Are used Service Experts regularly for many many years now they are always there on our close to the time they say how or if not they call and let me know ahead of time. The service tech, Tim, was here within the window and was very honest with me about my system and what he would and would not do to it himself to help save me some money It's an old system and could be repaired to an extent but I have been putting Band-Aids on it for quite some time. He gave me tips on how to ease the stress on the system until I can decide about getting a new one or not. A very honest individual which is very refreshing these days.

Highly satisfied! We called and got a same day appointment. Billy came to our house to give us a quote on a new AC system and was very knowledgeable. I joined the advantage program about 2 years ago, and immediately starting having issues with the "brand new" unit installed. Over these 2 years, I've had my heat and AC go out and require repair more than I have needed in my lifetime combined. They may come out within 24 hours but rarely do they fix it that day. Last week, my AC stopped working again, I called and someone came out the next day.
He claimed that the issue was "likely caused by a storm" and a part would be ordered. He said it would take 2-3 days to come in. He also spent over an hour on hold trying to get through to his own company to order the part. Three days later no one had called, so I called, they said they'd message the parts department and call back. That evening, the parts department called to let me know they just ordered the part and it was being overnighted, so the initial claim they ordered the part was a lie.
I've had to call every day since then, being told the same thing, that they don't see an ETA on the part, they will contact the department, and I will get a call back that day. I haven't received any calls back. I also expressed a concern that when they installed my new unit, they reused the old and damaged parts. The reason I suspect this is that my friend used this company and the advantage plan (on my referral, which I greatly regret), after the install, she found they had put a lien on her house, without telling her, and it was preventing the refinance they were doing.
They ended up paying off the unit to get out of the plan. 6 months or so later, they had an issue with their AC, a technician came out and explained that while the unit was new, all the rest of the parts were old and corroded. Service Experts will not take responsibility for it nor will they fix it, claiming "anyone could have put those parts in after we did the installing". We are currently in a heat wave, I've got young children and animals, and a house with no AC. I highly recommend avoiding this company!

I was sold by this company's adorable commercials and became a monthly subscriber paying $12 a month for maintenance service. Suddenly my AC stopped working and I called them hoping to get quick assistance. Instead, I was on hold for over ten minutes only to be directed to a call center that told me a dispatcher would contact me and they never did.
For 48 hours I was patient enough; I asked to speak with a manager and am still waiting for a call back. I cancelled my subscription but have yet to receive an email receipt. I love their TV commercials, but their service is beyond disappointing.

Exceptional service and addressed the two gas leaks for my water heater within a few hours. Richard, the technician that did the repair was very nice and took his time to make sure it was done right. Chris Overton provided excellent customer service and made sure my issue was handled in a timely manner. I have already recommended them to others! Will use them again for sure!

Matt our plumber has been working on several projects around here, he is very courteous, informative and knowledgeable. Ben the technician came out here on a Sunday and quickly when we lost heat. I've been a customer of Service Experts for my heating and cooling for at least 7 years now. Their technicians (most recently Daniel B.) have always been respectful and friendly. They explain what they're doing, what they've found (if anything), and answer all questions. In fact, while doing routine maintenance sometime in the past year or two, they found (and patched up) some shoddy work done by the contractor I was using prior to signing up with Service Experts.

The entire process of scheduling and getting the maintenance done was great. Kelly Baker walked me through all the options on the phone, and gave me excellent counsel on what she believed was the right service/plan I should opt for. Tim showed up on time and did an excellent and professional job inspecting the furnace, explained the technical aspects of workings of the furnace and even showed me all the issues/potential problems that the furnace was facing. I couldn't be more happier with the service provided and the business itself. Great job guys!

Furnace was not working. Nathan came out at 7am to take a look St the issue. Diagnosed problem. Checked on how old system was to see if it was in warranty (9 years into a 10 year warranty- great since it usually the other way). He found the proper replacement part and got it ordered. Part would be available in a couple days but was willing to wait for its installation until a time that we had an already scheduled service inspection (a convenience for us). Very friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks

Hi everyone I highly recommend this company. Called them for our heating problem their guy Dustin knew what was wrong with it and turns out it was the heater exchanger and recommended to get a new unit since the unit was so old. Also he took his time to look under the house and saw we needed a new water heater since it was old too so we got it replace the next day and everything working fine. they were really professional and did a good job like I said before I highly recommend this company. Our heater stopped working and I called this company and they were quick to visit my home. They inspected the furnace and also asked to see my water heater (we've had no issues with our water - pressure, temperature, nothing). They found a long list of things wrong with both. Their business model to is sell people a membership maintenance program that was going to equal our monthly car payment.
No thanks. This contract would last for 10 years. Quick math told me I'd be overpaying for a new furnace. I asked if I could just pay upfront for a new furnace. And that quote ended up being twice what two other companies quoted me. I was also told that my furnace was original to the house( 20+ Years) which the serial number and info on the unit told me it was only 10 years old.
I'm sure those customers who are a part of their maintenance program are satisfied and have the peace of mind but I was not thrilled being lied to. We went with another company.

The technician I had to service my system was excellent and very professional. Name is Daniel McElveen. He performed a great job. Made recommendation that was fulfilled also today. The job was excellently performed and to my standards . In future services I would like to request that Mr. McElveen return. Recently I had my crawlspace encapsulated by them and it involved HVAC work, insulation, dehumidifier and Sump pump installation. I had a great experience with the maintenance consultant sent to us, Mustapha Khallafi, who was responsive to my questions and quick to resolve issues identified as part of the precision tune-up, all while having been in the attic on a hot Raleigh summer day. 5 out of 5 for Mustapha, who was here almost a full two hours and was very thorough. The back-office staff (scheduling and dispatch), however, were a bit of a cluster.
The original appointment was supposed to be between noon and 2, the prior call took longer which I get and it happens, but nobody called me to let me know someone wouldn't ultimately arrive until 5:30PM, which was about an hour after I called in to cancel and move until another day. I'm going to blame the fact it was right before a holiday so maybe they were a little short staffed. Also, if you all stop taking card payments after 5PM, you all need to warn folks. Wasn't ideal to be sprinting around trying to scrounge up cash. Thanks for coming out, Mustapha. Great work!

Our technician was Kevin Blasingil & not only was he quick to discover the problem with our air conditioner, but he was very professional. He went out of his way to get coolant for us & had the problem fixed very quickly & efficiently. I definitely recommend Service Experts for any kind of heating & air problem.

After being sold an overpriced and poor quality unit from ARS with terrible installation, we called Service Experts to replace our upstairs unit. They charged us $1000 less for the same size but much higher quality unit. The service before, during and after is incredible. We have them come out for biannual checkups on both units. They have fixed minor insurance on the ARS unit without charging us anything extra.

This is my second home I have had Service Experts replace and maintain my air conditioning in my home. This time as I I expected they went above and beyond with their work capabilities and service. First I would like to say how great the staff was from the sales person Juan Losada to the great technicians Ben and Ramon.Juan understood our needs and price limits. Ben and Ramon were so efficient,such hard workers,polite, immaculate with their work and clean up, so helpful with the setting up on the computer and answering all our questions. Again I have made the right decision to go with Service Experts. Now enjoying my new system with cool air and low humidity.

I had a fantastic experience with Service Experts. I rent & my property manager never has a sense of urgency about repairs or issues. Having experienced our first batch of winter weather this past weekend, I took matters into my own hands. I had a fairly new HVAC system, put in by a competitor., late last summer. They were inoperable on Friday because of the bad roads & were closed on Saturday - which is normal for them.
My heat went out Friday morning. My dog & I managed to stay here, bundled up & using gas logs (which didn't help much). I called Service Experts Saturday morning & they were operating normal. The representative was very friendly on the phone & told me someone would be out as soon as possible. Within two & a half hours, a technician showed up.
Ryan was very professional, friendly & knowledgable.
He diagnosed the problem quickly. A consultant with his company showed up, Everett, who was just as nice & professional. Because my property manager was giving me an attitude via text & phone, I was crying & upset - hey, I was tired, frustrated & cold. They were very compassionate & said they would do whatever it takes to get my heat working as soon as possible. Finally, my property manager OK'd the work & Ryon went to get the part.
He was back soon after & did the repair in about 10 minutes. He waited with me to make sure the heat came on & it got warmed up. I can't thank Service Experts enough. They turned a horrible situation around & did so timely, compassionately & professionally.
