Houston North saved us over $100,00. A previous vendor had diagnosed our chiller as unrepairable and needing replacement - a cost of well over $100,000. We asked Houston North to give us a bid on replacing the chiller and they asked if they could first check the system. They did and they discovered a valve had not been closed properly. That's it. System has been running perfect for over a year now. I cannot say enough about Houston North's honesty and integrity.
