Allphase got my furnace working after 2 other companies failed. They also got my very old AC unit up and running after 8 years of inactivity. I will always call them for HVAC service.

They charged my landlord$520 and replaced the valve but never fixed the problem. Four visits and the same problem. Then they stopped calling or coming out to make another effort to fix the furnace. I would not use them or recommend them to anyone.

If you purchase a replacement system, I recommend that you include a winter/summer on-site maintenance contract to prioritize the All Phase Repair Team response, providing factory OEM replacement parts carried on their trucks and reduced parts replacement costs. Don't delay.they are honest and a local Grass Valley Business that really cares!

After getting proposals from local vendors, we hired All Phase to replace our propane house heater. They did an excellent job prepared the most complete proposal in a timely manner. They were very professional and the installation went according to plan. We have since contracted them for annual inspection and maintenance of both our heater and our evaporative cooler. We are very satisfied with this work as well. We would recommend All Phase for heating and air conditioning without reservation.

Last summer, 2021, All Phase checked the HVAC system in my recently purchased home. Their tech was personable and very knowledgeable. He patiently answered my many questions, and showed me how to maintain my air conditioner. He also showed me how to program my HVAC timer. Because my AC is old, a few months later spoke with Brad, who explained my options for replacing my HVAC system, when the time comes. I've also spoken with/met some of All Phase's office staff. When the forced air heat went out I called my Home Warranty company for a service call. I also phoned All Phase for the same. The Home Warranty company did not inspire confidence and was a company from Sacramento. I chose All Phase because I like to "shop locally" and All Phase was highly recommended by my contractor and even though I had to come out of pocket for the new unit, I am certain that I will get prompt and reliable service from this local business.

After a power surge, rain and snowstorm, internet outage and Covid.our heater quit working. I asked a couple of friends who I should call and both of them said I should call 'All Phase'. I called and they were able to have a repair person to our cold home the very next day. The person who came to our house was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

I hired All Phase nearly two years ago for 2x per year maintenance of HVAC systems. Their service people are sharp, prompt and friendly. They offer tips so I can help with maintenance between their trips. To date they have not generated ANY recommendations for additional services -- i.e. additional billing - which is so common (think about your recent oil change and what other services were suddenly 'needed!' lol) Highly recommended.

Excellent experience with All Phase. Jacob and Colin just completed the install of a heat pump to replace our old Furnace/AC combo unit. System was fully tested and is working perfectly. All Phase can be counted on to be there when you need them. I'll never forget the 100+ temperature day on a Sunday and they came out and fixed our A/C. We have them come and service our HVAC equipment every Spring and Fall. They also installed a separate heat and ac in our garage where we have a space set up for exercise. So winter or summer our garage is our gym.

It really came in handy during the lockdown of 2020 to have a comfortable garage. They also installed a super duper filter system on our whole house system before all the smoky days and so glad when our air outside was horrible our inside air was amazing. Thank you All Phase

The technicians that come out know exactly what they're doing and have been very honest, even when it's an easy fix. I highly recommend this company. A+!

All phase was suggested to me and I'm very happy I went with them. They were able to schedule my checkup on new house quickly. Gave me a fair price and schedule for a new A/C unit. When some vibration noise creeped in, after install, they came out twice (one to investigate and one to solve) with zero pushback or issues. The install crew was very friendly and made a long day easier, as have been all the rest of the crew that I've met. I would happily recommend them and happy to discuss further, should All phase want a call.

So they came out to my Mom's house and left a HUGE hole in the side of her house. And now she has a huge rat problem And then on top of her grand bill she has to pay for an exterminator to come out. So unprofessional and totally out of line. A well deserved one star.

We couldn't figure out why one room in our house that has two floor vents never seemed to warm up in the winter or cool down in the summer. All Phase's technician checked out our entire system and discovered that one of the two vents wasn't hooked up to anything. But before we paid several hundred dollars to have it added to the system, he suggested that we first try removing the two ancient filters in the non-functioning whole-house-filter system to see if that helped.

It immediately improved the force of the air circulating through the system (almost double!). All this cost us was All-Phase's basic service visit fee, which was a great value for such a dramatic improvement in our HVAC system's performance!

All Phase Heating & Air Conditioning completed a project for my wife and I last month. What impressed me most was the assessment of my existing unit and ducting system. I got three bids and all were mostly comparable. What stood out was their estimator Brad Stewart, he calculated ducted sizing and air flow requirements. He also suggested if I switched to a split system it would be muck quieter.

This being said they installed a new system that we are very happy with. The modified ducting produced greater air flow to areas needed. I would highly recommend All Phase if you are looking to upgrade your heating and air conditioning systems. Great Company!

I can't say enough good things about my entire experience with All Phase. From the quote process all the way through the demo of my old system and installation of the shiny new one. And clean up? Wow. Tremendous! I write a lot of reviews on Yelp. I can't speak technically about this sort of thing but I did my research to know that the equipment is top notch. Then to me I need to have a good feeling about the company before I hire them. You'll get that with All Phase. I didn't mind writing the check at the end.

We have had All Phase inspect our home HVAC twice yearly for 10 years. They are always on time and courteous. And, they always clean up after themselves. Our AC failed at the height of a recent heat wave. They got a tech out in three days. faster than I expected all things considered. The blower motor was replaced on the spot. The cost was more than I had hoped for but research showed it was reasonable. I highly recommend using All Phase.

We have been customers with All Phase for (23) years, they actually installed the heating/air unit we are STILL using. They are always courteous, professional and timely in responding. This last 4th of July our air went out. They couldn't come then or the 5th as they were both holidays but did come on July 6th and fixed the problem for around $165 dollars for burnt out contact points. I called All Phase to service my AC because I thought its evaporator coils (the hard-to-get-to part in the indoor unit) needed cleaning (I assumed it was a periodic thing). Chris came out and tested the system and made it clear that it was functioning according to spec, and while he could open it up, given the way this unit is constructed it would be at least a half-day job and it wasn't necessary. I appreciate it when people convince me not to spend money unnecessarily!

They're good people and the service people are on top of their game. I've been very happy with the HVAC system they installed for me 7 1/2 years ago. However at start of the triple digit heatwave, they could not get to me for 2 weeks plus. I wish they would have told me they had Saturday techs available when I originally called the week before so I wouldn't have have sweltered for an extra week.

I wouldn't have minded paying extra for Saturday work under those circumstances. But having waited that extra week I'm not feeling so good about it. I had you in for preventative maintenance in May, 2020. Can you apply the 15% repair discount you show in your website? I listed four stars but maybe kind of four star minus (3.8) because I sweltered for a week and I have health issues.

Chris from All Phase called this morning when he had an opening and squeezed us in when our AC went out in the middle of the heat wave. What a nice, respectful, compassionate guy! Got everything fixed, the price was so fair. We are new to the area and will never use anyone else! Call them for any HVAC needs.

Was able to make an appointment in a timely manner and All Phase showed up as scheduled. Worked on the yearly air conditioning checkup/service and they do the heating checkup for us as well. Technician was helpful and knowledgeable - recommendation he suggested was done as well. They installed our heating and air conditioning system 15 years ago and we have never had one problem with it. Returned from a trip on Monday and heard AC making an odd noise. On Tuesday it was apparent it wasn't starting. Called All Phase and they could get to me Thursday because of a cancellation. Great tech came and explained what was wrong with printouts to show me the readouts of the problem areas. The capacitor failed, and the tech had a used one on his truck to get me by until a new replacement arrived.

Every step of of the way front office, tech and followup were great, and the price was fair. They can complete most jobs with only the troubleshooting charge of $89, obviously not including parts.

Two years ago, All Phase replaced our old HVAC system with a new efficient system and they recently conducted a check-up / maintenance service for us. All of the employees have been friendly, professional and communicate well with us. Much appreciated and I would recommend them. Heidi

Brad organized the replacement of our old 1980's unit into a beautiful new energy efficient unit. He reviewed every detail from beginning to end making sure we were happy with the results. We were hesitate about purchasing the higher end model, looking back we are so glad we did! Jacob and Brett installed everything and went above and beyond.

They found things which needed to be repaired with our outdated venting and fixed promptly. The air in our home during the past smoky fire seasons have been unbearable and now I have peace of mind knowing my family can breath with our new system filtering everything and keeping us safe and healthy. My family can't say enough about this group. My only regret is that we should have used All Phase years ago.

We got 4 bids from local contractors, come of whom were so slow to respond or just disinterested. We had 2 very good bids and All Phase were the winners. They gave us the best quote, provided superb service, stayed in communication the whole time, kept us updated on a Covid related delay and acted as though our business was important to them. We took several weeks to actually choose a provider and we are beyond impressed with All Phase & Brad Stewart, who did our bid and oversaw all the installation steps. Max and his team worked hard to figure out why the new AC unit they installed last year was leaking, causing damage to the ceiling below the unit. They kept returning to figure out the best solution to a very unusual occurrence until fixed. Then they repaired the damage done to the ceiling by the water leaking, all under warrantee, not costing me more than my time. We appreciate their professionalism. Our house had many heating and cooling challenges. All Phase took the time to understand our unique HVAC needs, answered all our questions and provided solid information. They also sent a detailed bid, anticipated problems removing our old system, made improvements to the duct work and air return, stayed on schedule, and were nice to work. (Our old geothermal system was expensive, complicated, and required frequent repairs from a company in Roseville.) All Phase is the only Nevada County HVAC company I would choose Brad and the office staff are wonderful! Thank you to the All Phase team.

My AC went down on the weekend. I called and the "emergency" tech told me that they had a $225 fee + repair cost for a Sunday response. I said I could wait for a day or two. He said they would call Monday and that they always have spots for people with down systems. Monday morning they called and told me they had an appointment in 14 days if I wanted that or I should call another company.

So I called another local company with a 5 star rating on Monday AM and within 1 hour they came and fixed the AC. The fan capacitor was bad and it took him less than 10 minutes to fix the unit. So if you need a quick service call this is not the place to go. My complaint is they did not tell me the truth on Sunday about their fast service that clearly didn't exist. I owned a business and to make a customer happy always under promise and over deliver. All they had to do was say we are totally booked so call someone else on Sunday.

I hired All Phase to replace my heating and cooling system and have to say they exceeded my expectations in every aspect of the job. From the beginning they were the only company that actually on time for the estimate. Brad explained in terms I could understand all of my options to allow me to make an informed decision. The proposal was easy to understand and very professional which he did on site that same day, no one else was able to do this for some reason.

When the installation started it went exactly as expected and the installers were very friendly and professional. They actually refused to wear shoes in my house even though I gave them permission too and cleaned up after themselves every day before leaving. My new system is unbelievable in every way. Its extremely quiet, the house temperature is even throughout and its saving my money each month. I will say they were not the least expensive quote we got but worth every penny.
