On auto delivery and still tank went empty. Waiting for an emergency delivery of oil and getting no response. Auto delivery means you dont have to check status of tank. Two hours and still waiting for a delivery. Lousy service. Still waiting

This is an excellent company to have service your home. Deliveries are prompt, everyone on the phone, out in the service trucks, and in the office are courteous. They even do emergency deliveries and service calls. Repairs, mechanical upgrades and replacements are done with the end-user in mind - you will not find any highly commissioned, pushy salespeople at this place. They stand by their work, and they want you to be comfortable, and up and running efficiently. Highly recommended.
