During the recent cold snap our heat stopped working. Jeff came out on a Saturday morning and rerouted the system so we could have heat. Turns out we needed a new unit. The team came out promptly on Monday morning and installed the new system. Everyone who worked on our job was conscientious, efficient, friendly and polite. The whole process went smoothly and we will definitely be using JefCo for our maintenance and all other related services! Very happy with this company!

Our HVAC unit was purchased through JeffCo and we couldn't be happier! The only time we have had anything done was the yearly maintenance! Johnny performed our maintenance service this morning and WOW what a nice person! He was on time, incredibly polite and he is very knowledgeable. South Walton is lucky to have a company like Jefco. I called them to help with a broken AC at my rental property I manage myself. At noon my cleaners informed me the ac was not working and I had another check in by 5pm that very day. Jeff and his crew made it out immediately and replaced the entire unit by 8pm for my next tenant. They even worked with me on a payment plan. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. Hire this company for all your heating and cooling needs.

My husband has used JefCo for years for AC repair and commercial refrigeration maintenance/repair. Today I contacted JefCo for a repair of my grandmother's AC unit that went down overnight. She lives alone and with the summer heat, this became an emergency situation for us. They completely understood the urgency of our situation and were able to get someone over to her house promptly.

The repair was completed quickly, and they even comped us the part that broke down since it was harder to find and they had a used part at their shop that could work instead. In fact, the part they replaced made her AC unit work better than before. Johnny, his other colleague who helped, and Ms. Darlene in the office were all super kind, professional, and courteous.

The price was more than fair given the heat index today, too (100F!). It was an overall stellar experience and JefCo now has another fan for life! I highly recommend using them for your AC repair needs!

My wife and I had our system go down on a Friday night, our home was at 90 degrees in the middle of July. Jeff and company helped us when other companies didn't. As a local here in Santa Rosa Beach we highly recommend you use them for your HVAC needs. 10 out of 10!

We have dealt with many HVAC companies over the years for our many properties, and are extremely thankful to have stumbled upon these fine individuals. We have never had a time that we've called that they haven't made it out within the same day, sometimes within less than an hour.

Every install, service call, and scheduled maintenance is affordable & they provide detailed information and professional efficient service every single time. We've never been oversold, told our unit needs replaced when it needs a simple repair, or felt taken advantage of like some other companies tend to do. They offer after hours calls as well, which was extremely important to us-because nobody's AC goes out during business hours of course! We will be loyal customers of JefCo for many years to come!

I cannot say enough great things about this company! I needed a new unit for an efficiency apartment I was building. I gave them a call and it was The Owner Jeff who answered the phone! He asked me a few questions to assess my needs and gave me an awesome price right over the phone. He ordered the unit and his techs Johnny and Dee were out in 2 days. It was a complicated install but they handled it without any issues. All in all the service AND the price were phenomenal! I would recommend them to ANYONE!
