I would recommend this company to anyone. I have used them for the past 7 years and they always resolve my problems. Customers need to realize that this company can't come to your house for free, they have to make some money.keep in mine, most people will write a review if they are unhappy.you'll only hear about the bad

I would like to give a negative rating. I paid this man to come to my house and repair my whirlpool fridge, he showed up, went to my fridge, flipped a switch and said it may need a new part. 5 min later the fridge started clicking again. I called him back and told him. He said he would need to order the part and get back with me. That was around 8am.
Me and my husband called numerous times that day to find out if the part was ordered and the cost. Finally almost 2PM, he calls back and says the part is 89+tax and it will take 5 business days to be delivered. I was ok with that. A week later I call to check the status, he sounded irritated and said it hasn't been delivered and he would call when it came in. that was almost 4 weeks ago, never heard from him again. Bad business and a complete waste of time and money.

Called this company to come out because the service call price was cheaper than everywhere else. Mr. Sanders comes, checks out my stove, orders the part he said it needs. Estimated 4-5 business days to arrive. After about business day 7 I hadn't heard anything so called to check. Hadn't arrived yet. No prob, wait a couple more days, try again. Still not in.
Repeat this act every few days. After about 3 weeks of waiting, the part finally arrives. He comes with his son to put in the part. It's not the right part. They get on the phone with the manufacturer trying to talk to one of their techs so the tech can help them understand what they're looking at in the stove and walk them through the repair. Customer service rep from the call center basically says that's not going to happen.
They hang up with manufacturer, no idea what to do from there. Mr. Sanders says he's going to take the wrong part back and order the right one. I'm so annoyed I'm almost indifferent at that point, but I say okay. They leave, I never hear from them again. That was several months ago. Not going to bother calling to check on the part. Leaving 2 stars instead of 1 because they were at least nice and polite.

I would have given a 5 star, but something came to my attention today. I have done all my business with them for years. I even had an entire heating system replaced. I ran into a leaky line in my ac unit today. I am shocked at the heavy $100 fee charged today for coolant refill. Anyway, it was paid for but what got me was I have never had an issue until today when I was told that I could not make a payment with my discover card when the website clearly states they accept discover. I find this interesting that I was told only master card is accepted. I feel lied to. I am not happy with my service today.

I have called upon and relied on this company for excellent quality service for several years. I have always been highly satisfied with their work ethics, pricing, and quality of the work performed. Mr. Bill is one of the most professional, polite, and fairest individuals I've ever had the "pleasure" of working with. I had a part replaced in my refrigerator in January that had a 90 day warranty. 91 days later, my fridge started acting up again.
To my dismay, it was a new problem that required a new part and repair. He was very forthcoming about the cost, honored the warranty and didn't charge a trip fee. Thank you all for doing honest business and making me a very happy and satisfied repeat customer!

I had made appointment with Mr. Sanders for Saturday, the reason I choose him was his service call was cheaper than any one else, witch was $65.00, but when he got her, he took about ten minutes to tell me that the tub was cracked, witch was true, and it would take a lot of parts to fix it, witch was not true, I fix it my self, by replacing the plastic tub myself, and it was not that hard. I thank, he was just after the service call money, and he was up set that I was not charge tax.
