DeHart installed our Bryant HVAC system in 2008 and today did first check of three in their Loyalty Program to make sure heating, air and thermostat are in working order and yes, finally replacing our 1978 installed 40 gallon gas water heater with an updated tankless system. Carlos explained all.

I was happy with the service. However approx $550 for maybe 1 hrs work tops is quite a bit of money. All that needed to be done was install a new cartridge. I'll have to think about using them again at these prices Service: Shower repair

They called to verify appointment, they called to let me know technician was on the way, when he showed up, he (Tyler) was outstanding. Explained what was wrong how to fix, suggestions about maintenance specials, straight professional yet friendly. Made us both glad we use DeHart. They have done an excellent job for us, 20 yrs in house, needed to replace hvac they did, needed new condenser, they did, then needed new water heater! Top notch! Thank you DEHART!

He was able to locate the problem and make a temporary fix so that we had heat until the replacement part was available to install. Thanks for warming up our house! The technician they sent out Spencer was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and professional. He was down to earth and provided THE ABSOLUTE BESt customer service I've ever experienced with a home repair. It's rare that I call anybody to fix anything in my home as I do all of my own repairs but I did sign up for the inspection program and will be using Hart for all of my heating, AC, and plumbing needs for sure! We had a very good experience replacing our entire HVAC system and adding new ductwork and insulation to our home through DeHart. Their entire team, from sales to work crew to billing, was extremely helpful and professional. After doing extensive research and getting multiple quotes, we also felt we were getting a very fair and good deal, which was a comfort as we knew this was one of the larger financial investments we would be making in our home.

I appreciated their transparent approach to pricing, and felt like we were given clear and helpful information at every stage of the decision process. They even went out of their way to accommodate our scheduling requests to make the work days easier on our toddler's sleep schedule. Since I've been using DeHart for business, they have been excellent all around. Kind and courteous. They helped me out with keeping my AC / Heater Unit clean and running. All the maintenance associates have been awesome. Especially Deon, I got to know him a little better. He's fixed 2-3 parts on my unit, told me I'm set for another 10 years. So everyone needs to be using the DeHart Company. They are reliable, and they come when you need them urgently. So that is a Plus in my books. To DeHart your AWESOME! I called them to check on our AC that made a noise. the guy shows up and says everything is ok, except the condensor fan motor needs to be changed, and quoted me $900. I am glad I said no to that. I get another opinion. I find out the motor is about $150 original equipment manufacturer, and doesn't take more than 2 hours max to fix, not even close to a $900 bill!, but that wasn't even the problem.

The motor was tested for over an hour, it didn't get too hot and the ampage stayed where it's supposed to the whole time, so it worked with no issues and didn't need replacement whatsoever. what the 2nd person pointed out, was the obvious fact that the unit was clogged with dust and needed cleaning. he cleaned it and unit worked perfectly after that.

I am including the picture of the clogged unit that Dehart ignored and tried to get me for $900 for something I didn't need. I hope this review doesn't get hidden. I don't know how so many good reviews are posted when they work like this. I would stay away from these people.
