Our AC broke down and was blowing hot air last Thursday when it was crazy hot here in the valley. We got referred to premier and the owner actually picked up the phone when my wife called around 11p to leave a message and was able to get out to us the next day. Kyle was very upfront with his assessment and explained/showed us everything he was going to do in front of us.

At the end of day, he was very fair with his pricing and his work was excellent and thorough! Hopefully, we don’t have to call him out again but will use him again if we have to and definitely will refer him to anyone that needs a good and honest HVAC repair man!

Premier heating and air really saved me from the heat this summer and now that it's cooling down a bit I have yet to wake up all chilly and shaky. They were quick to answer and come out to my house for a quote and out of th 3 places that gave me a quote and explained what all needed to be done this company was the best. All and all professional, friendly and fast.

Kyle was awesome. He was clean, articulate, explained everything as he checked and repaired the compressor component that was broken. Support local businesses especially when they are as good as Right Choice and Kyle.

Premier cooling and heating installed a whole new air-conditioning system and ductwork in my house, which I didn’t have one before. They did every single cut in my plaster ceiling with extreme precision. They worked very hard to accomplish this in the time they promised. Premier cooling and heating installed a new air-conditioning system at my home in West Hills.They were very professional and thorough even took the time to protect my floors with drop cloths. They did a very excellent job installing the new equipment. They gave me exactly what I wanted a 16 seer RUUD condenser and a 10 year manufacturers warranty also cleaned out the condensate line. I am very happy with this Quality of work and professionalism .

Service was excellent! After calling around and getting told I would have to wait several days.. Premier responded right away and was at my door and had me up and running in no time. He did a great job and his prices beat all the other quotes I received from other places. Our air conditioner froze up during the hottest week. We called two different companies to check the problem. Each told us we had to replace the entire system due to clogged coils. As a third estimate for replacement, we called Premier and Kyle came to take a look. He told us he could clean the coils and felt the unit was in good condition. He worked diligently for a few hours on the unit, cleaned it thoroughly and was able to get our system working just fine...saving us $thousands in replacement! Premier was truly focused on customer service and very thorough on testing and resolving our problem at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company... honest, knowledgeable, and great prices!

I highly recommend these guys! We got same-day service and they spent two hours addressing our problem. They even responded at 11pm and offered to be there first thing the next morning! Further, they educated us on the problem to help us avoid it in the future and to know what to look for when we have to replace our AC. Smart, kind, efficient. Gave us discounts yet fixed our AC so it runs more efficiently and effectively then ever.

Wow! Excellent service! Kyle was very thorough in explaining what exactly was wrong with my air conditioner. He even went a step further checking and repairing a clogged pvc pipe that could have caused future water damage to my property.I appreciate his honest fair business approach as well as his affable personality.
