Todd was awesome. He diagnosed the problem right away. Had the air conditioning up and running in minutes. The arrived when they said they would. Very professional, I can't say enough nice things about them.

The technician (Todd) that came out to our house was very professional, knowledgeable. There were things I didn't know that he was helpful in sharing the information. His willingness to check on other things on the outside unit that had the problem. I have found my AC company and highly recommend someone to also use this company. To all the staff even the ladies that I spoke to please continue to offer the excellent courteous service I receive.

I called yesterday (middle of a hot July) about a cut wire leading to my compressor They came right at 8 and repaired it in less than 30 minutes. He was nice and professional.

Our A/C quit running last night. We called Touchtons of Live Oak and they were very supportive and kind as well as professional. They came out the following day, sooner than expected, fixed the issue and charged a very reasonable amount. We have rarely had such professional vendors to our home since we moved here about 5 years ago and trust me, we have had quite a few with our remodeling efforts. I would recommend them to anyone. Very fast service. Our office air conditioner broke and they came out within 30 minutes of me calling to look at it.

This company wanted almost $200 just to install a thermostat that I had bought. Which took less than 20 minutes from a different company that only charged me $60. Save your money.

We are warm and toasty thanks to Rich at Touchtons. We found out our warranty was still goodon the ac motor that needed to be replaced.

Just had a yearly checkup on our system and they found a significant problem. They explained our options and cost and left it up to us to decide how to move forward. We decided to replace the 14 year old system and could not be happier with how professional the installation went and the new equipment. Would highly recommend Touchton's for your A/C needs. They are honest, professional, and extremely knowledgeable.

I will never use anyone else to repair my AC! After dealing with several other HVAC contractors in the Lake City area Touchton's is by far the best around and it's not even close. I called their office yesterday about getting someone out to my house to look at my AC and within minutes the owner called me back and told me one of his technicians would be there in about an hour. 30 minutes later the technician arrived and quoted me some prices on a new system and was able to fix my old AC and have my house cool in no time. I will be purchasing a new system from them in the next few weeks.
