They came out quickly and installed a new AC unit and repaired our old duct and whole house fan system and stayed the entire day until it was done. Very quick and great service

Our service professional, Brian, knew his stuff and made good recommendations on our system. He was very good at his job and I trust his opinion and advice. He went over and beyond to try and address my issues.

I called arms to come check my A/C unit, since they have serviced it before. But this time, they sent out a technician who then said they could not help me. But I was still charged $79 just to be told they could not do anything to help me. This place is a scam. They stole my money, my time and the technician's time. I recommend avoiding this place. Call a different company. I know the owners of arms don't care about this review, but, maybe it will make someone think twice before calling these people.

And on the sixth day of creating the world, God said, “I’ve made Central California too hot”. So he created Arms Air Conditioning and people to work there, and He saw that it was good. On the seventh day, God rested.... in the cool comfort of heavenly cool air! Thank you ARMS!

Anthony did a great job, on time, very professional. Made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving.

Jeff and crew were very professional and were able to get our system installed in short order. They came fully equipped and went to work as soon as they arrived. Jeff went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the placement of the outside unit and moved it around untill we were satisfied. We would have them again anytime to do work for us.

We were very happy with the service! Jeff was awesome and answered all our questions. They were quick and professional. I can't believe how fast they completed the job. We are used to people taking a month doing something like that. Jeff said he could build a house in a month haha, I believe him! All three of the guys were great and it was comforting that Anthony spoke Spanish because my mother only speaks Spanish.

They were very clean and left the house looking like nothing every happened except now we have AC. Thank you all very much, we appreciate all your hard work and will not hesitate to call you back or recommend you to someone 🙂

Alex was able to diagnose my issues within 15 minutes of the appointment. He showed us where the problem was and quoted me a reasonable price to get both units serviced. I had gotten these units looked at at the beginning of the summer and was quoted over $1,000 with a follow-up for leak detection to still figure out the problem. Alex was able to come in and find out that the leak was right at the outside unit and charged me for the repair+ replace only 2 pounds of freon that I lost versus the quote I received for replacement of 8 pounds of freon earlier this summer.

This means to me that Alex was very trustworthy and honest, very fast with this service and once he was complete both air conditioning units were running the best that we've ever experienced since living in this house for 5 years all done within an hour and 15 minutes. I can't wait to go ahead and get my comfort review to budget and find out what I need to do in the upcoming years to possibly replace my 23 year old units. Elaine scheduled all the appointments and even called me to let me know that there was a cancellation and we were able to have our appt moved up earlier than we planned.

It's usually me calling thee service company back to say that we have not seen a repairman in the window time they've given us. It was pleasantly refreshing where they were on top of their service appointments and even called to come in early when there was an opportunity.

Doug was very friendly and fixed the problem on my AC unit quickly. He even remembered me from a visit a year ago. I was glad to see a friendly face show up at my door.
