We have been using BB Air & Heat for years. We are very much pleased with the service BB provides. very satisfied with their fast response time. My ac stopped working Today day! ahhh Texas heat is no joke! Made a call directly to (owner )Mr. Berry. I needed As ASAP. 45 minutes later( Tech) Benjamin was at my outside my house repairing my ac unit. Very pleased with prompt response time & and great price. You guys are the best!

Our ac system went out around 10 pm at night. I called BB Air and Heat prepared to leave a voicemail. When I called, I spoke with Ms. Vanessa whom was very sweet & professional. She was able to a technician out here to fix my ac unit that very next morning. The AC Tech ( Benjamin ) that came to repair my system was very helpful and educated me on my hvac system. Im very pleased with the service I received.

We are very please with b&b services. This way are first time using this company, we called because we where having problems with are ac unit. The office staff was very kind and professional. These guys are scam artists and will take you for a ride. It took me 4 tries to even get them to come to my home to look at my AC unit, and after 3 weeks and over a dozen phone calls, these guys STIL HAVENT EVEN SENT ME A Quote for the repair. They took $100 for a diagnostic fee and I am now pretty sure they didn't even really check anything. They are scam artists and have no idea what they are doing or how to respond to customers in a timely manner. I am having to start from scratch with another AC company and recommend that no one use these guys.

I've used them for a couple of years now. They were able to keep my 20 year old unit going as long as possible and didn't push me to buy a new unit until it was absolutely necessary. They installed the new air conditioning/heating unit the same day I decided to replace it. The techs are always friendly and knowledgeable and do their best to explain how everything works. Good experience all around

Troy and his crew educated me on the many details of choosing a new HVAC system for my home. The pros and cons of each option were reviewed. From them arriving exactly as planned to the detailed finish work, I was so impressed with these men.
You can see in the work B&B prides itself on attention to detail. During my install, I felt every measure was taken to protect my home. I chose a two-stage, 19-seer compressor and a variable speed furnace (Do not worry Troy will explain.) I am beyond pleased with how comfortable my home is now. I cannot believe how quiet the fan is. We have been using B&B for years. We just had our AC checked, to make sure it's ready for the upcoming spring. They charge a very low fee to come out for an inspection. He found a couple of issues & repaired them for a reasonable fee, saving us from more costly repairs down the road. He was friendly, professional, explained everything until we fully understood & even helped in another area, going above & beyond. I would highly recommend them!

I called about getting my AC checked out. The staff were friendly on the phone. I was able to get an appointment the next day. The technician arrived on time and took care of my problem without trying to sell me any additional services. The whole experience was great. Will definitely use them again.

B&B air and heat is the most honest HVAC company I have dealt with! Their installers were very professional, they did not leave a mess in my house or my yard. Replacing a broken HVAC unit can be very overwhelming due to the cost and sheer magnitude up the job. They were perfect the entire way, kept me updated and there were no hidden cost. I highly recommend them.

I have used this company for decades and will continue to use them for my heating and cooling systems. They have fixed systems for me and replaced them when necessary. Troy is honest about what I need done and wants to show me the problem to be sure I understand. He will do what needs to be done to prolong the life and efficiency of my equipment without pushing unnecessary purchases on me. I highly recommend the superior level of work done by B&B.

Why can't we do ZERO stars? This place gave me an estimate, which I accepted, then The tech no showed for the job. They knew I had no working AC in over 100 degree heat in August. For which I am now grateful for the no show, as the next company I hired in replacement did more work than B&B quoted for $300 less! I do not believe this to be an ethical company with the best interest of the homeowner in mind.
