These guys really know what they're doing! I contacted several big generator supercenters, and then contacted Bob's Heating and AC because of the good comments I've heard about then. The big generator supercenters knew zero about the permit requirements for my Locality, but Bob's A/C was on top of it. Also, their price was very competitive when compared other "professional" installations. And when they did the work, they hit it hard and did it quickly and correctly.

We are a couple in our 70's, with health issues. Our generator is our lifeline. The management and staff have kept us running for over 12-years. Knowing a storm is heading our way, they expedited a part and got us up and running. I stood outside with an umbrella in case the deluge started. they were gonna be covered! Let them replace the things, and their service is outstanding! They did some major electrical and HVAC at my home. I've had to call them back out for minor repairs. They're fast, easy to work with, and go the extra 17 miles to service my equipment.:- I am happy to be a customer, and while I love having yall here, I hope we don't meet often.

Really nice service crew. They had issues removing a part. 30 min job is turning into a 3 day job. Still not complete. Hopefully it will be done today. Update: the technician called in sick. Now stuck till Monday. Hopefully it's not Covid he didn't wear a mask in my house. They still have half the money. Service: Repair HVAC

Called them to come check my ac system that they installed some time ago but was under warranty. No hesitation on their part. They came out within hours, checked it and found a small leak in my outside condenser. Repaired it and all is good. The technician was very nice and professional. You can tell the integrity of a company when they promptly come out for a free warranty repair and handle it with no hassles. I highly recommend them for ac and electrical work. Top notch company and locally owned and operated.

Lance is amazing and helped me when the gas company cut the main power line to my house. Lance took care of everything with the city of Houston (permits, contacting, etc) and got the city off their duff and install the new power line. All of this was during the hot summer months. Lance also did work at my parents house, replacing items, upgraded the electrical panel and helped repair some items when we sold their house. I will only use Bob's They are trustworthy, onetime, and I know the work will be done correctly.

I came home to very warm house and called Bob’s just after 4pm. By 4:45 we had a tech out investigating. They arrived back first thing the next morning and worked all day to resolve the issue. The part was under warranty and they graciously extended the warranty on the labor since it had just barely expired. The job was very thorough and everything performed by the book....no cutting corners. Coming back out one more time just to be sure it’s all working perfectly.
From the initial call to the completion of the work, everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and does what is promised. They put their customers first and you don’t see that with many companies these days. We’ve used Bob’s since 2016 and we would not even consider another company. Two thumbs up!

Updated to date 2021. Nothing has changed over the years with our opinion of this first rate company. For 50 years I and my family have depended on Bob's. Bob's Air Conditioning has been my favorite for over 40 years. Their technicians are the best. This company has never failed to give my family the best service every time. I have never had to call them back for any concerns. The technicians are always on time, courteous and get the job done in minimum time. I appreciate their professional manner and appearance.

Bob's was the last company to perform service on our air conditioning unit before we purchased our house. The unit failed, and we discovered that Bob's did something with the wiring to deliberately bypass a safety mechanism that would have shut down our unit before it broke. Our compressor overheated, and we needed a new motor, thanks to Bob's. I highly recommend Bob's if you want your air conditioning unit's motor to short out and the compressor to overheat, and if you want an unsafe situation where wires are stuffed into the side of the unit and not connected.

Our old AC evaporator coil (inside) developed a slow leak so we had a different company provide an estimate and options since it used the old freon type. We decided to have Bob's AC do the same and were much happier with their options, Rheem products, and the detailed parts and labor breakdown. They even adjusted their bid to beat the first company.
The first company was pushy yet vague. The office staff at Bob's was extremely helpful over the phone with every step, including financing. The installation crew was very professional and the work quality was the best I've seen. They were respectful, thorough, and cleaned up all messes. I'll recommend Bob's to everyone I know in the area.
