STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, DISHONEST AND CUTS ALL CORNERS, NO INTEGRITY. I called Mitron A/C for a simple quote to replace my ac. A tech was sent out and during the quote IN THE ATTIC HE STEPS ON MY PIPES AND BURST THE PIPE CAUSING WATER DAMAGE TO CEILING, ELECTRICAL ISSUES AND TECH HAS MY PREGNANT WIFE AND 12 YR OLD SON HELPING HIM!!!! Owner comes to my location and from his mouth “ITS NO BIG DEAL WHY ARE YOU SO UPSET”????He then REFUSES to gives me his insurance to cover the repairs and hires some off the corner guy, who told me the MIRTRON owner PAID SO CHEAP FOR THIS REPAIR I GOT WHAT I PAID FOR. ALL THIS WHILE ITS HOLIDAYS AND HE IS OUT HUNTING HE REFUSED TO RESPSOND. I WENT BACK AND FORTH WITH THIS COMPANY AND ALL I ASKED FOR WAS A QUOTE, IF A QUOTE ENDED THIS BAD I CAN JUST IMAGINE WHAT AN INSTALL WOULD BE LIKE, STAY AWAY!!!

Took 3 calls to get in touch with this company. Scheduled a technician to come out the next day between 1-5pm and they never showed up. Called again and no answer. Look somewhere else if you want prompt service

Excellent customer service! He answered my inquiry promptly and made an appointment immediately. Mr. Mirtron came to my house and was very professional. He took my concerns seriously and inspected my HVAC systems thoroughly. He concluded that one unit had a miniscule coil leak and recommended recharging the system instead of replacing the entire unit like two previous techs told me.

He recharged my system on-site and is very reasonably priced. He also recommended that I hose wash the outside condensers to clear the dust from them. I did so after he left and my units have been performing well since the tune-up. We'll see what the summer brings, but I will definitely call him again if I need service again. Thanks so much!

AC went out yesterday late. They were here the next day and got me up and running in less than an hour. They were extremely professional and courteous.

Instead of telling us so many stories, he told us about a small leak and fix it immediately. I've been using Mirtron for years for not just my home but my commercial projects as well. I can honestly say they are about an honest company as you can find, and in the contracting business it's a blessing. They never try to upsell you like most of these other guys and when they say something can't be fixed and needs to be replaced I know it's not bs.

We used Mirtron to replace 2 AC units, furnace coils and condenser in our house. Our AC was over 20 years old and on its last leg. We wanted to replace it before it completely died. They were recommended to us from a friend. They did a great job, finishing everything in a day! Their price was very reasonable. The owner, Mr. Mir, is very professional, respectful and punctual. He doesn't pressure you with any sales. His crew works hard and they use high quality products.
