Call us before you have them cleaned. Most systems that need ductwork cleaning have an underlying problem which caused the ductwork to be dirty in the first place. We recommend that your ductwork be inspected and pressure tested. The guys came out within the hour, once on the weekend and another time on a Friday afternoon. I have a two zone system and the upstairs and downstairs we're fighting each other. The gentleman identified the problem (two mode switches were set incorrectly), and took care of the problem. They were prompt, courteous and knew what they were doing. Thank you.

I highly appreciate their superior level of service. Frank, the field technician, is very conscientious and committed to getting and keeping the ac and heating unit working properly. I have always felt he had my best interest in mind. I have worked with them on my home 4 or 5 times and felt they were trustworthy each time.

These guys did a fantastic job installing my new air conditioner. We had it ordered from home depot and the order was messed up. the unit wasn't damaged or anything like that but it had no serial numbers visible and no way of identifying which model it was. Not to mention it was packaged in the wrong box! Once the pros got here they quickly diagnosed the issue and identified exactly what kind of AC unit it was.
It took them no time at all and then they were up and running! Total install time was incredibly fast and the work was superb. Thanks to them, I am enjoying one amazingly cooled home and I have no worries about the summer heat. Friendly and professional techs. I highly recommend!

Adkins worked on our a/c system for 2+ weeks. At that time they had multiple technicians that were not knowledgeable and were incompetent. They removed part of the wall and a door and door frame in our home in order to replace the air handler and cooling coil that they said were leaking Freon and had to be replaced. Typically, the air handler and coil would be collapsed like an accordion and easily removed through the doorway.
A few days later another Adkins technician ordered and installed a replacement air handler and cooling coil that would have easily fit through the doorway. It cost $800.00 for a carpenter to repair the wall and replace the door and door frame. Then two days after installing the replacement air handler Adkins discovered that the original diagnosis was incorrect and the system problem was in the condenser outside.
By this time the system had leaked Freon and had to be recharged again. The competent technician returned to service the condenser system whereupon it took him 30 minutes to fix the leak. Adkins charged outrageous prices for Freon and charged over $2,800 for their incompetence. We had no a/c for 2+ weeks. I did not pay the bill. Adkins submitted it for collection 3-1/2 years later.
This is additional information from my wife (her memory is better than mine): we had no a/c from April 1st until August! Every time we arrived at our beach house on Friday evening it was out of Freon. Adkins was called out to repair the leak. They recharged with Freon and said the system was "good to go". We were charged $500 for freon because of after hours service!
After replacing the air handler, it went out again 17 hours later on a Saturday. Adkins came out and again charged $500 to refill freon! That is when tech said it was outside condenser! Adkins had installed a new condenser a few months before the air handler issue. The new condenser failed 8 months later and needed to be replaced. Fortunately it was covered by warranty and we got service elsewhere! The unpaid charges were all for freon and labor! We paid for the air handler and new condenser.
