I am pleased to provide a 5-star rating for A+ Air Conditioning because they deserve it. This is based on years of excellent, courteous customer service in taking care of our air conditioning and dryer vent needs. We purchased a new Carrier system from A+ some years ago and we love how our GRU bill has consistently been less. From the 1st time A+ came out to our home almost 18 years ago to current date, their representatives are always wonderful to work with.
We are Comfort Club members, and really appreciate a trustworthy company like A+. Their workers are extremely knowledgeable, patient, hard working, and always on time. Nathan Sigrist is a pleasure to work with --- he's easygoing and very thorough, and spends the time needed to talk with you about your system and what it might need. Nathan is definitely an asset to the A+ team.
We also use A+ to clean our dryer vent and since we started using A+, my dryer works so much better, drying clothes in much less the time. Being a customer of A+ has benefitted us greatly because we know that when it comes to our AC or dryer vent needs, we don't have to worry that the job is done right the first time. We recommend A+ without reservation, and especially Nathan Sigrist - he's a hard worker who obviously enjoys what he is doing and knows how to treat his customers and their homes with the care you would hope for.

Earlier this year A-Plus installed two American Standard split-system air conditioners at my house. On the initial visit the owner, Bob McCollum, inspected and measured the existing units and ducting at ground level and in the attic. His comments were to the point, clearly based in knowledge and experience, and free of a fluffy sales pitch. His price was in line with other estimates I received. Further communication was carried out by email.
The two installations occurred on separate days in about 7 hours each by an organized and courteous crew that attended to all the details of the installation, did not waste time, and left no mess. The systems have been working well, as promised, and I'm very pleased with the efficiency and quality of the entire operation.

Bert and Chris installed a vent and return to a room were encoding. On time and ID themselves before proceeding. Work was so quiet I almost thought they had left for some reason. Work was fully explained to me and what needed to be done as the enclosure project moved on. And there were no hidden costs. The price was exactly what was quoted. Good team. Good management. Highly recommend you consider A+.

I contacted A+ AC to inquire about a new AC system for my home. The person answering the phone was very attentive and stated that the Service Manager, Jason, could stop by my house on his way home that same day. He arrived as stated and looked at my current system. He retrieved the necessary information and listened to our needs. He made some suggestions but said that he would discuss with the sales manager, Bob and he would get back to me with several options to pick from.
The next day I received the lists. My wife and I made a choice and relayed it back to Bob. Unfortunately, the original AC we picked was not available but the company upgraded, at no extra cost the the next upscale unit! The unit was delivered with a couple of days. Bart and Chris arrived on the scheduled date on time and began the install process.
They were very courteous and got right to work. As the process moved forward Bart entered the house taking care to remove his shoes and placing drop cloths down were he was working to install the new thermostat. After initial install he assisted in getting my iPhone connected to the unit so I could control it via the phone. I commend both Bart and Chris for their great work ethic and working knowledge. It was a pleasure seeing them work harmoniously to execute their mission. A+ AC in my opinion are exceptional in their attentiveness to their customers. Thank you

***EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE FROM BART!*** A+ heating and air installed the system in our new home. This weekend, we had our first maintenance visit and I couldn't happier with the service Bart provided. He was available on a Saturday (!) of the same week I called (amazing considering May-June is busy season for AC repair/maintenance). He called ahead, arrived on time, and was extremely efficient.
He was so kind to answer all of my questions and showed me how to adjust the airflow in my home to optimize it for our needs. He was an angel to my 1-year-old little girl who thoroughly wanted to "help" him the entire time. He worked with me to make sure her room was being cooled to the right temperature and confirmed the ventilation was appropriate.
I felt so comfortable with Bart and will be requesting him again! He was able to introduce me to their newest available equipment without making me feel pressured and was able to anticipate my questions & make recommendations for my air system in the future. I had my first experience with A+ today when my home AC unit stopped cooling. I called A+ and Sheldon was at my home within a few hours and had my AC back up and running quickly. He did a super job of explaining the issue and he was professional and courteous. The entire team took great care of us from the moment we called them. They quickly came out and diagnosed the problem with our AC. They clearly explained our options. They also quickly got us running on a temporary solution until the new unit was ready to be installed. The install team showed up on time and ready to go. They did a wonderful job in the install. Quick and very clean. I highly recommend them.

These guys are fantastic. Bart and Christian install with a craftsman-like attention to detail. They know their business. They go the extra mile. When we needed replacement parts they went the extra mile to get them quickly on the same day. Bart and Christian also left the installation area cleaner then when they started. I highly recommend the whole organization. The owner Bob is fantastic too!

I am extremely happy with the choice to use A + Heating & Air. After fighting issues for over a year with our AC, it finally died and A+ was the first company to come out and have availability. We got the run around from several other company's. I wish I could remember the initial technicians name, but he was very professional and honest. He told us he could fix our AC but there were several other problems and wanted the owner to come out.
After that, the owner, Bob, came out and spent about an hour looking around the house and analyzing the issues. There were SEVERAL items and corners that were cut that I was unaware of and Bob named specific items that I did not tell him were additional issues we were having. Clearly, he knows what he is talking about when it comes to AC's! Our job was a big undertaking to correct, and he actually offered to temporarily and safely repair the machine to try to get us AC until they were able to come out and do it correctly.
When the repair team came out, Bart was extremely professional and clearly takes pride in his work. He double checked several times with me to make sure that I liked what was being done, approved of the way it looked, etc. They also cleaned up after themselves and you would never know that a crew of men were in and out all day! Will recommend this company to anyone who will listen.

Today Bart and Chris came to install A/C unit and them and the work was phenomenal! They were great professional people. Everyone I spoke with they company was very polite and easy to deal with.
