Mooneyham sent me a voicemail letting me know the technician had finished a job and was on the way, it was appreciated they fit us in on the same day due to a/c not working on 100+ real feel heat day. Jerry was very thorough in explaining how the a/c worked and what part didn't, and looked up the warranty to ensure we weren't charged unnecessarily.

If you want prompt, honest service this company is the way to go, unlike the other company yesterday who promised to come out and never showed. Mooneyham gives you confidence you matter to them as a customer, and they deliver with professional service. HIGHLY recommend.

Called in and the lady was rude, got a quote for 90.00 for a service call and called back 16 minutes later and she said it would be 135 because I waited a half hour. Hey smart mouth, it was 16 minutes. Then my wife called to set it up and the guy was rude and corrected her because she called for someone to come give us a quote and not a service call. These guys came out quickly service guy did a great job diagnosed the problem. My issue was the part he put in was a $25 part that he charge me $117 for plus a $75 service fee. Just seems a little greedy. He also said they usually charge 169 for that part. Sadly for that reason I won't be using these guys again. I now need a new system as this one is over 20 years old if this company would've treated us better we would of used them. $5000 loss for you.

Called for an emergency heating repair. Technician (Nick) showed up on time and was extremely professional the whole time. He was able to diag/repair within an hour and even gave me a military discount. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for excellent quality, professionalism, and value. Critical: Value Had Mooneyham come out and replace the igniter in the furnace. I was charged $135 service charge because it was on a Saturday but when the technician checked the part he did not have a new one on the truck so he had to come back on Monday with the part and install same. When I receive the bill he charge me $136 for a $24.99 part. Service: Heating system maintenance

This company is stellar! Not only extremely competent, knowledgeable and honest, but their prices are 1/2 to 1/3 of every other heating & A/C company in Santa Rosa county. My Geothermal unit went out and the owner personally came out assisted the HVAC technician. Then the owner personally drove to Ft. Walton Beach to pick up the geothermal pumps to expedite the return to full function. No word games, no fuzzy science answers and no weak excuses. This experience restores my confidence in our local service providers.

I had a service call scheduled with another company at my new house for the following day and called Mooneyham to see if they could get out to my place that same day. They asked what was going on (everyone other company just wanted to get the appointment scheduled) and based on my story said it was probably a clogged drain line. They were willing to schedule the appointment, but recommended I clean it first and then call them back if I needed them. It worked and my AC is working perfectly again. Thanks for being real Mooneyham and I'll be calling you back when I need work done.

I called around 7:30 pm after another company that I had scheduled still hadn't arrived. Shawn called me back shortly after I reached out to the office. He was friendly and answered all my questions. He told me he could be at my house in about 30 minutes. He saved the day! It's the night before the first day of school and my son has a new pet that. requires its aquarium to stay in the 60s.

It was worth the after hours fee for sure! Shawn was great and our AC is blowing cold again. Definitely plan to use ya'll from this point on. Shawn didn't make us feel like we were inconveniencing him at all. He was polite and did a great job.

We just built our house and the installation went really well. We've had Jerry come out acouple times to check the return vent. When he came out he was very polite, helpful and explained in great detail what was going on. We really like Jerry!

Danny from Mooneyham came out after our home appliance insurance "contractor" took forever to respond. Danny was a complete professional and after finding the fault in our HVAC went even a step further completing some preventative measures and a bit of consumer education for those of us that didn't go to HVAC school. I can guarantee that any further services to our system will be done through Mooneyham. GREAT company.

After competitively pricing a new heating and AC system we chose Mooneyham and we are so glad we did. From the detailed pricing with options to the top notch installation team and follow up I can't be more pleased. David explained everything clearly on paper and Brandon, Jacob, Garry and Cody installed the system in one long, hard working day. They were careful, protecting our home as they did the work, and cleaned up after themselves.

It is a work of art in the mechanical closet. I am so impressed with the team we got, especially Brandon; they did great work. The system is performing as we had hoped. The AC is practically silent (our prior one was a wind tunnel!) and since we chose to go with Gas heat there is some sound but that was all explained to us. We also put in a RGF Reme Halo air purifier and we are pleased with that too. Well done Mooneyham and thank you.

We just moved to Milton from Indiana. We woke up one morning to it very cold in the house to see the heater stopped working. We got the run around from the Home warranty company and the company they chose to come out. We waited all day with no answers. My son saw how miserable I was since I just had surgery and I was so cold that he called the. first company he could find to see if they could come out that day.

He called Mooneyham. They came out in 30 minutes and fixed our heater issue. The technician Shawn was Amazing and so nice. Mooneyham will now be our go to for all our heating and air needs. Amazing customer service. THANK YOU so much!

We couldn't have asked for a better response to the issue we were having with our A/C system. Of course it went out on a Sunday afternoon when it was still pretty warm and humid out. A few hours later I had a technician named Jerry out at my house. He was able to troubleshoot the problem in a matter of minutes. He was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable.

He informed us our system was still "under warranty" and that he would take care of everything with the claim for us. The next morning he had a new motor in hand and was at my house within a few hours. We will definitely be a repeat customer in the event we ever need A/C or heating service again. I can't say enough good things about this business. I knew I was overdue for a new heat pump as mine was 20 years old and summer is here. And then my thermostat died. They were out quickly the same day and replaced it. I was pleased with the care taken to check things out and make sure I would be comfortable. I decided then and there to have a new system installed, they took all the measurements and had a very fair quote for me the next day.

Now the new unit is in and I must commend the two men for the work done, clean up, friendliness and knowledge, patiently answering all my questions. I can highly recommend them if you need any type of HVAC services done.
