They installed a new central air conditioner in my home! It's be a nightmare! First they removed the old furnace! They never closed the roof penetration! So with all the rain yes my roof leaked! 4 times it took to fix? The also used spray adhesive on sealing the ducts and roof! They taped the strips to the exterior of my house! While spraying!

Now I need the back of my house repainted! My house was just completely remodeled and painted inside and outside in February 2022! VERY UNQUALIFIED INSTALLERS! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Then they damaged my kitchen floor while removing the furnace! Now since April 26, 2022 they have been out 4 times and the only thing that is repaired is the roof leak!

I purchase my AC from Them about 6 years ago kept up with my maintenance always changes out our filters every 3 months my last schedule maintenance which was this past April That is when things went south with this company the first tech came said that if we did a algaecide tablet done it would keep the system running better and deter for rust any some more things he suggested so after 483.00 and then I told him about sound like ice freezing up and he preceded to tell me that was a normal sound which I didn't think so so off he went. 2 weeks later discovered water leaking out damaged my floor and also went to the downstairs unit called them up and they came back did not charge me a service call because it had been within the month so then was told that the coil in my AC unit where leaking and that they would have to replace them order the part came and fixed them another 583.00 then one week after the system was still not working right and said that it was leaking from compressor by this time I was pretty fed up the tech Dennis said these thing just happen suggested I might want to consider a whole new AC so needless to say I told them never come back.

This company thinks nothing of peoples times had to wait home all for when they would come even I have had no show before.they did not offer any money off for our inconvenience or I stand corrected she offer me 89.00 off for service charge (and there wasn't even a service charge) because they where coming back with a month of the last service. This company is awful so my advise to people to stay away from them they are the worst in fixing and there customer service is lot to be desired.

We cannot say enough great things about Darrell, Spencer and Orion. They are truly an asset to AC Warehouse. We had all of our duct work and everything associated with it removed and replaced. Thanks to Darrell for doing the research and showing us that it needed to be done. Spencer and Orion did a fabulous job in the attic. They were so courteous and professional.

We would absolutely recommend AC Warehouse to anyone looking for a professional company that doesn't try to oversell you, but tells you the truth about what you need. 100% happy with our service!

A customer with AC Warehouse for many years. They serviced 3 different properties, installed two unit complete systems. The problem was with a technician who was doing standard maintenance on a 6 year old unit saying the condenser was bad and he just so had a complete unit that we could purchase for $6K. Brought in a different company, nothing was wrong with unit, new company pointed out issues that AC Warehouse did incorrectly. Not good business practice. Makes me wonder when they informed me of an issue, are they honest.

I have had AC Warehouse since moving to Bradenton in 2015. As a full time resident I appreciate their work and the value of their services. I use the annual service plan which helps perform preventative maintenance. A good choice and a money saver. When I needed a replacement AC unit they were very competitive with other suppliers. Called this morning when my old AC unit decided to die. Tech Ricky came out and was super nice and told me my options- a new unit was the same as the cost to repair my 21 year old unit (I knew it was a ticking time bomb). He was able to get me a new unit SAME DAY and installed the same day. The 2 installation men worked quickly and efficiently and now my bulldogs and I are looking forward to cool AC thank you for such a quick turnaround time!

Used AC warehouse to get a new air conditioning unit installed on my residential home. Technician was late every single appointment, had to come back multiple occasions to fix mistakes they made which caused me to take time off work and lose money because their arrival window is the entire day.

Andrew the technician did a great job. He was here on time and friendly and explained things well. My in house experience was top notch. However, the communication with the company is not very good. I understand covid has made things hard with slow delivery of parts and not enough workers. It is still very important to keep good communication which they are not great at. This was the 4th time I was scheduled and someone finally was able to come out.

I called for an air conditioning repair at 2:30 on Friday. I got a text confirmation and a text with a picture of my repairman to tell me he was in the way. He also called to tell me he'd be there in a few minutes. They had a delightful repairman, Nick, out at 4:30 who quickly repaired the unit, explain everything thoroughly, and left us in a cool house. This was my first experience with Anthony's. I will be calling them first in the future. I am so happy with their service.

Installed an air conditioning unit that was to small for the home. Each Summer the unit did not cool below 78°. They tried placing my duck work for $3000.00. I spent over $5000.00 on the unit. The next company I used said I needed a larger tonnage unit for the size of the home. Another $5000.00 spent. They installed it and I never had a problem since. AC Warehouse is incompetent.

I called the company that installed our air conditioner 6 years ago because sudden the air conditioner was no longer cooling our home. Only to find out that AC Warehouse had bought them out. They came out and said the air condition was fine but it needed to have a larger return duct installed and the supply could be maintenanced. After they changed the return air duct like they recommended nothing had changed with my ability to cool my home.

I called another company out after a little while and they ran diagnostics on my air conditioner and found out that my coolant leaked completely out to the point where there was none left. I paid AC Warehouse over $500 to fix my problem and it wasn't even what they said it was. I would never use them again.

Pat was AMAZING-he came out to fix our unit at 11pm, he was so kind and explained everything very clearly and was super patient with all my questions. He went over and above the call of duty to make sure everything was working properly and educated me on what our AC unit would need going forward without ever making me feel pressured. He was very. genuine and his attitude was superb!

The person who scheduled our maintenance had wonderful customer service skills, and kept in touch throughout the process. I would 100% recommended them for anyone looking for fast, friendly, reliable service! We will definitely be a customer in the future!

If I could give less than one star I would do it. I was stupid and bought my AC unit from them and then bought endless filters. The unit they sold me they said never needed filters, ,,,b ut you could see straight through the filter, so I had coil damage, the unit was under warranty but they didn't tell me that. A different company did. Oh I tried to get more filters after buying the filter plan, guess what.when I had service call that I said specifically bring filters, the man showed up with NOOOO FILTERS.

So I said no problem, bring them by when you are in the area! SInce that day On January 20 of this year 2021 I have called 3 times it is now THE END OF APRIL.still no one cares enough to deliver filters. They don't want you to have a good filtration system, even told me the See through filter and said it was all you need, All they want to do is part you from your money.

Thank Goodness another small company said, your coils are all rusted.and the unit of coils is still under warranty and they fixed it for cost of labor only. AVOID these people like the plague, you will get no filters if you pay for the filter replacement program. because it is better for them to not have someone that has clean ac unit.

Zero communication. Bad office management. Set up service to be billed for moms service when we called to schedule. Literally 10 mins after service, I was called to pay and yelled at that the tech should have collected payment. Then another office loser called mom out of state for payment. The big whopping $39 service was paid via credit card literally 35 mins after service.

The office then proceeded to call my wife for payment and then call mom 2 more times for payment that was already completed. They even emailed a receipt for the payment. 3 hours later mom was called again for payment. Then they called wife again for payment. Will NEVER use this Mickey Mouse service and will NEVER recommend to anyone.

Two guys show up. Was there for 1 1/2 hours. One guy never got out of the truck. Unit was installed by them 5 years ago. Paid extra 1600 for extended warranty. They also did the maintenance every 6 month. Our coil that has already been replaced twice needs it again not covered, unit full of mold not covered, all of a sudden the duct work is too small also not covered.

They guy that did get out of the truck told us repeatedly how long he's been doing this. All about his job yesterday. His last employers. All while trying to get a big sale of a new unit with duct work. Sent him away. They have been ripping us off for 4 years. If they did all this maintenance we paid for how the he! Did all this damage happen. Do not use! Call Veterans Air!

Do not use this company! They will try to take advantage of you and upsell you for equipment and services you don't need. Billy came to service my AC, replaced my thermostat (which was working fine) with a lower grade Honeywell & charged me $365 for a unit that is only $60 online. He then told me he had to order parts and I would be without AC until Monday on a holiday weekend.

I contacted another company & they had my AC unit working within 5 mins! The other company couldn't find any "repairs" the other guy said he made. This company prays upon people that aren't experienced with AC units by charging them for work that isn't need! Please. avoid AC warehouse by all means necessary!

BEWARE, UNETHICAL COMPANY--A/C Warehouse installed a new cooling system (Rheem compressor and evaporator coil unit) at my home in 2012. During a recent supposed "tune up/maintenance" visit, the tech (actually salesman) claimed that among other problems he found that the temperature variance was off, the power draw was too high and the coolant level was too low. Consequently, he insisted that the entire system needed to be replaced at a cost of $5,698 despite the fact that it was still under the ten (10) year parts warranty period!

To add insult to injury the system he was recommending as a replacement was a discontinued, contractor's grade, all electric heating and cooling system. As a result, he was proposing not only to remove and replace the cooling system components, but also my existing and perfectly operating Carrier gas furnace/ air handler. I declined his suggestion and called three (3) other companies for a second opinion.

All three (3) of the technicians dispatched by the other companies completed a thorough diagnostic on the system. Although they each did find that the temperature variance was slightly off, none found any need to replace the system. The company I ultimately chose to go with for subsequent annual maintenance (Green Cooling Solutions) found that A/C Warehouse had actually at some point over inflated the system with coolant, and upon relieving the pressure, got the temperature level and all values back to normal! My total cost was $179 for the annual maintenance contract, a far cry from the $5,698 for the new system A/C Warehouse was trying to scam me into buying!

Nothing but issues with this company. Purchased a new unit through them. New unit constantly breaking down over the course of a couple years. I expected to eventually have issues with the system, but not so fast considering it was a brand new system. Their maintenance contract claims they're supposed to lubricate moving parts, and clean the AC coils.

They don't do any of that. When they started trying to charge 400 dollars just to flush out my drain line, that was the last straw. I can flush the drain lines by myself for free. Keep away from these guys. They'll try to milk you for as much money as they can.

Do not use this company. Rude office people. Always get second opinion on new install and especially with repairs. Company never responds to reviews. Many, many questionable faulty and misdiagnosed repairs and extremely high repair prices. Bait and switch a favorite practice. Every call is $89.00 even when the repair was faulty(and there's plenty of those)maybe it's good for their profits.

They seem to try a take advantage of the seniors and people they can BS. Some techs are good they seem to have quite a turnover though. Some have told me they weren't trained on some units but they still send them out which is a waste of time especially for the customer, terrible practice Get more than their price check around. Better yet just STAY AWAY from this company. One star is just for the very few good techs. Sorry I got involved with them. $89.00 every time, just plain greedy!

They called me today to set up appointment for my semi annual service - like I already paid for it, which I have not. So the call within it's self was a scam. I haven't used them in 2 years. When asked to set up appointment I replied no thanks. THATS WHEN SHE SLAMMED THE PHONE IN MY EAR! Hello, your rude attitude and awful customer service are one of the two reasons I stopped using you.

When they miss their appointment they tell you it's your fault or you didn't actuslly have an appointment Office people are rude and lie. The awful customer service was actually the second reason I stopped using them. They installed my top of the line a/c unit, air handler, extra air filter system ($1000) and all new duct work about 6 years ago.

To the tune of almost $11,000. I the first month we had 8 service calls! Fast forward, then started semi-annual service. The first three years after installation was fine, but then something drastically changed. Every time the service man came here he told me about all the mold inside my air handler, and wanted to put in a $1700 blue light to stop the mold growth. Said the mold was making sick.

I refused. He then said as a favor me, his good customer, he would spray something inside the unit that should tide me over till the next visit. I have a camera in my garage. I watched him take the filter to the sink and wash it off! The following year my service contract was with another company who gave my HVAC system a great review and no service was necessary. I asked him about mold and he said there wasn't any and likely a scam to up the price of service.

We bought our a/c from AC warehouse, and also purchased their multi visit maintenance plan. Each time they schedule a visit, it is with a 4 hour window. And each time we have been at the final moments of that four hours, or they are late. Today, after 1/2 hour past the scheduled window, I called and was told the technician was running late and we were his next visit.

Then to add insult to injury, I was told the technician would call when he would be here within 1/2 to1 hour. Since he has not called it could possibly be much longer than another hour before he eventually appears. If this is the last maintenance visit we have prepayed for, it will definitely be the last time I use them. I intend to put this review on Yelp and Home Advisor so others can see how little respect this company has for customers.

Stay Away! Crooks! They came out and said I had a leak and by the time I found it and repaired the problem it would be close to $3K so I might as well buy a whole new system for $8K. The tech really was pushing for the new system and just kept ignoring me asking for an official estimates for both options. Called a second company out for another opinion and they replaced a fan on the outside unit for $500 and the system has been blowing nice and cold ever since.

First of all, they are paperless. Concerned about the environment? Maybe. More likely, this allows them to give no paper estimates, invoices or receipts. I talked on the phone and was told it would be $89 for a diagnostic visit. I make an appointment for my mom but can't be there. I later find out she paid $242. Mom is 88 yrs old and hard of hearing.

She told Greg, the technician, she didn't understand why it was so high, and she doesn't know what he did. Could he give her something in writing? "No". It sounds like he was rude to her and she paid him reluctantly. As he leaves, she tells him she's upset, but rather than taking time to help her understand, he says he's upset too and talks about his family problems.

A neighbor called, spoke to Greg, who told him they are a paperless co. but he sent her an email. I called the next day, woman who answered was not the least bit concerned. "We are paperless." "Email is not paper" I say. She says they never got an email address from us. I give it to her. Wait. Check spam box. No email. I call back. I repeat the address, and she repeats it back.

She offers to send a paper copy in addition to another email. I'm sure you see what's coming--no email, no snail mail. Just a cashed $242 check with only a reminder to be smarter next time to show for it. This place is a SCAM. Don't call them and don't let your friends call them. Update: received the invoice in the mail.

Ac Warehouse was a reliable and honest company a few years ago. I heard they are under a different ownership, and have transgressed into another lowlife, dishonest, AC company that is among so many here in Florida. I was happy with my service initially, had a great tech and honest guy. Now, when the tech comes all he does is try to sell you something you don't need, and basically are totally dishonest so they can make an extra buck! Disgusted, I have moved on and found an actual honest AC company, who have accessed my unit and advised me that everything I was told I needed, was totally untrue and my unit is in very good working order. FU Ac warehouse!

My rating is 0 stars. I placed a service call for a unit that stopped working. It was installed by A/C Warehouse in 2012 with a 10 year warranty. A tech named Donovan made the service call and said that the compressor is no good. He said due to us not paying for A/C Warehouse's 2x annual service inspections at $189 a year, we have voided our warranty.

This repair would cost $3,800, however he also found a LARGE AMOUNT OF MOLD inside the blower unit in the house. he recommended paying the additional amount to REPLACE THE ENTIRE UNIT INSIDE AND OUT. This would cost $5,100, after "a discount for a trade in', and as long as the duct work was ok. If the duct work needed replaced, that would cost $3,500-4,500 additional or they could seal it for half of that amount.

I called another company for a 2nd opinion on the price of a new unit, and was told that the A/C Warehouse quote is excessive and the fact that not having a unit serviced has NO EFFECT on a manufacturers warranty. The 2nd company came out today and our parts ARE covered under manufacturers warranty and come to find out, THE COMPRESSOR IS ABSOLUTELY FINE!

As far as MOLD, it is just a little dirty. The module and blower motor and cage have been replaced for under $500. I called A/C Warehouse and requested a refund of the $89 service call fee for the scare tactics to cause unnecessary stress and lying to me about the warranty and bad parts. I was denied a refund unless I submit an email with the 2nd opinion estimate. I called the tech Donovan and asked why he lied about the compressor and lied about the warranty being void and he said "that is what the office told me".

Made a service call to my parents and charged $170 for a part - capacitor that costs $7 on line and another $110 for the service call - My father was told that he would not have cold air for the summer if he did not pay. It is very disappointing that the company took advantage of a senior member of our community.

After the air went out, AC were there the same day, I checked the price which was competitive and they installed two ACs & two air handlers within two days. After finding the fuse kept going, they corrected my wiring (which was the problem - so not their fault) and all works great. (The previous owner had the whole pool fuse system hanging off the back of one of the ACs 25 fuse!). But they found it and corrected it. Very happy with price, work and super after sales (did not stop until they found the issue).
