I had a sewer backup and a rental. Called Crystal Blue Sunday night and got a call back first thing Monday morning. They were out there by 1:30 that day and got it all taken care of. This was the second time I've used them for the same issue. The reason I continue to come back to them is their customer service. They are responsive and communicate with you through the whole procedure. Friendly and helpful as well. Qualities that are not typical for businesses anymore. I trust them and will continue to use them.

My AC wasn't working and I originally went through my home warranty company to try and resolve the issue. The company they sent out told me I had a seized compressor and that I would need to replace that and should probably replace the entire AC system and furnace for the small price of $14-16k. This didn't seem right to me so spoke to a few friends and was referred to Crystal Blue to get a second opinion.
I'm so glad I did and their tech Brad came out and came up with a completely different diagnosis. The repair was $260 and my AC was running within about an hour after the tech arrived. I was so impressed with the honesty and knowledge of the tech I signed up for a yearly maintenance service with Crystal Blue on the spot. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to anybody.

Nathan was very professional and courteous throughout the entire service. He explained each step of what he was doing to hydrajet my drain. He also told me how to prevent the drain from clogging again. He also suggested for the future if I would be interested in getting a membership for servicing my entire house. I told him since I was moving that it may not be beneficial, however I may consider it for my next home.

So impressed with the service I received from Cody Simpson. Not only was he on time or early to all appointments the communication advising when he was going to be there was very helpful. He came out Tuesday and I already have my new water heater 2 days later. He was very personable and took the time to explain all my options. Left no mess behind (very much appreciated) Did I mention they provide a 2 year warranty AMAZING! Happy customer for sure.

Signed up for a membership with this business last year when I needed drainage work done in my backyard. This membership got me a better price on that work and also inspection of air conditioner and many other perks. My older unit checked out ok but needed Freon. Brad added today and I will say it's a pleasure to do business with this company. They are efficient, honest and fair.

**Updated 3/16/2021** Drew did a wonderful job installing our new gable & whole house fan. We noticed we had a slight burning smell when running the heater. we thought it was just some dust but glad we were persistant. He found some old insulation in a cap that was catching on fire from a previous company - he fixed it correctly and I am so thankful for his expertise.
We won't be calling anyone else for our HVAC needs! Delighted to have Drew back at our personal home for the next round of maintenance, upgrades and new installs. We appreciate their attention to detail, prompt response and wonderful support staff.

You always read reviews and hear stories about plumbing companies that are late to a job, never return calls, leave the job site a mess, and costs that require a second mortgage on the house. Crystal Blue Plumbing and especially Brian (Plumbing Manager) Kylie, and Nathan are outstanding representatives of their company. You want the best price, competent workers, professionalism, and responsiveness to your questions, call Crystal Blue Plumbing.
They recently repaired two main water service lines, for two adjoining properties, that had been damaged by the roots of a 70 foot Redwood Tree. This involved 97 feet of trench across lawns with tons of tree roots. Work was done in a timely manner, at a very reasonable price and the site was left as found. Neat and clean. Outstanding service from an excellent Company. Give them a call.

Installed the gas line that ran for my propane to my new range. Overall good quality products above-average customer service I'll use them again. Update 3 months later: just had them installed a new hose bib on my upper deck. A little pricey but great quality an excellent customer service. Will continue to use them.

My A/C unit suddenly went out in the evening of a four-day heat wave! I called Crystal Blue and left a message and within an hour, Ken called me back (at night!) and told me he'd have someone out THE VERY NEXT MORNING! Scott came and quickly and efficiently found and fixed the problem and gave me suggestions on better efficiency. I couldn't be happier! I signed up for the annual maintenance program because I NEVER want this to happen again!

I have had these people out a couple of times and they are great. They are always on time and don't try to sell me stuff I don't need. James that came out yesterday even offered to clean some filters that was not part of the deal I signed up for so very good guy! Some companies like this can be a nightmare so it's nice to have one you can trust.

Michael E. worked late into one of the hottest nights of the season, in order to make our lives comfortable again. He went out of his way as a consummate professional, with his knowledge, skill, expertise and 5 star customer service, and it was greatly appreciated. Not only did they come out the next day and take care of our problem they actually found what was causing the problem that has gone undiagnosed for years. After spending a few hours in our warehouse their knowledgeable techs gave us options to repair the issue so that we will not have this recurring problem that has cost us a significant amount of money.

In the past month, we have had them out 3 times between our house and my parents house and each time, we received amazing customer service. They were quick, efficient and friendly. The last time, was this past Sunday when my husband and I were trying to remove an old laundry faucet in my parents old farmhouse and the shut off valve that we didn't even touch literally fell off the wall (not good).
It was a Sunday night and we had to shut off water at the main line. Larry was out within an hour and half and fixed it right up. Tom snaked our line at our house and he was so friendly and fast. You can tell that this company stresses customer service and/or these guys enjoy their work. Big props to Tom and Larry for representing their company so well!

So we recently bought a house and with summer upon us, we wanted to make sure our AC system was going handle the heat. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and easily with a few emails and a phone call. The girl who took my call, Angie i think, was extremely helpful and got me scheduled with no effort. The tech, Jordan, showed up on time and was extremely courteous coming into our house.
He asked me where everything was, and if it was ok for him to let himself in and out when he went to get tools. He ever put covers on his shoes, which was unexpected, but awesome. He quickly assessed my needs and why I had called them. He tested every aspect of my system, asked questions, and explained everything thoroughly. He had some recommendations, and explained why he was recommending each thing and what the benefit would be.
He also gave us a quote to install an attic fan, and explained benefits of that vs. a whole house fan.
Overall, extremely happy with the company and their employees. Seriously guys, keep up the awesome work. I will definitely be calling you guys in the future!

Our water heater failed on a Saturday morning. Crystal Blue arrived by 4 pm, assessed and contacted our home warranty company. Our tech advised us of code issues and things that may not be covered by our warranty. He gave us 3 options to either replace or upgrade the unit. And then he came back on Sunday and completed all of the work! We could not be happier with the excellent service and quality of work. Tim and Tom are our heroes!

He noticed a crack starting and immediately turned off water heater. Due to sediment forming on bottom of tank it caused the thermostat to give wrong temp after sitting all night. I would recommend Kevin to my friends.

The Owner, Tim, reached out to me after he saw my previous Yelp Review. Tim apologized for this inconvenience and miscommunication. Tim was very polite and understanding and has reimbursed me for my out of pockets expenses for the drywall I paid to another company. For this I have changed my rating from one star to five stars. Tim said this is a family owned business and after speaking to Tim, I sincerely believe he cares about his customers.

We had a valve in our downstairs line bust and flood our bathroom and ground floor. After calling several local plumbing companies I came across Crystal Blue. They had an opening and immediately dispatched out Ryan Murray. He identified the issue within minutes and went to repairing the leak. In the process he found other plumbing issues that could have caused flooding upstairs and fixed the issues at hand.
I can't thank Ryan enough for all he did to insure we have no issues in the future. Our Furnace stopped working on our rental and we called a few "24 hour companies" and Crystal Blue was the only company that answered our call and late in the evening! They took our information as they were booked out that night and that I would get a call in the morning... Sure enough, first thing in the morning I got a call from Tim and they were able to send someone out later that evening!
I expected to have to wait a couple days and have to put my tenant up in a hotel for a couple nights!
