Very friendly. Come when they say they are going to come and call first to let you know they are on their way. I like to ask a lot of questions and the technician willingly answered my questions without seeming bothered by them. Thorough and efficient in their work. I have been extremely pleased with their service since having installed my furnace in November.

This company was very professional! The office was closed so we left a message and a return call was made to us in approximately 10 minutes! The technician on call came to our home in about an hour. I have used Fairfield Heating & Cooling for several years now they replaced our furnace our AC Unit water heater and have them out for yearly maintenance they are always on time professional respect your home willing to answer any questions you may have and fair priced and if something does go wrong they make it right They are my go to for all things heating and cooling because I know they'll show up I highly recommend

We needed to replace our heat pump and got several estimates. Fairfield was right in the middle of the pack, and we were happy with what they told us. They've been servicing our system twice yearly since installation and we have been very pleased with their responsiveness, punctuality, and quality of service and repairs. A+ in our book!

We had a new AC system installed last week. Jason & Cody did an awesome job with installation. We had the old unit removed and the new unit was moved to a new location which took some extra time and work. Still the work was completed in one day. They were very professional and courteous. And I can't forget to mention our salesperson Jason. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Great team work all around. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing new equipment or service.

I had them install gas lines and a new furnace that cost about 5000 dollars though since I was paying for a good furnace and a place that advertised through out central Ohio it was going to be the best work but was I wrong the gas lines was not placed in the correct places I had to add lines on my self and I keep having problems with the furnace plus the technicians that was at my house left there trash in my basement I know it's a basement but that's very unprofessional plus the first day they was here they only worked about 5 hours and left me with no heat for a weekend and told me they wouldn't work weekends because the company don't like to pay overtime would not have them do any more work or recommend them
