They were able to add me to their schedule the same morning. Technicians were on time, professional, diagnosed and fixed the problem. They recommended a service plan, but other than that they didn't try to sell me things I didn't need which I appreciate. I will definitely use them again. Service: Repair HVAC

Jeramie arrived early just in time for a down pour. He continued to work in the rain and finished the job. He was very cognitive about not bringing any water or dirt into our house which was greatly appreciated. I have a maintenance contract with Care and they have always been honest and considerate every time they've been to our house. We recommend them to anyone looking for a HVAC contractor.

Our A/C went out and they were able to schedule us a few days out. Shortly after scheduling, they called back and noted they could be out the same day. Well, the results of the troubleshooting were not great (likely need a new AC unit), the service was excellent. The tech was friendly and explained everything including potential repair options and helped schedule a sales call for later in the day to cover all of our options. We have used them for various services in the past and have always been happy.

We had a completely new Lennox HVAC system installed a year ago. The price was very competitive, the sales associate was very knowledgeable, and the installation team was quick and professional. A year later, the system is working fantastic. We had our annual HVAC system service and inspection completed today. Corey, the technician, was awesome - he was prompt, professional, and thorough. We've really enjoyed this HVAC system and feel confident it will be in top order heading into the Ohio summer heat. CARE is highly recommended.

I have been with CARE for several years. They installed both my A/C system and my furnace. They do annual maintenance for both. Through the last four years I have had the opportunity to meet many technicians and all have been professional, friendly and have taken the time to answer any questions I have had. Andrew was professional and friendly. He cleaned and did maintenance on our A/C unit and we fully expect to have a summer with functional air conditioning. We have been a client of Care Heating and Cooling for over 15 years and we have never had an issue with any of ther services. All Care's employees treat us like a valued client and I would highly recommend them for any HVAC issues!
