I called three companies requesting proposals for a new AC unit and air handler. Beachside air was timely and professional in their response. I chose Beachside due to their fair price and no nonsense approach to their proposal process. After winning our business they jumped through hoops to obtain the equipment we needed and obtaining a permit. This was all completed in within eight hours of winning the bid.

The installation team was courteous and knowledgable. As the install was nearing completion, Jeff, the owner of the business stopped by to meet us and ask the installation crew how things were progressing. We have found our Destin area HVAC provider. I have saved their contact information in my phone and plan on doing business with them for the foreseeable future.

Thank you Beachside air for a great experience. Four months after our install was completed we had an humidity related issue. Jeff and Jan dispatched a service tech to our unit for several visits and followed up with suggestions that could help resolve our issue. We noticed our AC was not running late in the evening. In the morning I searched for well rated AC service companies in the area and sent in an online request for service with Beachside before the were open for the day. At 8:02 that morning I received a call from Beachside. They had a technician at the house by 9:30 AM and were able to determine the problem within 40 minutes.

They were able to get the new blower fan motor by the afternoon and returned to replace it at 3:30. We were back up and running by 4:45. Thanks Beachside for the prompt and great service in our time of need!

Can't say enough about how great our experience was with Beachside AC. Honest, trustworthy, reliable, knowledgeable, thorough, etc. When they left our house after replacing 2 HVAC systems you couldn't tell anyone had worked there because they covered our floors and cleaned up after themselves. Our technician showed up wearing a mask, shoe covers, and gloves. They also allowed us to pay electronically and were able to easily communicate via text messages.
