There's several reasons why Clark Plumbing deserves 5 stars. They were very quick with scheduling an appointment. If I need plumbing service...that means I need someone to help fix the issue ASAP. The staff is super responsive and friendly too. The main reason why I'm raving about them is because there was a small hiccup with service and the owner called me immediately to address the issue and provided a resolution. This is how you know a business truly cares about their customers and understands how to make things right. Thank you!

Initially got a good vibe from the customer service. They showed up to fix a leaking AC they said they fixed it and I was a happy customer. After the AC leaked after one day again, called them again. They come out to fix it and charge more money, that's fine again, no big deal. Pay for both invoices. One week later AC leaks again, this time I call and leave 3 messages. Everytime they have no idea who I am or know about the problem. No call back. Clearly they are not interested, in fixing the problem. Complete waste of money. Never use them.
