Had our heat pump replaced by Collins and couldn't be happier. From the home visit by Elizabeth, to the installation by Edgar and his Dad , the entire experience was first class customer first service. Everything Elizabeth promised was done: and even more. The installers were on time, courteous, and entirely professional. They took care of every detail, and even vacuumed the work area. And did it all in 6 hours. This company is FIRST CLASS!

This company was amazing from the start. Aaron came to the house the day after requesting information about a new AC. He was super helpful in explaining the different models and what would be the better choice for my home (this is my first AC purchase, so I had lots of questions). He offered a fair deal, and was very professional and courteous. He the scheduled the install when WE needed it.
The two guys that came out to do the install, Mario and Richard, were also very knowledgeable, helpful, super courteous, and very hardworking. I had loaned my ladder out and I needed to put up a new vent cover. I asked Mario and he didn't hesitate to help me out. These two are a great team, they do an excellent job, and Collins is lucky to have them. Great all around experience buying something that is not fun to buy.

They installed a new HVAC and duct work system in my home back in the summer of 2018. At the time, two of my bedrooms were being used for storage so I didn't notice the airflow issues in the rooms. I had two roommates move into the bedrooms in 2020 and they couldn't even sleep at night because of how hot it was. I had another company take a look in the attic and they informed me that there were major issues with the way the duct work was installed.
I did my own research and found clear examples online of how NOT to install it, and lo and behold, that is exactly how mine looks. I had Collins technicians come out multiple times and informed them that my duct work needs to be fixed and/or replaced and of course not a single technician listened to me. They adjusted/increased the vent flow but it was still insufferable in the bedrooms because the duct work is crimped, cramped, and sharply bent around the wooden beams in my attic!
The issue is clearly in the duct work, and it is so incredibly frustrating to see each technician go up into the attic and tell me that there's nothing wrong with it. I paid $89 to have them come out to my home again in october, and again, was told that there's nothing wrong with the duct work. Then what is the problem? Why is my house incredibly unbalanced and uncomfortable?
Why am I waking up sweaty when my AC is set to 75? I'm so frustrated and so sick of being patronized and not listened to by this company. When I expressed these frustrations to them, they sent out a supervisor/lead technician and he was so unprofessional, asking me if he can take home a few magazines he found in the attic instead of doing his job.
At this point, I will probably have to hire another company to redo the duct work. I haven't even called them to come out again this summer because I refuse to pay nearly $100 to be told nothing is wrong with my system. I've attached photos of my duct work to this review so you can see how screwed up it is. It doesn't take an expert to look at these photos and see that there are clear issues here, especially when it's paired with the experiences that me and my two roommates have had. We have had Collins come to service out AC units for a few years now, but this year we had the worse experience and will never use them again. When they came out, all units were functioning with no issues. All units are 5 years old or less. Now we have to replace our mini split because they broke it and have failed to fix it properly. They have been to our property 4x (including original service call).
When the tech was servicing the mini split, he placed a tool into the unit and broke the fan wheel. After the service was completed, the unit was shaking/vibrating and making a lot of noise. They came back, confirmed the issue and the part was ordered. The part was replaced and the shaking and noise continued. The last time they were here, they sent a supervisor/manager.
The unit still vibrated and we were told that it was normal and the vibration would not damage the unit. They had drilled holes (4 holes. 3 on left and 1 on right) in the unit and there was a screw in one of the holes that was not attached to anything. They had also put a piece of foam between the unit and the wall to pad it. After giving them ample chances to fix, I contacted another company for a second opinion.
As we suspected, the unit was unbalanced and was no longer securely anchored to the wall. It could not be determined if there was any internal damage, but there was more substantial vibration on the left (internally) like there was something else broken internally. The tech that gave us the second opinion was able to secure it to the wall and balance the unit. Unfortunately, it appears that something else in the unit is broken/unbalanced and the vibration continued.
I have called Collins and asked to speak to a manager about this issue at least 2 times now. They are never available and I have been told that they will call me back. I have not heard back from them. It is disappointing to say the least. I will be contacting the BBB and Costco (since Costco works closely with them and may want to reconsider) to give my feedback.

David was an exceptional technician. He is very knowledgeable and provided all necessary information and answered questions. He performed all inspections and work in an efficient and professional manner. Upon inspection, a leak was noted on my hot water heater. After consulting I decided that it would be best to have it replaced. to my surprise, he was able to obtain a new tank and had it installed in 2 hours. I strongly recommend Collins Comfort Masters.

A water pipe broke around eight in the morning. I called around nine and they were able to set up an appointment between noon and two. Kale and his partner got here around one. They provided me with a reasonable estimate and explained what had to be done. They had the job done around two. The guys were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Collins Comfort Masters! Good price and great service.

Great experience! Found them thru Costco and they did not disappoint. From sales with Corbin (best price out of 3 bids) to installation; everything went smoothly. Our installation team was: Matt/EdgarB./Dan/Carlos/ Shay & Mason. Dream team! We had to move the location of our condensers and they were very thoughtful and strategic about the new placing.
Super polite, prepped w/coverings over stairs/ desks etc, worked diligently all day and cleaned up when they left. Matt constantly kept me updated as to what was going on. Whatever they are being paid, they deserve a raise! Highly recommend!

I accepted their pricing for a gas line. Three weeks later, on the eve of performing the job, the price doubled from $1,950 to $3,950! I explained they did not assist with the permit, which I did alone, and paid. They did not call 811 "call before you dig". When I asked for a reason for the price doubling - it was a computer error. I told them I did not approve of their bait and switch pricing and the job was cancelled.

I hired Collins Custom Comfort (CCC) to perform their annual "Customer Care Plan"inspections on my (2) 3 year-old A/C and HVAC systems. When the (2) techs arrived to perform the pre-summer inspection, I was told that one of the two capacitors on my A/C units was not working properly and needed to be replaced - at a substantial additional cost. Since both capacitors had been replaced under warranty less than 12 months ago, I questioned the diagnosis.
Since the capacitors were still under a service warranty, I called the company that had replaced them. That company checked both capacitors - in my presence - and showed me that both were working at optimal performance and didn't need replaced. I was upset that the techs from CCC lied to me and tried to up-charge for additional work that was not needed.

We had a great overall experience using Collins Comfort Masters for the first time. Their website and online scheduling was great, quick, and easy to use. Before our appointment, I received a call from Casey to gather information on our A/C system. She was friendly, courteous, and professional. Our Service Technician, Mike Robertson was early and also very friendly, courteous, and professional.
He was a very personable man, and reflects extremely well on Collins Comfort Masters. He completed the work efficiently and provided me with a detailed and easily understood explanation of his findings, which he later followed up in writing. I will definitely use Collins Comfort Masters and Mike Robertson again. Cannot recommend strongly enough!

We had a bad experience and will not be using them again. Originally used them to install ac system that costs over $40k. After calling and giving our feedback, they said a manager would call and nobody called after a week. - Felt the technician was shady and unprofessional the whole time. - He was always trying to sell us a new system when we already talked to Collin's Sales Consultant who told us that our system was under warranty and that he didn't have a comparable unit in inventory.
In addition, the technician tried to sell us a system that was lower quality than the one we already have. I know he is not based on commission, so I find it weird. -The technician didn't ask if he could wear shoes in our home or put on booties on. - Unreliable scheduling: He ruined our system (that was working properly before he arrived) from the first visit and had to come back to visit fix the issue, however, scheduling service messed up and we waited for the technician to arrive and never arrived, we had to reschedule to another time and resulted in losing 12 days to fix. - Based on a 2nd opinion, the issue was an error code, which required a system reset, but he climbed up our attic to do all sorts of unnecessary things. I felt like he was just messing up our house for no reason. - He didn't have his own ladder and had to use ours and when he climbed up our attic, he ripped the ceiling.

I was referred to this company through Costco for a water softener. Everything was Okay until the installation. No proactive notification about the date or time. When the tech was running very late I had to call Collins 3 times before getting a straight answer about when my installation would happen. The installation went great Friday night, several hours later than scheduled.
I had the service manager call and then arrived to get started on the installation. The techs worked late to get it done. You would think after paying almost $4000 you could get someone to call. Nope, Poor customer service to say the least.

Fantastic Company, Great Installers. I bought a New Air Conditioning System from Collins Comfort Systems. I received a phone the evening before my scheduled installation day saying what time they would be at the warehouse picking up my system and their estimated arrival time. The Installers called the next morning to say they would be there in 20 minutes, which was actually earlier than planned.
I said that would be fantastic and that my wife was there. They showed up, before they even started working in my house, they laid down tarps and blankets to protect my floors. And when I say that, they protected the floor from the front door, through the family room, through the living room, down the hallway to the laundry room. The wife fell asleep watching TV while they worked and she said she never heard any noise from them.
They were very quiet and professional. They did the heat pump installation and changed the air intake while she slept and never woke her up. They then moved outside and removed the old A/C unit and laid a new Pad and installed the New A/C unit and changed out all the wiring attached to the house to the unit. They insured everything was cleaned up in the backyard so my dogs couldn't get injured.
Then they cleaned up in my house and swept the floors twice to again make sure everything was cleaned up. They showed my wife how to use the system and got the Cell Phone Application uploaded and working for her too. Couldn't be happier with the service we received from Collins Comfort Systems! Highly recommend them!

The quality of of installation, professionalism, and service is so high that I'm concerned I'll never be able to shop around. Ty and Thomas provided exemplary service and were highly knowledgeable. We chose Collins after meeting with five A/C contractors in total. We were specifically looking for a variable speed system, and had done our homework as consumers. All of the other contractors tried to give us the "hard sell" in our kitchen. Three knew nothing about variable air systems and tried to sell us on a traditional model. Collins came with the right information, solid product knowledge and listened to our needs, then offered products that matched. Collin's provided clear, no hassle financing options that were competitive with anything else we looked at.
We made our buying decision after five days, and Collins was immediately available to install. Installation crews were on time, careful to keep materials and tools in order, covered everything, and left the house as clean as when they arrived. Installation crew walked us through setup and made sure we didn't have any questions or concerns. Your AC system is a huge investment.

This review in long overdue. I used Collins Comfort months back on the tail end of summer. In the house we had just moved into, we noticed there wasn't good airflow in the room we were going to designate a nursery. I contacted Collins to see what they could do. They sent me Kyle, who was probably one of the most friendly and professional technicians I think I've ever had the pleasure of working with.
He simply deduced that the vent that was there for whatever reason was not directing air properly- it's an old house with old ducts. Instead of gutting the system and redoing the entire ductwork, (which he said would ultimately be best for efficiency, but would be much more extensive and expensive) he simply installed a new ceiling vent on the other side of the room through our attic.
We noticed a dramatic difference within a day. Process took two visits and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. I felt the job was fair priced as well. I would most certainly use Collins again and even request Kyle because he was so awesome. Thank you!

I had Collins replace my old split system with a rooftop package unit, remove old swamp cooler, etc. The experience was great from beginning to end, Aaron came out on a Saturday and gave me a very fair quote on a nice Bosch unit.a few days later Anthony arrived to confirm the install was going to go smoothly, and a few days later an install crew arrived and installed the unit, they cleaned up everything and removed all of the old components within a few hours. The whole process was very professional, quick, and painless, which is very hard to find these days. I would highly recommend Collins to anyone

My wife and I arrived at our winter home in Arizona to discover we had no heat. The next morning we called Collins Comfort Masters and by noon a service tech arrived and evaluated our heating system and informed us of our options in terms of repair or replacement. We chose replacement and by 4:00 Aaron Tracy was at our house explaining our options of systems to replace our old unit.
By 9:00 the next morning Matt and Josh were at our house replacing our old system. These two young men worked from 9:00 am to 7:00 am with NO breaks.for rest or lunch! The service tech and Aaron were very professional and I can't say enough about Matt and Josh. They put protective coverings over any area they were working in and when they were done everything looked the same as before they arrived.

We want to say a huge thank you to Collins Comfort Masters. Especially Brian Bell who came and explained what Lennox systems they offered and what we needed. Very professional, kind and not pushy at all. After Brian, we had Mario C, Richard S, Edgar P and Jared T come and remove two old AV systems and two old furnaces and replaced new systems. They did an outstanding and professional job.
Very kind and kept me informed through each step. Placed two new thermostats and a purification system as well. They arrived on time and when they finished, they left everything like they had found it. Very clean! Thank you again gentlemen!

Recently I spent $14,000 on a new AC unit. This is the second unit I purchased from CCM in the last 5 years. Total amount spent $22,000. After the most recent install I was given the attached paper. I called to sign up for the service plan and was basically told to F off that this plan was discontinued. If it is discontinued then don't hand out the damn sheets. Customer service has little to be desired. People are short and condescending on the phone. Once they have your money they don't give a rats butt about you.

Great experience from start to finish. Arrived on schedule for the quote and provided a very detailed explanation of the work planned. Work was scheduled quickly and completed on time. Price was good and made better by buying through Costco. I have had to replace several AC units over the past 10 years and this experience was the best.

Our air conditioning unit went out on a weekend. We called two companies on Monday. Collins came out to the house on Monday evening and determined that it would be better to replace the unit than repair. He then called into a service representative and they scheduled that the system could be replaced on Tuesday. This was fast and accurate service.

Chase came late at night for an emergency call when the tank of our toilet broke and water was spewing everywhere since the shutoff valve was frozen. He did a great job. So good in fact we scheduled him to return to replace all shutoffs in our older home and put in the new toilet, and other plumbing repairs. Due to his excellent work we signed a annual membership which saved us $. Included in this membership were semi-annual inspections of our air conditioners. (We had just had our semi-annual check by our regular company who simply said we needed new ones, to which we said, No Thanks!) Since we were still having cooling problems I scheduled the membership included inspection with Comfort Masters to compare inspections. Josh Wiegel came out.
His inspection of our 3 air conditioners and review of his inspection took over half a day and was the most through inspection & educational session we have ever had. He showed us inspection photos including landmarks in our house so we knew the photos were actually ours and explained to us why SRP rates us the worst energy offender in our neighborhood.
Our repairs & refrigerant costs have been frequent & skyrocketing. Unbeknownst to us this is due to the refrigerant no longer manufactured and parts being phased out. Other serious issues were addressed as well. Our first replaced unit was scheduled with Ty & Tom. ( I think my husband & I want to adopt them even though they are middle-aged.) They showed great respect for our home; are clean cut, personable, efficient, and seriously know their job.
Most astonishing, I thought the trim to the attic access would have to be removed & the hole enlarged. How they got the air handler of the 4 ton unit through that small attic space without enlarging it is baffling. Afterwards they helped register the unit, and cleaned up the workspace. I am writing this review before the next units go in because we are so delighted with the results and the Collins Comfort Masters company.
My one complaint: The name. I had heard "Comfort Masters" before & thought they were a mattress company. When the first hiring was with the emergency toilet repair, and the plumber was from Comfort Masters, I said ok ONLY because he was the only one available that late night. It is now my primary service company despite the name.

Had Collins A/C install A/C-Heating unit in August. They hooked up two wires incorrectly. The technician, Paul came out, diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly. Paul is a 5 star + technician. Knowledgeable, professional, courteous, thoughtful and friendly. Paul came out in August for technical issues and I was extremely impressed with him. You've an excellent employee and I will request Paul anytime my unit needs repair. Thank you Paul!

Our air conditioning unit went out on Friday night. Because the weather wasn't too hot we decided to wait and call a couple of places on Monday. In the meantime we asked a couple of our neighbors who they used to replace their ac. Both of our close neighbors had used Collins Comfort Masters. My husband called Collins and one other company on Monday morning. Josh from Collins showed up Monday night and sold us not only on an ac unit but on the Collins Comfort Masters. Josh was knowledgeable about the products but also he was just a nice, pleasant young man.
The installers, Ty K. and Thomas L. showed up the next morning on time with everything they needed. They were very efficient and nice young guys. Before they left we had a working unit, they made sure we knew how to use the thermostat, helped us get it set up on our phones. Today, we got a call from the company asking us how everything went. We were very impressed with the company and the people that work for the company! We will definitely advise anyone to use Collins Comfort Masters. By the way - the other company we called did call us back when the new ac unit was 75% installed.

My home has two AC units and I had both units replaced by Collins Comfort Masters. I'm very happy with the work they did. Marc M did the quote and clearly explained what would be done. The install team, Cirilo M. and Edgar M. were courteous and professional. I felt very comfortable having them working inside and outside my house all day. When they were done with the installation, they spent time helping me understand the Honeywell thermostats then helped me setup the Honeywell Home app on my phone. I highly recommend this company.

Just purchased a new heat pump through Costco, and Collins Comfort is their vendor. Shey and Avery did the install in just a few hours. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They really paid attention to detail and were very careful and clean inside and out! I'm extremely pleased and will be purchasing a water heater and soft water system from them as well! Great customer service from the start with Monty through the follow up call and email from Kelly! Great team!

The Collins team was outstanding. showed up on time and really worked as a team. I had two 4 ton ac units installed and expected it to take 2:4 days. The group got after it and finished in 6/7 Hours. Big shout out to Shey P, Dan G, Blake C and Efrain. I know I missed Jose. The guys know their roles and get after it. Spent all the time required to get me up to speed on all the new functions.
I hire again in a minute. You can tell it's a well run company and I'm glad I choose them to handle my ac needs and to do business with. Aaron thanks for the patience in getting me to understand and feel good about the deal.

UPDATE: August 25, 2021 Everything in my previous review was true at the time and remains so. My new A/C systems and controls provide superior performance and the house is cooler overall with less power consumed than before. Except that a Catastrophic Failure occurred exactly one month after the install. An installer had simply neglected to glue one of the PVC condensation drain line fittings after dry-fitting it.
A few weeks later, after a period of high humidity and heavy condensation use, it came loose and flooded my attic, extensively damaging insulation and the ceiling below. (See photo) In B-School they call this a "service quality recovery opportunity, " and to Collins's credit, they promptly started on repairing the damage -- starting by gluing the fitting. First, they sent Dry Force Water Removal Specialists to assess the damage and begin the drying-out process.
This involved placing a half-dozen very large vertical drying fans and a dehumidifier in the hallway and my home studio where ceiling damage was severe. The fans ran 24x7 for the next two-and-a-half weeks, with a noise level slightly below that of a jet engine. Of course, the studio was unusable. (See photos) After several visits, Dry Force determined the ceiling and attic interior were dry. Collins then sent Brenner Construction to do demo and repair.
At this point, it was necessary for me to move all my sound, recording, and computer gear out of the studio before Brenner could start work. A crew of two spent a couple of days removing damaged drywall and insulation, then a second crew of three spent another two days replacing insulation and drywall and repainting the hallway and studio walls and ceiling. (They left the color-matched paint they got for my future use.) Now it's another four hours or so moving gear back into the studio so I can resume using it.
During the whole process, Collins, Dry Force, and Brenner management and technicians were thoroughly professional. At this point, things look good and I'm satisfied the proper remediation has been done. Except that the remediation shouldn't have been needed in the first place, and I shouldn't have had to undergo a month of disruption, and a lot of time and labor by me spent dealing with the situation.
So bottom line, I'm taking off one star from my review because of that disruption. And Collins I'm sure has learned a very expensive lesson in quality control. They stood behind their work and have made things right, and I would do business with them again.

The company was on time, called a hour before arrive as asked by the home owner. Technician called and advised us of the findings, (condenser fan motor bad). He called back 10 minutes later and advised us that he found a motor and would have it in about 2 hour. Technician called back and stated the unit was up and cooling. He advised us that in about two hour the temp in the house would be back to normal. They accepted my extended warranty.

When your ac unit is out in the summer, it's an emergency. We ordered new ac units for the whole house and they arrived at the warehouse and were brought to our house in only a few days. Our installers, , Chris, Edgar, Efrian, and Blayke, were beyond great. They were professional, kind, and courteous the entire day. I highly recommend Collins Comfort Masters for all of your air conditioning needs.

C. Walker Eric Carson and his crew did a wonderful job of installing my new HVac system. They were courteous, polite and a pleasure to chat with. He walked me through the new system and made sure I was able to operate it before he left. They cleaned up all trash and dust from the installation, checked for leaks in the roof, inspected each vent and offered to come back if I am not satisfied the the air flow. I would highly recommend Collins Comfort Masters to everyone I know.

What a negative experience! Service guy said need a new AC unit (not convinced that's so) & set appointment with salesman. The office folks have no clue what ORGANIZED means! They do not effectively communicate with each other and certainly not their customers:CLUELESS! Left me with no idea what was going on. They seem dazed & confused. Despite paying them $89 for service call no repair estimate provided even though my AC still works -just blowing air that's not as cold as it should be. UPDATE: POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS BEWARE! Added refrigerant & AC is working great.
After Collins tech told me : "There's nothing we can do. You need new unit. " Mr Mariano, while I can appreciate your inquiry regarding my recent experience with your company I am not going to waste any more of my time on this matter. If you truly do not know what's broken then it's even worse than I thought. You will NEVER hear from me again-GW

My 27yr old unit went out so I called Collins for help. Very professional, my tech Joshua W. spent quite a bit of time educating me without ever making me feel pressured. Joshua W. found me the best unit for my budget and even lent me portable air conditioners until mine was replaced. for free. The install crew was incredible! Thanks Blayke D, Edgar B and Richard S. Blayke the lead tech even came back an hour after the install was done, just to follow up everything was working properly. Great job!

This was the most amazingly professional install I've ever experienced. Chris G. And his team were meticulous and hard working guys who replaced a 40 year old antiquated HVAC system with a brand new, upgrade, to of the line system. With temperatures in the 100s, this team worked tirelessly in a super hot and super filthy attic and when completed they cleaned up everything. Chris created a punch list of items that needed to be followed up at a later date.
It was clear that my satisfaction was their priority. They exceeded my expectations 100 times over. Last bit not least I am thrilled with my new system and I know I made an excellent investment in my home. Thank you to all. We had Collins out to our house to do an AC update. Great job! So then we thought to use them for a garbage disposal replacement. The plumber indicated to us that our under sink plumbing was done incorrectly, thus we went they garbage disposals too often. He reconfigured our pipes- but took a short cut which allowed for one pipe to become disconnected.
This took some time which allowed for leaking of water and damage. We didn't figure this out till the smell made us look under sink and pull our cleaning supply's. The company sent another plumber which fixed the bad pipe but did not even take care of the damaged under shelf. We have called several times with no response from management!
I would not use this company again. I was willing to pay for service call for the repair, but they obviously could care less about their reputation. So a representative called me after this review and said he would take care of this issue. Great right- since it's their falt/ Well still waiting My husband called the company and left message for Aaron to call him back. Thank you for coming thru and doing a great job Mathew and Randy! Repair technician was thorough and explained findings. Sales associate provided choices and explained the pros and cons of each. Install crew was on time and did a great job with AC install, installing new duct work and cleanup. Very respectful of our home, social distancing and wore masks when appropriate.

Kyle was our salesman. He is very professional, honest and nice! He quoted us an honest price, and did as much as he could to help with rebates and discounts to get our cost down. He was fantastic to work with! The installation went very well also. The team, Cirillo, Hector, Jesus, Jared, and Taylor were very professional and courteous! they came on time and work straight through in extreme heat.
They were respectful of our home, no mess, and cleaned up after they were done. We were very happy with the entire experience. We are existing customers and highly recommend them!

First off Collins Comfort Masters installed our new Air Conditioning Units a little over 2 years ago and my wife and I were very impressed with the professionalism and precision of the work. So when one of the units was not working properly we called Collins and they came right out. Now comes the important part, my units were out of labor warranty so it was looking like we would have to pay to get the unit fixed.
But the Service Technician, Kyle Gunville got right to work to diagnose the problem, fixed it, and informed my wife and I that there would be no charge due to the fact that the leak in the 401A refrigerant was due to a threaded union that wasn't properly tightened on installation. Honesty and Integrity mean something, we want to thank Collins and most of all Kyle, great job.

Just had a complete lennox 3ton 16 seer ac unit and compete ductwork done including registers and cleanup. Jose and Matthew did an awesome job. They kept me informed about everything. Showed by 8am and done by 6pm. The new system seems to be working to perfection. They even ran new electrical wire to my new i30 comfort thermostat.. I'm glad costco hooked me up with a great company at a great price... thanks again Jose and Matthew. You two are extremely professionals at your job.

The men that installed our new comfort system did a great job, they were polite, effecient, and took care to clean up any mess involved with the installation. They explained how the new system worked and answered our questions. The follow up a week later was to see if there were any problems and again the system was checked and any concernes addressed. They did an excellent job.

I was looking for 4 replacement central air conditioners for a fourplex that I own. I stopped by the Air Conditioning booth at Costco, and signed up for an appointment for a quote. 3 days later, on a Wednesday, Garrett from Collins Comfort Masters came to my property. They were friendly, professional, willing to entertain my questions and accommodate my requests.

I have relied on their expertise for over 6 years and never once did I ever question my judgement! Today’s technician, Juan, explained the ramifications of high water pressure, showed me how he measured for it and explained the different approaches we could take for fixing it. He replaced the unit (involved cutting pipe, sauntering, etc.), and did a marvelous job. I recommend this company highly!!!!

Just had the one year service appointment with Collins. John Lopez could not have been more professional/accommodating. Solved 2 issues for us at no additional cost to the one year service fee. Reliable, on time and reasonable service by outstanding technician. Fred, the technician always explains everything he does and the condition of my unit and offer suggestions as needed. He has been servicing my unit for several years and I've experienced nothing but quality work and keeping my unit working without any additional repairs. They notify me if there's a special going on for any of the semi annual check-ups that I maintain. I highly recommend this company and Fred their technician.

Randy, the sales representative was helpful in determining what system best suited our needs. Brent, Armando and Derek were neat and professional in their installation. Paul serviced my AC/Heating unit today as he did about a year ago.
