We had Tony and Robbie for a service call to see an older gas furnace. They were prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. We're sensitive to budget issues and provided good diagnosis and plan for repair and we would definatelty use Falite Brothers again Service: Heating system repair

My furnace stopped working right after a huge snow storm weekend. I was able to get a timely appointment with Falite Brothers. Jared and Rob came over and were able to identify the problem right away. They were very helpful and patient. I have an HOA so they were cooperative with coordinating with them as well. Sue and Nick were also very helpful with clerical assistance that I needed. Rob and Jared explained what the issue was in terms that I could explain and were able to come back two days later with new parts and a quick repair. Great service, would recommend!

I have been a long time customer of Falite Bros HVAC contractors. My unit is very old and sits on a roof deck. Recently, the system stopped working during the middle of the winter. The response from the office was great. Within two hours the technician, Jared, arrived and was able to temporally fix the system. He was professional, understood my concerns and provided a temporary resolution for a major problem. The office staff are great (they answer their phone). Very personal service. I would highly recommend Falite Bros.

Be careful. They mark up each product 10 times. Do your research and look up the product before saying yes. Update: got a second opinion and turns out that the part they wanted to replace was not the issue. These people are scammers.

After just purchasing my home, I was pretty upset to learn/realize it needed a whole new hvac system pretty much immediately. I was quoted by a few other companies and Falite Bros was the most reasonably priced, responsive to my 100s of questions, and attentive. They quickly and efficiently installed my new heat pump system during a pretty bad heat wave (my unit was in an outdoor closet) without any complaint.

Frequently checking in with me to make sure I was satisfied with their work during the process. After installation, dealing with mass save was a whole other issue. Falite Bros kept in contact with me and assisted me throughout that whole ordeal. They ended up fixing mass saves error for me so I could put that headache and frustration finally behind me.

Every person I interacted with from John in sales, the technicians, and to Sue in the office went above and beyond. They actually care about us customers and our satisfaction, which you can't say you see very often anymore.

This morning Tony Sousa performed my annual maintenance for the Heating components of my HVAC. I found Tony as courteous, punctual, and knowledgeable. He showed up on time and worked thoroughly to assure my HVAC was performing to spec. You should consider him a great asset. He provided a verbal summary of the service performed before he left.

Jared was courteous, personable and very professional. He obviously knew his field and was excellent in communicating and explaining the systems and reasons for issues. Falite does a phenomenal job- had Trevor out to install a new heat exchanger for a tenant today. They showed up on time, got in and got it done. Working with Falite means it gets done right the first time. Techs are highly skilled, amiable, and professional. Falite Bros. are the most professional service I have worked with. My system broke down and I called several companies to help me as I had no heat in the dead of winter and two young kids. They came to my home on several occasions to fix the problem. Trevor, the technician, gave me his number and texted me while I was away to tell me what was going on and ensured my system was up and running when I came back. I wouldn't use any other company when it comes my heat ever again.

Falite took a job to replace a complete HVAC system in my condo that not every company would take on because it's a P.I.T.A. building with awkward accesses, such as having to use a 10-foot ladder to get into the kitchen ceiling where the air handler sits. They stuck to their quoted price even though the job took two days instead of one due to the tough accesses plus a heat wave.

What I am most grateful for, however, is that when a tech accidentally damaged an appliance in the kitchen while up on the ladder, the install team rushed to have Falite's insurance department take care of everything, didn't bill me for the job until the appliance was fixed, and gave me a 5-year service contract for free when pandemic-related backorders meant getting the replacement part took a while. Nice guys on both the install and admin sides (Joe, Al, Matt, Dan, Brian), and so far, six months in, everything is working smoothly.

I highly recommend this business as I have had great customer service and reasonable prices. Albert, Jared and Joe I thank you for fixing my AC quickly and at a reasonable rate. You are my go to guys for all things heating and cooling!

Have used Falite Bros. both personally as well as commercially for over 30 years. Quality attentiveness and response from this organization has been outstanding. Problems are resolved in a reasonable amount of time at a fair and equitable cost. If your heat and AC units need repairs or survive this company is reliable and trustworthy. Always receive a rapid response time by professionals with a great back office to match. I highly recommend Falite for any of your HVAC needs.

Falite Brothers, It's always nice to know when an employee does a good job. RYAN & Glenn did a fantastic job installing the machine and a better job figuring how to connect the exhaust fan duct in the master bath. Very professional. You should be very proud to have them. Just before winter I got a new heating & air conditioning unit installed and I couldn't be happier. They knew exactly what they were doing and made sure to explain to me how to use the thermostat. I was glad to have a new system for the winter because of the cold weather we had this past year. I'm so excited and I know I can rely on Falite to always be available for any questions! Will do business with them again!

I had Failte come install my air conditioning system and they did a great job. From now on they're my go to HVAC company.

Rated one star because there isn't a zero. Their techs don't read the instructions posted on the equipment (it says to test pressure when running - they tested with it off.) Their first solution is to add freon if no cold air is blowing. They ordered the wrong thermostat, wrong air handler and the installer had no idea what he was doing.

They also said I was stuck with the wrong part because it was paid for even though they ordered it. Never mentioned the warranty from the manufacturer or rebates. They don't call back and have poor customer service. Do yourself a favor and call another service.

Very happy with the service I receive from Falite! They always come out quickly, always know what the issue is and fix it! I highly recommend this place. They're not cheap but they always fix the problem!

SCUMBAGS! I got an offer in the mail for a free estimate for a new furnace so I called them. I spoke with the girl and she scheduled an appt and asked for my credit card. She said she needed the credit card to hold my appt in case I didnt show. So I gave her a card number that was already maxed out with a $1000 limit because it seemed shady. As I told them on the phone my unit is old and not worth repairing and want a new one.

Some kid came over and gave me the speech about how hard it is to replace and all the labor involved etc. He left and would not give me a quite and said he would get back to me. The next day the office girl calls frantic because my credit card was denied. I asked her why she even tried to charge it and she said it was $225 for a service call. Once I paid the $225 fee for a 30 minute visit I would be given the estimate.

I told her to screw. At the end of the year I got a notice in the mail that they are taking me to court. I showed up and there were about 25 cases where Falite was taking people to court for non payment. I won the case. There are so many other competent and ethical contractors out there but please dont go here!

Falite Bros inspected one of my compressors when my a/c began to fail. I was away on business and my wife spoke to them. After inspection, they informed her we needed a new compressor (it was ten yrs old) but I wasn't convinced. I told her to hold-off and pay them for their time - they charged us over $200 and this was 6-7 yrs ago. The repairman seemed to be pushy, saying we really needed it.

I told her to hold off. I then called a competitor, Total Temperature Control. In the meantime, the other compressor failed. The TTC repairman had me turn both units on and in less than an hr he had them running - a mouse chewed the wires. The charge was about $100 to fix both - keep in mind, this was 6-7 yrs ago. I couldn't believe I paid twice that to Falite.

They either have very incompitent employees or they tried to rip me off - you be the judge. I would stay far away from this company! P.S. The unit they claimed needing replacement is still running today, 7 yrs later.

I bought a house that had central AC installed by these clowns. After trying to change the filter, I noticed that they installed the filter housing backwards. I took a photo of the unit and sent it to them to see if they could fix it, and I did not mention that they did the work. When they saw the photos, they said "Whoa, someone was alsleep during that install". I then said "You did it!". They wanted to charge me $1200 to fix their sloppy mistake. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE!

They installed central air in our 100 year old home while undergoing renovations -- tough fitting everything in, but it did well and served us well for some 18 years. They did annual checkups as well. Now I'm getting a quote for them to install a Miitubishi system in our new loft.
