When our AC went out, we contacted Lancaster Heating and Air (Pickerington Heating and Cooling/Five-Star Heating and Cooling). They sent a technician out to see us the same day. After looking at our system, we found out that our current system is 22 years old. We decided to replace the system as opposed to making repairs because Shane was very knowledgable and professional.
He helped us get our new system ordered while he was here and ultimately, we are happy that turn around time is only two days. We will update our review once the new system is in, but so far, we are pleased!

We have required 1 servicing & 1 troubleshooting visit each over the past month - both times services by the same tech out of the Canal Winchester office. The prices are reasonable; and the personal service & thorough work by the tech were amazing. Both calls were for urgent issues. The response & timeliness both times were very prompt, with very pleasant & helpful phone staff. Would love to give the company and our tech 10+⭐️!

I was in a jam when my air stopped working and needed it repaired, so i priced around and Lancaster Heating & Air had the best prices, best customer services and the response time was on point! The tech that came out was very professional and detailed. I was able to get my air fixed fast and at a great price. I definitely recommend and will use again!
