Once again the quality at Ground Zero continues to shine. I called for my annual service, was greeted by a professional sounding person who quickly scheduled me for the same week - to my shock. The appointment was confirmed via text and email and before the technician came out I knew his name, his rating, and some about him. He did a very thorough check of the system, was clean, professional, picked up after himself and was very pleasant. I'm happy to have selected to partner with such a great company.

A BIG SHOUT OUT to 'Ground Zero Plumbing & AC'! We had a major water leak going from behind our washer/dryer unit into the spare bedroom closet and it was soaking the carpet. We had NO hot water! We had originally contacted a different company that was not giving us the best ETA and were saying basically "They will get there when the get there". Well we decided to reach out to a friend who dispatched for this company, Kara R who said they could for sure get us someone sooner!
I was given a window of when they would be there and they kept to their word. Mike D was our tech that showed up. He was AWESOME. He was funny, informative and figured out almost immediately what was wrong. We appreciated his kindness and the fact that he did no try to upsell us. This place was great. I live in an apartment and my hot water was out and maintenance couldn't figure it out. When John and Buddy from Grand Zero showed up they were nice and professional. They kept me up to date every step of the way and they sis an awesome job. They were able to fix it the same day with just a half of day's work. Would absolutely recommend them for any plumbing issues.

I had a yard full of sewage in my apartment complex in Mesa AZ and many other plumbers couldn't find the issue after snaking it. I found Chris with Ground Zero the most professional and he decided to scope it out before just snaking it and leaving he was able to not only find the issue but clear it in less than 30 min. I contacted Ground Zero when my AC stopped powering on and had no power to my thermostat. I spoke with Dwayne and communicated to him the issues I was having. He was able to send someone out to my house same day. The service tech resolved my issues and recommended things to keep an eye on based on the condition and age of my unit. Overall I am pleased with my experience with this company, from the great communication initially with Dwayne followed by the comfortability of talking with the service tech Ken and not feeling pressured into purchasing anything.

Sam come out to fix multiple sinks in my apartment. He did the job accurately and took the time out to do the job right. He was very professional and friendly, he even gave me helpful tips to prevent any clogging from happening in the future. He had to come out twice to do the sinks and each time he was great, highly recommended him and this company. They get the job done and exceed expectations.

We had a plumbing leak on a Saturday night. I called expecting to get an answering machine instead I got a live person, Jimmy, who got a hold of Brian, who later I found out is the owner, to come out and fix our toilet leak. There was a huge leak in my bathroom and if we'd asked maintenance we would have been charged 10 times more than a regular plumbing company would. We were recommended by another resident. They told me all we had to do was call in and they'd have some one out at my convenience. Usually when my maintenance guy comes in to do work, he does a sloppy job.
He would leave a huge mess where ever he'd been working, use smelly chemicals for the pipework and only come when it was cleared on his schedule. Sometimes I had to endure long weeks with leaking pipes and a problematic toilets. I would wait so long that the leaking would cause water damage causing more money needed to spent on household damages. Silver Fox came in on time.
They told me what they were going to do and estimated when they were going to be done. They did a great job with my sink and I haven't had a problem since. I highly recommend them!!!!

It does not take a genius to understand how serious air conditioning and plumbing is in a stat like Arizona. However, despite that fact, Silver Fox made an effort to show that when it came to it, they were, in fact, geniuses. My technician really seemed familiar with how my system worked and finished in a timely manner. I have honestly not encountered any problems since then. Great service, (not to mention reliable) and guys who know what they're doing it? I'd say that's a good deal. I definitely recommend them.
