Mr. David was extremely courteous during our initial phone conversation, and listened attentively to my description of our AC problem. We made an appointment for him to come evaluate and advise. His office kept me apprised of his schedule and he arrived well within the window of time I was told. I loved that I didn't have to wonder when he'd actually arrive.

Once on site, Mr. David was able to quickly determine the issue and recommended a couple of options to address the issues. He was willing to work within our budgetary constraints and didn't pressure us to purchase new equipment that we couldn't afford. He was able to resolve our problem and get us cool in time to meet a hard deadline we had. We are very satisfied with David Services, and will definitely use his services again. I highly recommend him and his company.

David arrived in an hour from when the appointment was made on the phone which was earlier than the time quoted. He was able to troubleshoot the issue which was the AC motor that was no longer working. Luckily he had a motor in his vehicle which saved time with having to order or pick up a part. While in the process of replacing the motor he noticed a few other issues and worked diligently to make sure that all issues were repaired. His company will be our go to for any further AC or heating system needs.

David services did a phenomenal job with installing our AC system. They even went above and beyond with addressing specific issues with our home that didn't directly involve them to make sure everything was perfect. Mr. Brenard answered all of our questions and made us feel at ease. He presented us with a variety of options that helped us to make an informed decision.

At no time did we feel pressured to make a purchase. They respond quickly to phone calls and emails. They were professional and top notch from beginning to end. I highly recommend them.

You did a service call on my very old systems and told me what I knew to be true AND had been procrastinating on taking care of.

After explaining what needed to be done as well as the cost and timeframe it would take to have done.you came back within the week to provide me with a new furnace and ac unit! Oh did I mention the intake duct that was recommended so that my ac unit wouldn't have to work so hard this summer! Mr. David said he would arrive by 7a and yes, he was there probably around 655a! Ready to work. I am thoroughly pleased with the outcome and would recommend this company wholeheartedly.

My AC went out in the middle of summer. I called David Services to come out and give me a quote for my repairs. They were able to come out and the same day and gave me a detailed explanation of the work that needed to be and I felt they were competitively priced. If you ever have AC issues definitely give them a call.

I can't say enough good things about David Services. Punctual, responsive, super courteous and nice.and very honest. I can count at least three times I have called them out to look at an air conditioner that I figured was a goner and would require a whole new unit.they could have screwed me to the wall, yet found only a $30 to $70 part to be the problem. This is one of the best service providers I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I highly recommend them.

David Services was amazing! Came home to no AC on a 90 degree Texas day and called our home warranty company to get someone out to fix it But they couldn't send someone the same day! We called David Services and it was super easy to get someone out to the house! It was near the end of the business day and they were out within 2-3 hours of the call and had the issue fixed within minutes! Bernard was super friendly and put us at ease with the repairs needed and the services definitely gonna be using them as our heating and AC repair company!

Brenard and his son are very competent and professional HVAC contractors. They service my daughters, my sons and my home hvac units - a total of 9 units (including an LG mini-split in the four seasons room) at three locations. I was on site at each location when the service was performed. They are very thorough and explain what they are doing and why it needs to be done to the homeowner as well as the condition of each unit.

They are very customer service oriented unlike some of the contractors I have encountered in the past. They are very honest and fair in their pricing. Highly recommend them and would definitely use again.

Great service. Great people. Small family owned business. They have done twice per year checkups on AC/Heat, replaced an old AC unit, and have just installed a Mitsubishi mini-split AC system in an upstairs bedroom. Brenard is very experienced with installing mini-split systems. He is very fair and does excellent work.
