EC Waters

We called for service a few days ago. They came out today unprepared. When asked when they would return, not until Monday? You might be asking, well they may need parts. No, they didn't even look at the A/C unit. Walked in, yep it is warm, it isn't working and might be the coils. We'll be back Monday! You don't even know what is wrong. So what about coming back later today?!? Didn't even hear back. Do not recommend! We are also in their maintenance plan.

I had high hopes for E.C. Waters, I called to have an AC unit fixed for a property I manage for a client of mine. If their customer service is an indication of their actual service, it is not good. when she picked up she was fairly rude, I don't appreciate being interrogated for a service like this, the call made the decision not to go with E.C. Waters much easier.

Russ Jones provides excellent service for our Trane system. Russ is very pleasant, knowledgeable and great to deal with. Russ keeps us informed throughout the entire process. The folks at EC Waters are very professional and the quality of their work was excellent. I converted my air handler from sitting on the ground in my garage to hanging from the ceiling. We had a mini split installed in an office in our home. EC Waters came highly recommended and they did not disappoint! Technicians And staff were excellent This was the only company that would provide the placement of ac unit exactly where we wanted it. It was extra work for the installers, but they were happy to accommodate us!

I have been using a different company and have not had the best experience. I called EC Waters for service. They were amazing. Cost was not bad but the customer service was great! Riss come out to my house and he was very knowledgeable. He had it fixed in less than an hour and has gained a customer for life. I used to work in customer service and I wish all my guys we as good as everyone I talked to there. From the time I called and made the appointment till tech was driving off. This is the second time I've purchased a new AC system from E.C. Waters. They are always very competitive on price and do such an excellent job with the installation. They always show up on time. On Wed, 7/28/21, our ac stopped working. I called E.C. Waters, who have performed regular maintenance on both our home and business ac's. They couldn't come out until the next day, Thurs. 7/29. That was understandable. Alan( I think that was his name.) diagnosed the issue and told us they needed to replace the blower motor. He seemed very unconcerned when I asked him questions, just shrugged.

He said they would get the part ordered but was not sure when or when it could be delivered, or even a ball park estimate of his experience with delivery from this company. So, I called that afternoon and spoke to Crystal. It was evident from her answers that they had not ordered the part yet. She was non-commit all as to when it would be ordered or how long it might take.

She did finally say she would ask them to track delivery and would call me after the part was ordered. No call that day. Now, it's been 92 Degrees for two days in the house. I called her the next day, Friday. She said the part had been ordered but had not asked for tracking info. and had no idea when it would come in. She said she would call on Monday and seemed very unconcerned.

We were desperate and started to call friends for recommendations. A friend gave us the info. for Allstar Heating & Cooling. What a difference in attitude and performance! They returned our call on that Fri evening, we're out at 7:30 am on Saturday, and the blower motor was installed by that afternoon. ( They were $100.00 less expensive too.) Please don't waste your time with a company that seems to care less. E.C. Waters no longer has my business.

Had to call due to an A/C issue, great customer service over the phone. The tech that came out was awesome he explained the problem to me and very nice. Hopefully I won't have any issues with my A/C but if I ever do I know what company to call or I know who to send friends ad family to.

I have been a customer for over 5 years and have had good service. I had an issue several weeks ago with my air-conditioning, it was not cooling well. My unit is a 6 years old Lenox. Many Lenox units have had faulty coils and I had already replaced one 4 years ago, EC Waters did the work. When Allen came out he said the refrigerant was low, would fill it and see how that worked.

He did not go in the attic to check the unit. I feel I paid $230 for poor service, just a bandaid to the problem. Very dissappointing. A week later my unit wasn't cooling well again. After researching, refrigerant should not be leaking out at all and usually means there is a leak in the unit, I called another HVAC company and as soon as they looked at the unit they said it was a leak and the coil needed replacing again (Lenox issue). My unit is now working at 100%.

The price was competitive. The Team was fast and efficient. The installation job was very well done. A note: For those that are concerned about COVID-19 exposure, realize that the Install Team did not wear masks. You may want to discuss this with the Company if you have them do any work. Jason was very helpful he directed his staff on what to do and they did it in a timely matter, they were very knowledgeable in all areas of the job,they left the job area very clean and neat.We are very pleased with our new AC unit.I would highly recommend them they are true professionals in there field.

I have been so pleased with the service we have received from EC Waters since we switched to using them several years ago. Our favorite technician helped us out this morning by fixing our broken AC, and given the Covid-19 situation, he took great care to wipe his hands and the surfaces he touched. This attention to the health and safety of customers is just one thing that sets EC Waters apart!

EC Waters was recommended to me by 2 co-workers for quality service, professionalism, and timely work. I am happy I asked because these guys are top-notch. When my A/C broke and didn't know if I needed a repair or an entire system replacement, I shopped around for a few quotes from various service providers in the Orlando area. Everyone I talked to seemed sketchy and untrustworthy, and I could never get a consistent answer as to what was actually wrong.

Then I called EC Waters and talked to Jason. Jason is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything to me. We came to the conclusion that it was more economical to do a full system replacement. Jason provided a temporary window unit so I could keep my bedroom cool until the new system was in and ready to be installed.

Once the day finally arrived, the team showed-up on time and completed the job within 5 hours! His installers helped me set up the new WiFi thermostats and walked me through how to program everything. I will say, they are a Trane authorized installer, and those units are a bit more expensive versus other brands. However, you definitely get what you pay for with these guys. Do yourself a favor and call these guys if you need A/C work done for your home.

Needed to replace my very old AC system at my house. Made a few calls to companies around the area and found EC Waters to be the most responsive and willing to do the work. Their techs were also very courteous while doing the removal and install in and out of my house. Would highly recommend.

The owner of the company Clark called me after I had initiated contact with them through a neighbor. After answering my questions, Clark then came to my house to personally assess the situation. His thorough knowledge and obvious expertise immediately convinced me that I had called the right company to solve my problem. Not only did he execute what he promised but he exceeded it.

His installers were very professional and did a super job. Each one answering any and all questions that I asked.
