Where to start. My AC died in the summer and it was terrible. I tried to save money by getting a portable unit until I could afford new equipment but that failed miserably. I finally reached out to friends and asked if anyone had a good recommendation. One of them had used Cool-Rite a week before and she said they were wonderful. I reached out to Joe, the owner, and him and one of his employees came right out to give me a quote.

It was incredibly reasonable and I loved the fact that they are a family owned business. They worked with me to get some forms notarized by the owner of my unit since I haven't completed the purchase yet. The day of the install, Joe's son came to do the work. I'm terrible with names but he was amazing. Lol. Everything worked great for about a week and then I noticed the temperature in my house rising.

I reached back out to Joe who came right out and found that there was a leak in the 40-year-old piping. They came back out two weeks later and got those replaced as well. They went the extra mile and made sure that all permits were pulled and they worked with the city of Orlando to send out inspectors immediately to make sure that everything was done properly. They are a great group of guys and know exactly what they're doing. I highly recommend them.

We are so thankful to Joe and his team at Cool-Rite! They made us a priority the day after the July 4th holiday when our AC was out. When we mentioned that my elderly mother lived with they made us a priority for repair. They were fast, efficient and very thoughtful. Will never use anyone else again!

We called these guys exactly a year ago when our a/c went out early one night and they were here with the new unit the next day installing it. we couldn't have been happier with the prompt excellent service. i unfortunately just remembered to leave them a review on here right now, a year later, b/c we will be calling them to come back soon to get the a/c it's first yearly service.

This is a honest A/C company - they did everything we agreed on including time and price with no gotchas. I highly recommend them.

These guys are awesome! I called after hours Friday night; they called me back later that night to let me know they could schedule something in the morning. I really appreciated having that quick response via the phone. Bart came by the next morning and within 2 minutes he had diagnosed the problem. He had our system up and running shortly thereafter. Bart was super friendly, professional, and obviously he's a great technician.

I had called Cool Rite one other time in June 2015 and had a similar experience - friendly staff and prompt, professional service. I hope my old AC unit hangs on a little longer, but if not. I will definitely be calling Cool Rite again!

Called at 11am after my A/C unit was blowing warm air. The person on the phone walked me through resetting my unit before sending out a tech. After that didn't work, she let me know that the next available tech would be calling me when available. Less than 20 minutes later I received a call, the tech arrived shortly after, quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced my broken part, and had my unit running again. Quick, professional, and affordably priced.

Today is the first day of summer and last night my AC went on the fritz. This morning I called 9 different companies in my area and it was apparent the moment I talked to Same, Cool-Rite was going to earn my business. Fast, polite, and professional service all around. Thank you!

My AC unit started whistling and acting funny so after some research I came across this company. Out of everyone in my general area, they had the highest review. They had a tech come out and he diagnosed the issue and he even fixed it in roughly am hour. He was very professional and helpful, he gave a lot of info about do's and donts. His name was Marcello and I recommend you ask for him!

I have used Cool-Rite since 2011. They have been honest, loyal, trustworthy and efficient. During a 100+ degree day, my air conditioner unit shut off. I gave Cool-Rite a call and within hours, Marcello had my AC unit up and running again and I was cool, calm and collected. Whenever you need them, they are there for you. They are like family (the family you want).

Our AC went out last weekend. Called Cool-Rite and another company on Saturday morning. Karen from Cool-Rite was very friendly and professional. The other company's phone representative was indifferent and treated me like a number, so I went with Cool-Rite. Their service technician was named Marc, I believe. He arrived within 2 hours of my initial call.

That is amazing timing for a Saturday. He explained what went wrong (capacitor was bubbled up, aka ruined), how to fix it and why it happened (likely a lightning strike). Our AC was back online within 10 minutes of Marc arriving. Overall my experience with Cool-Rite was fantastic. Give them a try if your AC is on the fritz!
