After a week of a sweaty 78 degree house and making multiple phone calls to HVAC companies around town with no calls back, Jarrod picked up the phone at 6:15pm on Friday. I'm a new homeowner so I have absolutely no idea what the problem might be and he patiently answered my questions and explained the possibilities. I jumped at the chance to have him come out on Saturday, if he was willing.

Spoke with the owner on the phone around 9am and they were able to send a technician out same day (no emergency charge or anything). Brian was the technician who was very professional, polite and knowledgeable about the unit I had at the house. Brian was able to diagnosed, order the part and install it all within the same day. I probably got lucky the part was available but regardless having all of this done on the same day was impressive enough to me. Cost of diagnostics, parts and labor were all very reasonable. Great service, great prices, will be back!

I am beyond impressed with Ellis. After our AC went out, they sent someone the same day, told us honestly what was wrong, did not try to oversell us on things we did not need and offered a very reasonable price on our new downstairs unit (replacing a 17 year old one - it definitely was time). The kicker? They installed it on the scheduled day, in the heat of August, in the POURING RAIN! We are more than appreciative of your hard work and dedication to great service. Will call on you again when the upstairs unit takes a dive.

Jarrod Ellis has been taking care of our two residential HVAC systems for going on 15 years. He and his professional team, including Neal, recently replaced one of our aging, malfunctioning systems and made ductwork modifications improving airflow to and from the new heating/AC "gas pack" unit. The replacement included a new "smart" thermostat and carbon monoxide detectors.

Jarrod Ellis and his team have been taking care of my HAVC systems for over 20 years. When my current home was reaching the end of life for its heat pump I called on my old friend. We discussed my options and I explained that we really were uncomfortable with the way our heat pump warmed or didn't (we called it the cold pump) as it would run to warm the house the air out of the ducks was chilly making it uncomfortable most of the time even if the thermostat was satisfied.

In addition when it would go into defrost mode it would wake us in the middle of the night with a horrific noise. After checking our duck work for what options it could handle Jarrod recommended American Standards Variable Speed Heat Pump and moving our Freon lines from inside the bedroom walls to outside the house. He and his great team installed the new system in a days time.

When they started the new system the wife and I knew we had made a great decision. This system is unlike any other heat pump I have owned. First off it often just runs at a gentle purr. The air out of the ducks is not uncomfortable. Our house is WARM and we here NOTHING. You just don't notice that it is running. Changing our heat pump to Jarrod's recommendation turned into a life changing event.

We sleep through the night and we are always comfortable no matter the weather. I waited to experience the air conditioning side or our new system before writing the review. It performs just like the heat pump. Most of the time it just runs at a very low speed only ramping up when big changes happen or extreme high or low temperatures. This HAVC system totally revolutionizes the use of heat pumps. I give it a 10 out of 10 rating! Lee Holly Springs, NC

After no downstairs heat since Sunday, a new unit has been installed today and needless to say, I'm very happy to have heat again!!!! Cannot recommend Jarrod and his team enough for your HVAC needs- they were very honest, punctual, reliable and informative! Made picking out our new unit easy, and they had a new one installed within just a few days!

I called on a Saturday to have someone come check out my AC. About an hour and a half after I got off the phone, my ac was fixed and he was on his way. The response time was great and the technician was very friendly. I highly recommend them if you have any hvac issues.

Have been using this company for repairs for several years and recently had them install a new system converting our home from single to dual zone. They did a great job, quality work and extremely professional. I highly recommend them.

I don't post these type opinions very often but this company is what you dreamed of getting when you call for a service at your home. I called in off hours as my AC went out at night, the owner called back first thing next morning and listened to my issue and then sent his technician Paul who was a kind Christian man who promptly showed up and found our issue.

The owner Jarod Ellis also arrived and confirmed the issue as it was a bit tricky and they drove all the way to North Raleigh to get our new fan. Please note, they didn't buy a cheapie part and charge me an arm and a leg but rather got what was a very top notch blower motor that has really made our system work much better. I highly recommend this company as they are fast, honest and professional. They have my business from here on out!
