ArticAir's communication is excellent-the best I have experienced! After initial contact, I was told I would receive a call within 15 minutes. Check! I then received a call that the tech was finishing up a job and would be on his way. The tech called to let us know he was ~20 minutes away. The pricing for the emergency service was up front and clear (communicated and agreed upon before the tech was dispatched). We need a very specific part which is expected by Monday. If not, based on my experience thus far, I will expect a call. Their communication was so refreshing! Thanks!

Went through new home HVAC orientation with Arctic. Our technician, Sergio, was super helpful and knowledgeable, and made sure our system was running optimally. Tony was extremely knowledgeable. Very professional and punctual. I had a time sensitive matter with my A/C unit that had to be addressed this morning. Tony explained everything to me in detail along with showing me the problems that he found on my unit. Took extra time and worked on the unit right there until it was all taken care of. Highly recommend him as well as Chas Gurney who met him at my home today. Will be recommending this company to my friends and family members. Thank you very much Tony and Chas!

We had issues with one of the AC vents. My daughter's room was always the hottest. Technician Jarick came to help us out. He checked the entire system and vents and noticed that some vents were blowing more than others. He explained what he found and what he was going to be doing next and kept me informed. He adjusted the air velocity of each air duct and it improved the issue in my daughter's room. I notice the difference instantly in the air flow. He is very professional, friendly, respectful and the communication was at its best. Thank You.

Very professional and top notch! Tony was very friendly, knowledgeable and really goes above and beyond to make sure the customer (me) has the best experience. Honesty is the most important though and he could have made it to where I would need a whole new system, which it is old enough to start thinking about that but he was able to fix it for a very reasonable price.
I had anxiety wondering what all the work was gonna cost (they gave me an estimate, but you never know what factors could change that). I am very happy and they have my business for life! Thank you.

Tony was our technician and very helpful. Extremely responsive and helped answer my questions. He was easy to talk to and was able to take care of my needs immediately. I spoke with Melissa at the office and she was exceptional herself. It's very difficult these days to get any assistance over the phone, but I felt that she went above to help me with all of my questions and concerns. I definitely recommend this team!

Our upstairs air handler was acting up, within a week the issue had been found, the parts were ordered, and the problem corrected. We also had routine maintenance done and UV sterilizers installed and we already can tell a difference in the air quality. Brian Swiger was professional, friendly, on time and extremely knowledgeable. He had everything completed quickly for a reasonable price. We couldn't be happier with the service we received, and we would not hesitate to recommend Arctic Air for your AC Maintenance needs.

Although our service tech, Harry was late due to prior appointment running over he was professional, thorough, and answered all questions. Update 1/21/2021- Harry installed UV lamps in our system; he was great at explaining how they will help treat our air and where they were placed. He's a good tech and we truly appreciate his knowledge.

Huge shout to everyone at Arctic Air and Plumbing! True live savers! From the ladies at the office (Alexus and Jenny) to tech (Eric) that came out to the home for the repair. Customer service was their #1 priority to get me request resolved. Phone calls and texts came quickly as well as the tech. Eric was informative with his repairs and explained maintenance for future issues due to Oak roots. Arctic Air and Plumbing saved my Christmas and I couldn't thank you enough! My unit is 13 months old and they installed it.have a service contract that I paid for. I had to call to set an appointment because they never called- not what the rep said- they were supposed to. The techs were super nice. They charged me $167 on a part that has a five year warranty. They stated the $5 part was covered but the labor was $167. It's a nearly new unit and what did I pay for the service contract for. It's a bad deal and a horrible customer experience. Choose another company-

Technician arrived within scheduled window. Adjusted heating flow valve within plumbing service for on demand hot water system. Adjustment only took a few minutes and done. Technician was a senior member of companies staffing. Gave valuable information regarding the systems his company installed in our new construction home. Was very happy with was accomplished.

I could not be happier with the experience I had with Arctic Air Services. First Danny, the salesman who came out to my house, was very professional and friendly, and a great listener. He explained my options clearly and answered all my questions. He gave me an estimate for a whole new system that was competitive and thorough. The day of my installation, Alex and Stephen showed up on time and were efficient and professional throughout the job.
They finished earlier than expected and left everything neat and tidy. My new system works great. I owned a contracting business for 40 years and was very impressed with Artic Air as an entire operation. I would recommend them hands down, without hesitation.

Called last minute when our AC stopped cooling and they got someone to me that day. Fixed our AC didn't try and tell me I needed a whole new unit thank goodness and fixed what needed to be fixed fast. I would recommend them!
