Update. because I left 1 star review, the company told me they will no longer service or address any issues I am having with the new system. Basically all their provided warranties are voided -------- Hired them to replace old/broken duct work and install new Carrier Infinity system. The owner John came out was very pleasant to deal with before the job and any issues started.
Initially was told it will take 3-5 days to do. The job started early May and completed end of July. Feels like everything that could go wrong, went wrong. System stopped working the next due to low refrigerant, due to a leak. After they filled it, system stopped working due to Too high pressure in the line Heating failed due to Air in the Gas line, failing temperature sentsors.
Big gaps in newly installed duct work. leaking drain line. (video attached) crushed new duct work. I had about a dozen service calls and system still works half way. Last message I got from them, is that they came out too many times, and can't keep doing it.

We have dealt with TTC for over 10years and would readily give them a five star rating but our last experience was the worst example of customer service ever. They didn't show up the first day. The second day they were late but called. The technician had van trouble and was more worried about that than servicing our heating system. After the problem with his van was fixed it was left in our driveway all night long prompting a call from the police at 11:30 that night. The technician left the cover off our tankless water heater. Not even an apology from them after I emailed them. Lots of choices out there. off our list. Very disappointed.

I was given three companies by American Standard for my Water Tank. The first on the list told me they don't do Residential. The Second, Aspen Wall Plumbing told me they were too busy. The Third, Total Temperature Control were busy also; understood my position having no hot water and sent someone that afternoon. The Technician knew exactly what he was doing and after trying several solutions concluded I needed a new part.
He arranged for me to have it shipped overnight. It arrived the next morning and the tech return in the early afternoon and completed the job. Without reservation I would recommend this company. A Caveat to this would be to maintain your receipts. A year and a half I was billed for the services which I had paid for at the time. I called and was told to send a copy of my Credit Card Statement which I did.
A year later they billed me again and claimed they never received it. I told them I would send via email and the next time they asked for it I would show it in COURT! Horrible staff in the Office.

This is the second 5 star review for Total Temperature Control! John, the owner, called us back promptly and arranged for tech Jamie to come out to ensure us that our recent installation was working efficiently. Jamie, the technician, is so knowledgeable and thorough. Jamie went out of his way to make sure that customer satisfaction comes first! We not only recommend Total Temperature Control we also highly recommend their commitment to service and putting the customer first!

Mark did a great job. He was knowledgeable, very thorough, gave good suggestions to keep the our heater running well and how to get cheaper filters by buying in bulk and where to buy them for best deal. He was 30 minutes late but because he did such a great job, I feel TTC should still have a 5 star rating.

My husband and I were so impressed by the professionalism of the employees at Total Temperature Control. From our very first phone call and the way in which we were received to the finishing touches of our central air conditioning installation everyone was amazing! Our experience began with Dave Poirier providing an in depth explanation of every single detail this would involve.
The installation process began on a Monday morning and the installers greeted us right on time with a friendly demeanor. They even acknowledged our dog who can be a bit challenging at times. Jonathan and Victor politely introduced themselves upon entering our home and actually wiped their feet while doing so! They were so knowledgeable and professional throughout the week despite deplorable heat conditions in the attic.
They were extremely careful not to damage any of our existing structures. Upon completion of the installation, they did a final check of their work and made sure they left no mess behind! My husband and I were so pleased with Total Temperature Control and their staff! We would highly recommend this company! Donna B.

Total Temperature Control came out this morning to take care of my furnace that was acting up - The technician, Steven, was really helpful and diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. He went out and got the parts, made the repair, and the furnace seems to be working great. I was impressed by how quickly their office called me back (I had called them during non-business hours) and set up the repair. Thanks again - you all made a stressful situation a little less stressful (especially right before a big storm!). Cheers.

We have used Total Temp over the last 10 years for excellent annual maintenance and service. Most recently we had to replace and upgrade our air and furnace units. John the owner sets the stage for great personal service! The office staff, his family and installation crew provide A+ service. We were experiencing issues with our hot water. Basically, every so often the tank would give the error "blower prover failure" and refuse to make any hot water until it was restarted. Dude from Total Temperature Control came out and told us nothing was wrong, everything was working fine, that there was a little standing water from the roof coming into the tank that probably caused the issue, etc.
He charged us $170 for his 15 minute "diagnosis" and left. Next day, we lost hot water again. After that, every single after running out of water we would need to restart the tank. Tried to email them about the problem and request a refund, but they never got back. The next week, we had a different company come out and take a look (I won't mention their name here so as to not corrupt my negative review with advertisement for other companies).
They were able to quickly diagnose the actual problem and came out a view days later to replace the part (it was a pretty basic electrical problem). Don't use Total Temperature Control. Take your money to people who know what they are doing, or who will at least honorably refund you for when they make a mistake.
