Went to the counter to return equipment I just picked up a couple hours earlier. They processed it and told me to drive over to will call, they'll be out to my van to get it. Another customer was picking up equipment, they loaded him up and went back inside the warehouse. I sat there for another 20 minutes before I went to go back to the counter to ask what was up. Store closed! This is unacceptable. Hopefully the equipment doesn't get stolen because it's just sitting next to the door!
