He serviced our air handler, evaporator drain system, compressor condenser unit, and check the air distribution system performance. Ronald did a professional job of doing routine maintenance on my AC to keep it running well during the upcoming summer months. He arrived within the designated time frame, asked where the compressor and drainage pipes were located at and went to work. I adjusted the inside thermostat for him when needed. I used Nuccio to install my replacement AC system over five years ago and am satisfied with their work.

Today we had our ac preventative service with Nuccio Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. As usual our service rep Ronald Nunez was on time, professional and a pleasure to work with. Had Nuccio come in two years ago to replace our a/c after renovations. They installed a Trane and shortly thereafter we had water pouring through our new ceilings. After several different techs came out it was determined there was an issue with the plenum, HVAC 101. Now the condenser fan motor needs to be replaced. No a/c in 88-90 degree weather for a week. NOT happy with Trane or Nuccio. Oh yeah, charged $106 for them to tell me that.

The technician was very patient and thorough while doing our yearly maintenance routine on our two units. He walked us through the process and for each step he provided pictures and explanations on what was going on, what the expected outcome/measurement should be, etc. He truly made it a great experience and make feel like it was service was worth it.

Tyler arrived early for his appointment, and with a smile. He was professional in demeanor and attitude, and very respectful of my home - he even wore booties inside to keep the floors clean! He efficiently performed the required maintenance on my AC and answered all of my questions politely and thoroughly. Unlike other service companies I've used, he didn't try to sell me any unneeded extras. Nuncio was recommended to me by a friend, and, based on the service received today, I plan to continue using them in the future.

This company charges $240 an hour. Overpriced and terrible customer service. They don't stand behind their work or give a rip about you. Avoid at all costs.

My tech was Paul H. He was very friendly, professional, and he made sure to do every aspect of the cleaning of my entire system. He explained things along the way which made me feel informed and valued. I hope he comes to service my a/c in the future. He was exactly the kind of guy you hope comes out. We had Trane system installed year and half and have had on going issues with install and unit. Nuccio does not stand behind their work. Today and this is 5th time they have been out to home we are told mother board is burnt out and will be $400.00 labor. As retired individuals to have a company take advantage is ridiculous. Unfortunately we relied on a company we thought would stand behind their work.

Had a problem with heat the first day it got cold. Compressor came on and went off within 10 seconds. was 65 inside house. Had bought this Trane unit from Nuccio and had a valve malfunction about 6 months ago in a/c unit. They came out and repaired it. In this heat situation, the valve was the culprit and needed further tightening. After fixing it, heat working again, the mechanic said there would be no charge for the visit or repair, since they had worked on it 6 months ago.

I find this very refreshing. They could have said it was something else and charged me hundreds of dollars. I completely trust them and highly recommend them for a/c or heat needs. Also, they came out within hours of my call to fix heat. That was, also, fantastic!

Company had five fleet vechiles installing all new duct work and new air conditioning unit in my neighbors home. They dropped screws of which two found their way into my and my neighbors tires. When I contacted them their agent, Ms Acevedo, did nothing and denied it was them. I have video cameras that show their trucks and crews working outside. I spent over a hour sweeping up and picking up screws.

They made good money I'm sure on their work but did not clean up after themselves and paid only lip service to me when I brought it to their attention. For this reason alone I would never consider this company. If this is the way the treat a public street I wouldn't want to see how they treat the interior of a home no less the equipment they install.

We have a split-unit AC in our room addition that has a lot of condensation on the fan blades and therefore collects dust and mildew. Needless to say, we have to have the unit cleaned and sanitized from time to time. Nuccio sent out a guy that was very though in disassembling, cleaning, and reassembled the unit. We also had a UV light installed to help slow-down the condensation. Freddy came out to do the work; he covered the furniture that he was working around, and was systematic and though from start to finish.

He explained what he needed to do and was very professional. Nuccio is fortunate to have this employee, from my point of view, to represent their company. I have, and will, recommend Nuccio Heating & Air Cond. to others.

I called for service, the service person was excellent, the office quoted me a price that gives us 2 schedule services plus 15% discount if parts are needed. The service person did a very detailed service job. We were very impressed with Nuccio. We had a major repair last year, the charge was very reasonable. We highly recommend Nuccio. They are on time and efficient. After the job was completed the office sent us a email receipt.

I have been a Nuccio client since the early 80's. They have always provided excellent service. In that time, I have replaced 2 ACs of my own, and 1 at my Father's house. I have never had any problems with their service. On one occasion when I needed a quick repair ( in August and 90 degree temps), Nuccio was booked solid and couldn't get here for 2 days.

I called a "One hour"guaranteed" service. Although they arrived within the time limit, they didn't have the part needed for repair. I was told by the tech that he would be back at 8 AM the following day. I called the office at 12:30 to ask about the delay and was told they had to order the part and it would arrive the following day. Apparently, they didn't deem it necessary to notify me of the delay.

When a different tech arrived the following day, he pushed the idea of replacing the entire air-conditioner instead of the $150 part that I needed immediately. He emphatically told me that I was making a "foolish decision by just replacing the one part. Oddly enough, 18 months later I had a maintenance check by Nuccio. The problem? The part that had been replaced! I went ahead and replaced the whole unit at that time, and it has performed flawlessly for several years now.

Nuccio has been nothing but spectacular for our home and it's AC. One by one Nuccio has repaired / replaced the AC units on the the homes around us and it was finally our turn. I called 4 different companies for quotes (starting this process in July) ending with Nuccio in February (after our AC had really died). Karl came out, listened to our problems with our AC, made some great suggestions to make our AC / Heat me more efficient, and 2 weeks later Nuccio was here to install.

They put in supply vents and returns, our home is finally getting cool! Yes, we did have a bit of a problem with one of the units, and the company sent out a service repairman on Sunday (24 hours after our call) to fix the problem. Easy. The thing that I like the most about Nuccio is they gave us options, and ways to improve our home. None of the other companies looked at our vents and made suggestions on how to improve the air flow in our home (it was awful) -- the old AC unit we had shook the 2nd floor when it turned on, now I cannot even hear the unit.

The AC installers were great to our home, covered all carpets, kept our home in pristine condition while installing. At the end of the first day they went above and beyond to clean up, and finally we said 'go home, we promise not to touch anything that you are working on' -- nicest people! Amazing.

Nuccio put in a new air conditioning system four years ago and I have had nothing but problems since. Today I was advised I have a Freon leak which could cost $3,000 to repair or I need a new unit inside and out. It was also determined that certain parts had not been replaced when Nuccio put in the new unit. My dealings with them the year after they put the system in was atrocious.

They didn't care if I was satisfied and now we can see what a terrible job they did. Do not use them for residential purposes. Also, if your unit only has a year warranty Run for the hills because it's cheap and will not last. This is the quality of nuccio heating and air conditioning.cheap!

I just called Nuccio after hours line again. We had a new unit installed this week and they did a great job on the new unit. On the other hand we had an older unit which was originally purchased from them that needed to be repaired. We were charged $150+ for a capacitor and the A/C was not working the next day. They came out 3 more times, yes 3 more times charging me for a wire that wasn't connected, a starter that needed to be replaced and then a hard start kit.

I came home tonight, the A/C is broken again but when they were here today they certainly didn't forget to leave a $449 bill. Still broken waiting now for my 5th visit to fix one A/C unit.

Had Nuccio come out because my air handler was down. Had error message cannot communicate with blower on thermostat. Tech comes in and says I've got a blown motor $1550 it's going to cost. So I call a competitor just to make sure that the price is competitive and do my due diligence. Cornerstone give me a quote that beats them by over $200.

Great right! Not so fast. Cornerstone tech runs test on module and motor. Motor comes back no problems it was just the module. You would've thought Nuccio Tech would've done the same test versus just dumping a $1500 bill on my plate. Spoke with Tony the manager he could care less told me it was just a simple error by the tech misdiagnosis. That's a big misdiagnosis $200 bill worth $1550 so now I'm sitting here with two working motors thanks Nuccio! Do yourself a favor and call Cornerstone. Tech was professional and very thorough.

Had to call these guys at 10pm on a Friday night. They made it to my place in under 30 minutes, had my problem solved and preventative measures explained in no time. Hurray, my AC works and no longer destroys my floors!
