I cannot say enough good things about this company and the employees! Brett, the owner, came to my house exactly on time, for a second opinion. I was quoted as needing an entire new system to replace my older 5 ton unit, by another company. Brett, and Joey came out to inspect. Joey was top notch polite and great at his job! Bret took his time inspecting, and telling me exactly what was wrong with my system.

He not only fixed it same day, he saved me thousands of dollars in unwarrented replacement costs. He quoted me one price, and when the job was done, he realized that he undercharged me by hundreds of dollars. Rather than run my card for the full amount, Jeannie called and explained to me that they would HONOR the quoted price and charge me. This shows intergrety and honesty.

This is an upstanding company, that puts their customers first. They put their morals first, and stand by their word. I am grateful to have been given their name, and look forward to working with an honest company from here on out!

Great experience with Modern Air; specifically, Ralph and Brett! They came to the rescue quickly and graciously. Was using a competing AC company who quoted my job at $1,500; but Ralph and Brett made the fix with ease and for a fraction of the cost, I can't thank them enough! I appreciate this company. The 15 year old a/c unit in the front of the clinic/store died late afternoon yesterday. Their tech, Dan, came first thing this morning. After thorough examination, he was willing to talk about the possibility of extending its life as well as benefits of a a new unit. We compared the cost of both options. Dan was patient, reasonable, polite and knowledgeable.

In other words, trustworthy. Being tenacious about purchasing expensive equipment I also called Dan's manager, Brett. He was also personable, patient, knowledgeable and accommodating. Good job, Modern Air. we appreciate you.

All the techs that have come out here to service our systems have shown a great level of professionalism and the quality of their work is well above our expectations. We have been using Modern Air for a while now and we had to have a new air system installed, ours was old. We had a maintenance contract with them, so of course we decided to call them for a new system. Their promptness was appreciated as was their wonderful service. The system is working perfectly. We highly recommend this company and their services. The maintenance contract is worth the expense as well, the few times we needed them, they came so quickly, And of course they maintain the system through the year.

I had the displeasure of working for this company a VERY short time. like most employees of theirs. It's the Wild West at Modern Air! Incredible dis- organization, unauthorized payroll deductions, ( "yea that is against the law") whoops no state labor board in Florida so.it's OK! They handed me an empty truck. for a company and a technician, that makes money selling parts, that wasn't very good was it?

The office personnel are admittedly inexperienced and barely answer the phone, when you call for more work. They give you OT and then take back the hours the next week and send you home early. They send you out on jobs, you complete the jobs, bring in checks, then they make excuses as to why they can't pay you.("oh, our job numbers don't match up with your hours ") The "crew" is a bunch of green techs still in technical school.

They claim "factory training" and if they send you to a rep for classes, they drop your hourly rate to $13 dollars an hour. These guys are a labor attorneys paradise!.If your one of the lucky customers who they actually repaired.yes, you got lucky! Stay faaaaaaar away from these guys! Prospective job seekers and customers!

This company really makes good on its promise/slogan "problem solved." We actually had to call them on a SUNDAY. The ever-helpful office associate Jeannie answered (we didn't even know if they had an answering service on weekends, let alone a live operator). Within hours, a technician was out to our house. Problem solved. We would not have been available any other time (long story) and fixing this issue was critical to the health of our home.

Modern Air saved the day. This company goes above and beyond and even the owner is available and accessible. Jeannie and the owner have demonstrated terrific customer service in the past and just yesterday, yet again. Thank you Modern Air! One of a kind.

This company failed to install and provide what our small business (yoga studio) asked for. When we asked for them to fix the problem they refused doing so and demanded payment. The owner was scary and I almost had to call the police to get him off my property.

Horrible service, rude and incredibly disrespectful to my wife. Owner was boarding on scary. Will be pursuing legal next steps. Stay far away from them!
