Our AC went out last weekend. Monday morning I called Atlas Butler and by noon a technician was at our door. He evaluated our system inside and out showing me everything along the way. It was evident that we had big problems. He expressed his concern and offered to have someone walk me through the extent of the problems. Mark showed up that evening at 6 and walked us through our options.
He was extremely understanding of our cost concerns and made sense of a system that worked within our budget. Dan and Zach showed up at 8am the following day and worked tirelessly to get us back up and running. It just happened to fall on the two hottest days so far this year go figure and by the evening we were comfortable again. Thanks again to the entire team for your help.

We had a hot water tank installed 4/2022 by Atlas Butler and let me start by saying the professionalism is top notch, our hot water tank went out on a Friday and we called to schedule an installation for the very next morning at 8am. Atlas text & called the morning of to notify that that would be there promptly at 8am. Shiloh & another serviceman were there at the top of the hour 8am.
The were very kind, professional and their work was great quality. They installed the tank in just a couple of hours, but the kicker is that they replace our old drain pipes and provided a drain pan and cleaned up the area perfectly! If you need any work completed please use this company! I hope you get Shiloh he is the BEST!

We have been Atlas Butler customers for the last 10 years. In our home they have installed heating, cooling, gas line and plumbing over the years. Today they installed my step-son's heating and cooling. You may find another provider that is less expensive but in our experience, after dealing with other providers for decades, you most likely will not find higher quality, response time, professionalism, and ongoing care. We highly recommend Atlas Butler!

Nathan was wonderful! He was very kind and explained everything to me. He made sure to show me what was wrong with our furnace and why it needed to be replaced. He went over the different options and even took the time to get on the phone and explain everything to my husband as well. He was extremely personable and enjoyable to talk to. I would absolutely refer him and Atlas Butler to anyone needed furnace or a/c repair!

I was EXCEPTIONALLY pleased with Atlas Butler! No one likes it when an unexpected big expense like a furnace and Heat Pump go out and have to be replaced but they eased it a bit! They got with me quickly when I found my system had gone out over night (8am tech assessment and sales call at 1030am). I knew the 17 yo system was having problems and was due for replacement.
I did some preliminary checking on pricing and they were comparable. By noon I was signed up for a new system to be installed the following morning at 8am! All parts in stock! They showed up with a crew of 4 and had the old system out by 930am. The new system was very professionally installed (VERY CLEAN INSTALL!), and they were out of there by 200pm.
They laid down runners to protect the floor, and answered all my technical questions well (I'm technical so I had a lot!) Also walked me through set up and configuration, and PM of the new system! I was amazingly impressed! Would recommend them to anyone! Jim

Our furnace turned off at 2:30 AM when the temperature was 10° outside. Will came out first thing the next day and was able to explain what had happened, how he was going to fix it, and provided options for future services Atlas Butler offers. We are very pleased and grateful this was all sorted out so quickly by such a professional technician and company.

I used Atlas Butler for some repairs on my natural gas water heater. It was super easy to use their online appointment system and they were able to quickly schedule a tech to come out within 12 hours of submitting a request. Mike (the tech) was a whole hour early and came over promptly after ensuring that the early time was ok. He quickly diagnosed the issue, worked directly with the manufacturer for parts that were still under warranty, and then let me know what I needed to do to get a hold of him once the parts arrived. Atlas Butler continues to impress me with their professionalism, high quality work, and responsive techs.

Technician Nick Martin did a great job of explaining the issues with my system. He was open to educating me and answering all my questions. Very impressed with the service. This was my first experience with Atlas Butler. I have no issues recommending them, and using them for future services, based on my experience with Nick.
