I recently requested Elite schedule us for an inspection of our furnace. John was able to schedule us for the following week, much sooner than I expected. The day before our scheduled appointment, Elite called to confirm the appointment and told us the Tech would call when he was in route. The next morning, we received a call from Sam who let us know they'd be here between 8:30 AM - 9:00 AM.

He arrived promptly. Sam introduced himself and was a professional with a great personality. I showed him my furnace and he began discussing the make of the furnace to me briefly. I left him alone to do his inspection after advising him that we had no specific concerns other than the filter. Once he was buttoning up the furnace, he showed me how to pull the filter and wrote down the size I'd need and asked if I wanted to purchase one from him?

I declined so he made sure I fully understood the size and how to change it. Sam was clearly very knowledgeable of heating appliances and stuck around a few minutes to answer questions about our furnace and our AC. Rest assured, this company and the technicians are professional, highly trained, and trustworthy. Worth every penny. Thank you Elite and thank you Sam.

I called on a Tuesday and later that day they was there to check my ac unit. I ended up and needed a new unit and they told me about their finances option. It is so easy to fill out and so easy to do the payment. Once approved, they came out the next day and got the new unit up and running. If you are hesitant about getting the I wave, don't be it is worth every penny! You can see the difference within days of getting it.

I had a furnace installed 8 years ago by a different company, and elite heating and cooling came in after I started to have problems and redid pretty much all the work of the previous company. Not only does my furnace work 100% better, ALL the employees were extremely respectful, clean, productive, considered of my child's nap time schedule, and went way over and beyond with the work they did to insure my finished basement was not destroyed. The communication and professionalism was amazing! I will only be calling them for any future problems.

I am so grateful for the generosity of everyone at Elite Heating and Cooling. My furnace went down a few weeks ago and John came right away to fix it and informed me that my furnace was from the 80s. I was then nominated by my best friend for the free furnace giveaway and won! I am so excited and thankful. Honestly I dont even know where to start with these guys. They did a complete tear out for us from removing the old furnace and old unit to all of the old duct work and replacing everything brand new it was a big job. Hands down the best HVAC contractor I've ever dealt with. They were very courteous and cleaned everything as they went along I dont believe 5 stars is enough to give these guys 10/10 I'll reccomend these guys everywhere I go.

They left our Wiring in horrible condition not doing the proper repairs. Seeming to want to make more money by jamming us for a full replacement when a full replacement by far wasn't needed. Had a second opinion look at there job and they explained and fixed the issues without any issues. Wouldn't recommend this place. Service: Heating system repair

Called in to get a estimate, very next day they were at house to give estimate, I agreed to there price, they ordered the material all in a week everything was done and looked great! Highly recommend giving these guys a call if need any Heating and Cooling work done!
