After my ac failed on a hot weekend day, David came immediately and fixed the problem until a replacement system could be installed. He was very professional and explained all of my options clearly. Central Cooling did a complete replacement of our 15 year old central AC systems. They did everything they said they would and did so in a timely fashion. The installation crew (Mike and Bob) were courteous and professional. They protected our floors and carpet and cleaned up in a way that we hardly knew they were in our home for four days. Mike explained the workings of the new systems and the new thermostats. Other than the cost (significantly higher than I originally planned for), I am completely satisfied with their work and would recommend them without hesitation.

We had a problem with one of our mini split units where it sometimes stopped. We scheduled a service call that was a couple of weeks out, but due to a cancellation we got a last minute appointment. The technician, David, was very competent and courteous. His professionalism was greatly appreciated and reflects well on Central Heating and Cooling. Thanks!

I have been a customer for almost 35 years. My annual service contract includes and annual heating and A/C tune-up. The service technicians are knowledgeable and courteous. The service department does an excellent job of confirming the appointment, even calling the same day. However, last year I had an estimate for a new heating and conditioning system and was not satisfied.

The estimated cost was prohibitively high. Worse, the estimate included work that was not necessary. I asked for a breakdown of the costs, but they refused to provide one. They did not even offer to revise the original estimate. I had other reputable companies provide estimates which were considerably lower in cost for the exact same units. Similarly, the company quoted me costs for additions to the current system at higher prices that would be considered reasonable.

Of course my air conditioning died the hottest day of 2022 to date. They tried to do everything they could to get out to me as quickly as possible. He showed up on time and explained the costs and how he would be billing me since it was a weekend and an emergency call. Stefano went through his troubleshooting steps and answered some questions I had along the way.

Finally found the problem and he billed me for the exact amount of time he put into it. I have to be honest, the prices on their parts are A LOT but if you need something fixed by a reputable company these are the guys you call.

I would recommend Abdel to friends and neighbors, as I would Central Cooling. He was professional, efficient, and arrived on time. He asked me several times if I had any questions about the system, and showed the concern for the customer's experience that is a credit to him and to Central Cooling and Heating. You are lucky to have him!

Needing a new heating system, I contacted Central on the recommendation of two different friends. I met with Chad who is extremely knowledgeable, consultative, and solution-focused, and we agreed on the specifics. Chad was even able to accommodate an accelerated timeline, which I particularly appreciated. The installation team (Dennis, Kevin, Bob, Alexis, and Oscar) was courteous and professional.

They did a terrific job, including a thorough clean-up. The Central team quickly resolved a manufacturing issue that was discovered after installation (thanks to Chad, Stefano, Hans and Dennis), and then Stefano took the time to make sure everything was working correctly, that I was comfortable with the operation of the system, and that my questions were answered.

It's not surprising that Central has been in business for 50+ years. They take care of their customers and they do things right. I am very pleased with their work and highly recommend Central.

I called today during blizzard unaware if your company installed our HVAC units. Our HVAC system was not working properly. Jamie D answered and even though she could not find us in your system, she was so kind to stay in the phone and walk me through several steps to get our Mitsubishi electrical HVAC system up and running. She is the essence of what customer service is all about.professional, courteous, knowledgable, willing to help even if we were not a current customer, and above all else, just a wonderful human being. I hope Central cooling & heating knows what a gem Jamie is.

Central Cooling and Heating has installed and maintained my HVAC equipment for many years. I have recently experienced a very unusual and frustrating heating problem. I have had 5 no heat service calls - all with quick response times and very curteous service people. Every time the service people came, the heat was back on - making diagnosis of the problem very difficult. The last two visits were with Stefano who went through every component, isolated the problem and fixed it! I could not be more pleased with Central Cooling!

The gentlemen installing my central air were professional and respectful of my home and wore masks and shoe covers. They made sure to clean up after they finished the installation and took the time to explain the new system. I've used them for 19 years. Their service I'd great. Last year I had a new air-conditioning system put in and kept having a problem with it which they came without question every time I called and finally we track the problem down to my nest thermostat. They came to my house at least six times over the year and every time with a smile and address my problems and when we figured out that the problem was not there making it was the nest thermostat that they had not installed. They were still gracious and kind and took care of everything for me. If you need an air conditioning system or a furnace and want good dependable service call them.

I highly recommend Corey Kitchen and the team! Very professional and timely, and he took the time to really explain my options and the recommended improvements (I was referred to them through the Mass Save program). Very honest, too - it turned one I didn't need one of the recommendations and they were honest about that, which saved me some money. All around smooth process and high quality work.

These guys did our energy assessment and we hired them to insulate our 2-family home last February. Each unit is owned separately and they did a good job working with us and our neighbors for the assessment and then insulation (with 2 separate bills for each unit). There was some delay at one point to hear back from them between the assessment and scheduling the insulation work, but these guys seem pretty busy. Jonathan was great, he did get back to us (and apologized for the delay) and scheduling was easy.

The installers were professional and got the job done in a timely manner. The 5th star really comes from the way they handled a miscommunication on my part in terms of one small room I thought was already insulated. I told them no need to install insulation there, but it turns out there was only partial existing insulation. When the auditor from MassSave came to check their job he said the room was basically un-insulated, so Central Home Energy came back and added insulation in those walls.

I found out afterwards that our invoice had already been issued for the insulation minus that room and that they couldn't revise it. I felt very embarrassed! Jonathan was very professional about it and that's what I consider going above and beyond in terms of customer service.

The guys were efficient and friendly. They came to do an Aero-seal of the ductwork. I was very pleased with how they conducted themselves and how they explained what was happening.
