My plumber suggested Associated for the piping problem I have. I called Associated for a slab leak from my copper piping. AJ came out to give me an estimate. He was fabulous. AJ patiently explained everything. We'll see if the insurance company will help.

We noticed the AC wasn't working on a Saturday night but decided to wait to call. We called Sunday but since the weather was nice we said they can wait until Monday morning. Simone said she would make sure we were taken care of first thing Monday. True to her word she sent Ashley out first thing and the problem was found and fixed very quickly. We will continue to use them for all our needs.

I had a great experience with Mike from Associated Piping Services. He came to install our Flo by Moen water shutoff the day after we called the office. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and did a great job. He also called back very quickly when I had called the office later with a few questions. Overall great service and highly recommended!

Hopefully the drivers on this company are well aware that they are driving a company vehicle- this morning got ran off I4 by an employee who came from far left lane (3rd lane all the way to exit) and changed lanes without warning exiting Kaley Avenue around 7:26am. Employees like this who laugh after willingly knowing they drove irresponsibly, should be fired.

What can I say except these guys rock! The drain in one of my rentals was blocked and I wont mention names but I was told by another company there was no other option but to break the wall behind the shower to replace the drain. I was told it was $175 for the first visit + another $475 to do the work. WOW! Needless to say, I asked the owner of the company where I work if he could recommend a plumber since they have so many commercial and residential properties and before I could finish my sentence, he was giving me the number to Associated Piping Services.

Over the phone I was met with professionalism and genuine care for my situation. There were several people I spoke with over the phone either to set the appointment, make payment or do the actual repair. I want to give a special shout out to Kari, Angela, Mikey and Mike for not just treating me like another number but for actually keeping me updated on what was going on and for actually getting the work done without breaking up the drain. and all this while I was out of town working remotely. We couldn't be happier or more impressed with the service and AMAZING repair of what we feared was a massive, nearly impossible fix beneath our bathtub and slab! The technicians arrived 15 minutes before the scheduled "window" and went to work immediately, not only repairing the leak but always keeping the cost to us in mind! It was like MAGIC! The attached photo shows the work: bathtub drain itself (not seen in photo), ENTIRE drain line of PVC pipe and P-trap (18 inches BELOW the slab) and all the work was done in a very confined work space - AND without breaking up any slab. Incredible!

I'm a long time customer of associated piping. I've used them for a variety of reasons for the last 20 years. Every time they are prompt, professional and that is the reason I continue to have them service my plumbing needs. In this instance they replaced an old toilet, Installed the new one that I purchased. Everything went perfect from assembly to installation to removal of the old product and packaging. First I thought they are good company according the review! They never quote me price before they do the job, for one hour work, I was charged $610. My husband argued with them, the manager gave us a discount price $400. They sold me a shower set that missing parts and doesn't even match! This is "top of the line" according to them. They came back and bought the parts put on, after 2 gentle use by my kids, the sprout came off.

I emailed them, they told me it should not put too much pressure on? How much a 6 years old can put on? Just normal use. They are not warranty it. What a "great" company! I'm writing this, so no more people will get screwed by them. I learned my lesson. Hope you don't have to.

Jeff called when he was on the way as I couldn't be there, He was meeting my girlfriends grandmother on site and made her feel at ease and comfortable. He explained everything thoroughly and explained the process and what he was going to do next. The communication and updates were great and I felt like I knew what was going on even though we weren't on site with him. Highly recommend Associated Piping Services for your plumbing needs. This company was referred to me by a friend. I was extremely pleased with the work that Mike Wilson did on the drain at our rental property. We needed a plumber on Friday evening at 6pm. Mike responded quickly and resolved the problem within a reasonable amount of time. I had been searching for a reputable company for more than a year. The knowledge that Mike demonstrated earned my trust. I will always request this plumber in the future.

Was recommended this company years ago by the maintenance man at my apartment building when we got our first house in Orlando. Have been using them ever since. They're honest, reliable, and actually try not to spend your money by telling you solutions you can try on your own before doing anything. Few guys doing honest business these days the way they do. Great company! We had a water leak in our old house a few years ago and Associated Piping was sent out by our insurance company to fix it. As it turned out, we ended up having the house re-piped because of the condition of the copper piping. They did a wonderful job, quick and professional. We just bought a new house and found out that the copper piping is starting to leak.

So we called Associated Piping and they re-piped our new house. It was completed on time, at the cost given in our estimate. The plumbers were quick and cleaned up the job site each day before leaving. I will only use Associated Piping for my plumbing needs!

We had just moved in to our new home and we had a small gas leak. Mike came out that day and started work the very next morning. They pulled all necessary permits and worked to get the city inspector out to sign off (which was a feat in itself - we all know how horrible Orlando city inspections are).

A Saturday in July was obviously the best time for our AC to stop working. Luckily, Associated Piping takes calls on weekends. They do charge $100 to come out to assess the issue, but that was well-worth it. When we first called, he suggested some things we could try so we could avoid charges. When that didn't do the trick, we called back on Sunday and he showed up an hour later and fixed it in about another hour. I also used them about 4 years ago for an AC check-up. I would definitely recommend them for any AC issues.

If you need a good plumber, I highly recommend Associated Piping Services. We have used them several times, as we had problems as soon as we moved into our house. They have always been prompt, courteous and helpful. Our plumbing had a habit of backing up over the weekend. Someone at Associated Piping always answered the phone when we called, told us exactly how much it would be if they came on the weekend and how much if we got by until Monday. We ended up needing to have our sewer line replaced in front of our house. They suggested ways for us to save a lot of money and did the job very reasonably.
