had). Rod turned to installation diagram and showed me how my system was wired wrong and/or not installed correctly. Turns out the technician (who is a friend of mine) installed my AC unit and overlooked three very important energy saving settings.

I anticipate the energy savings will pay for the service call in 3-4 months. I also anticipate the service call extending the life cycle of my current unit now that it is finally installed correctly. I highly recommended having Ron do a routine maintenance check/service/cleaning and double checking the work done by others. Ron is someone you can trust and one who cares.

Beahan's Heat and Air is awesome. Our A/C went out on a rainy day and when our regular tech wouldn't come because of weather...we found Beahan's and they we're here within an hour. They are very reliable, courteous and professional...plus give military discount. I would recommend them to anyone needing heating and or A/C service.
