Due to the hurricane, I was without air conditioning for 9 days. Be Cool responded promptly, provided a quote to the owner, and completed the installation on the same day. The three technicians who came were very respectful and finished the installation quickly.

We noticed our downstairs air wasn't cooling as well as usual. We called Be Cool and explained the situation. Bo and a repairman came & checked out our unit. The coils had a leak, a big leak. That afternoon they replaced the coils and checked the freon. We appreciate how quickly they responded to our call during these hot Texas days!

I called Be Cool office regarding my air conditioner that was just blowing hot air, and temperature for that day- August 3 would reach 100 degrees. I was told that someone would return my call. Suzanne called immediately and provided me an estimated time for the technician's arrival. The technician, Beau, arrived much earlier than time scheduled- that's really great.

I'm sure Beau is tired of me and my AC unit.but he wouldn't tell me if he was. He was very professional, extremely helpful and patience with explaining things to me. I had a few ducks that needed to be repaired, a float switch installed a drain pan that needed to be moved and my drain lined cleaned. Called early in the morning and received a callback shortly after they opened. They genuinely cared and sent a repairman over to get the system working. They followed up early the next morning to check on our welfare. They agreed installed a new a/c and heating unit. They were extremely professional from start to finish. Everyone at Be Cool Ac have always gone above and beyond to help me. My AC was not cooling properly and Beau came out on a Saturday to check everything and found it was low on Freon. He repaired the problem and made sure it was cooling properly before leaving my house. Beau also called back to make sure it was continuing to cool. Suzanne is always very friendly as well and always calls me to let me know someone is on the way so i never have to worry. I highly recommend this Company and I will never go elsewhere. Beau has been extremely thorough and honest in his assessment of our AC issues (we've had two) and you feel like he is not trying to upsale or swindle you into anything you do not need to get up and running.

Our system is ancient (in HVAC years) and he has never once just said - it's at its end of life just get a new system. He has identified the issue and fixed the actual problem, not just a bandaid to get another service call. All three times Beau has been to our home his has made it a priority to engage with our little ones when they talk to him or want to play kitchen for a few minutes. Beau truly feels like a member of our family.

Man, what can I say about these guys other than AMAZING! My A/C went out on Thursday. I called them toward the end of the day and they agreed to come out the next day. My appointment window was 1:00 to 3:00, and Beau showed up right at 1:00 (how often does that ever happen?). Thankfully he had the part I needed in his van, so he was able to fix my issue then and there and I was up and running within 30 minutes. I would 10/10 recommend this company to my friends!

We had Be Cool come out and do an annual check on our a/c units a few months ago. Yesterday, one of the units was not working, called this morning and they came out right away. Found the source of our problem and was promptly fixed. Office and on site technicians are professional and very responsive. A big thing for me is COMMUNICATION and they are top notch. I would highly recommend Be Cool!

Update: it's been a year and I stand by me previous post. I would highly recommend. Honest and responsive individuals who do clean work. Previous post: I absolutely love this company. They're stand up people, friendly, honest and have high integrity. That's hard to come by, sad to say. I have a brand new home and you know how that goes but Be Cool gets me right every time. It went great! First I found out about BeCool by asking my neighbors online Next Door for their recommendations. We received glowing recommendations for BeCool. We got an excellent analysis of what we might need from their super representative, ordered a new air conditioning system, got it installed on time by courteous, knowledgeable specialists.

We are getting superior cooling from our new system during this very hot summer and even purchased an ongoing annual maintenance plan from them. We felt price very reasonable for system size, SEER and a top brand. Installed new programmable thermostats too. One more thing.since our components of our system was in the attic, BeCool technicians covered our carpets with plastic and left everything neat when they were finished.

They always come to our rescue! They were referred to me by my sister when my AC wasn't blowing as cool as it should. They came out the same day as my call. The problem was just freon! They added Freon and were on their way.no sales pitch, no added on problems! Recently my AC unit stopped around Midnight. I left a message via their website around 8am, they were at my house before 9:30 am! He fixed the AC before knocking on the door! No hassle, HONEST, DEPENDABLE, friendly and professional service!

His team knocked out a complete system install including all new ductwork around 4 hours and works and looks amazing compared to our previous install.
