The tech was great! But the company itself are hustlers. They take advantage of people in need of Ac. This was supposed to be a maintenance visit and it turned out to cost me with my membership discount a whopping $367! For a piece that cost $15 on Amazon. I understand they need to get paid but the price is way overpriced! I been very patient with them since they installed my ac unit 2019 been nothing but problems. The piece they replaced supposedly last 20 years it last me 3yrs. I will be looking for another company!

I had a new heat pump installation performed this week. We had special requirements that everyone wear masks during the install since we are in the middle of a covid spike & we have two vulnerable people living in the home. Without hesitation they wore N95 masks during the entire install. Secondly, they where absolute professionals with the install, making sure everything was done right.
They even went above and beyond to repair things that needed it. Lastly, I know prices everywhere have gone up recently, but I feel that they provided a good value for the product and services that were offered. They aren't the cheapest, but aren't the most expensive either. What you get though, is great service and a great crew that knows what they are doing. I HIGHLY recommend Pro-Tech for new Heat Pump installations.

It was very easy to make an appointment. They are always willing to work with you and your schedule to get everything done in a timely manner. Eric the technician came out. He was very courteous and professional. Was able to diagnose the issue very quickly and make the necessary repairs. All completed in record time and now I'm enjoying the cool in my home once again.

We were impressed with Ricky Mercado's professionalism and expertise. Our old toilet had to be replaced and he recommended an appropriate replacement from ones he carried in his truck. Ricky patiently answered our many questions and did an excellent job with the removal of the old and installation of the new toilet. Our overall experience with Ricky was wonderful and we gladly recommend Pro-Tech and Ricky for anyone who needs plumbing or air conditioning installation and repairs.

Absolutely terrible experience, will never use them and do not recommend at all. They hooked up the drain line to the old refrigerant line after there was a new AC unit installed causing a big leak behind our walls and custom molding causing $$$ thousands of dollars in water damage. The previous owners of our house hired Pro-Tech and now we're trying to fix the problem.
When we called to get fixed they tried charging us full price and didn't budge on pricing Vs. fixing and making things right. We've had other reputable AC companies out to look at the piping and lines and these companies said it should have never been done that way. We're so upset they won't make it right. Now we're out thousands of dollars to do repairs for their poor workmanship. Just awful!

Austin and Bryce did an A-M-A-Z-I-N-G job repiping our home. They went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate us by not cutting into areas we preferred they didn't (such as through decorative borders and the tile in our newer bathroom. The bathrooms were back-to-back, so they were able to cut through the older bathroom to run the pipes to the newer one).
These young men are hard workers, know their "stuff, " and are pleasant and comical. They made what we dreaded a pleasant experience. We would recommend Pro-Tech to anyone who wants things done professionally. True, we paid a little more than other companies, but we got the quality of what we paid for. (We've heard horror stories from others who didn't go the route we did.) Oh, and the office staff are wonderful. It was just a great experience all the way around.

This company is the epitome of quality, from their products to their level of customer service. The technicians are excellent, professional, and terrific to do business with, especially Ramon N. He quickly diagnosed the problem and worked tirelessly to resolve the problem. He checked the entire system from stem to stern and recommended further actions that I could take to keep the unit in tip top shape. I would not consider doing business with any other company; Pro-Tech is like family!

They sent a young man Bryce, out the first time he reset my hot water tank, by pushing the reset button. The next day it wasn't working again so I called them. I was at work but allowed them to enter the house. The office called said it needed to heating elements and the cost would be $400. I reminded her that it was still under warranty. She came back and said it would only be $250.
The tech called for payment and the bill was now $350. When I asked he said it needed upper and lower thermostat and upper and lower heating elements. When I called the office to ask what the rates were I was told, They just charge what they charge. She went on to tell me they did me a favor but not charging me for the first visit. When I came home from work they were gone.

Great company. Candidly, I was a bit surprised and concerned by the price quoted, as I was familiar with the part and repair. So I called and discussed with Manny, gave him the reasons for my concern, and the company adjusted the price as a courtesy. Luis did great work, he was on time, and Protech worked with me regarding my concern to make me happy, when they didn't have to. I will definitely use them again and recommend them moving forward.
