What a great response! Our AC went down at 5:30p on Friday. I called and left a message and they got back to me that evening. AND setup an appoint to come out Saturday AM! WOW! The best Air Conditioning company! Ken Muncy runs an honest business with great employees. Joe and Oscar are so friendly and work efficiently. They show up on time and are sincerely there to help you and not to nickel and dime you. The price on a new Goodman unit was significantly less (by thousands!) than their competitors, and the installation was done in a timely manner. Had complete AC unit replaced after 20 years. Ken had several options to choose from and did the update all in very short amount of time. Ken is very prompt and professional to work with and would highly recommend.

I met Ken over 5 years ago when he did an installation for our medical office. Since then he and his crews have worked on our units at four different homes. He is always handles emergencies promptly, takes time to explain AC situations and is extremely helpful to tenants living in rentals. He can be trusted to take care of any AC problem!

I called the company yesterday passed working business hours and I spoken with Ken for service and he immediately scheduled me for the next day. And his employee showed up early morning. And repair was done less than an hour. This was a super excellent service. I called the company that installed my air condition unit 3 years ago and I asked to speak to a manager, and I did not get a callback and the company scheduled me for 2 more days.

This is a bad reputations to this company and when I called Ken I got scheduled for the next day. This is very amazing. Ken thank you so much. Ken was referred to me by a friend. Ken Muncy AC is the best service provider of ANY kind we've ever had in all our decades of owning a home. They show up when they say they will, they do the most expert work (fixed correctly the *first* time), they charge a fair price, and they finish the job on the first visit even if they have to go get specific parts. All of the repair staff are clean, professional and polite and I've known them so long that I can leave to go to work and they lock up when done---no problems. I've known Ken and his staff for 16 years, they have the highest business ethics.

More like dealing with friends than with a company. Ken and his crew are always quick to respond and fair and open about needed repairs. We depend on KMAC for our home and 6 other A/C units that we have at rental properties. They've never let us down.
