Wanted to give a shout out to Jenny at Boldt's for doing a great job squeezing me into their schedule. She was very patient as we had to change the time often due to missing parts. Jerod was a great technician. Explained what needed to be done so I could get everything I needed to convert our new stove to be used for propane. He was fast and was really sweet to our dog who I am sure annoyed him wanting to be his best friend.

I called several places and they were the only one willing to help me since I did not purchase the appliance through them. Thanks Boldt's Plumbing and Heating. We appreciated it.

I am very pleased with Jared and the service he provided. He was personable and professional. He installed a new gas stove for me. First he had to move it across the room before he could begin the installation. He recommended a new gas pigtail which he felt was safer than the old copper line. That sounds easy but he also had to install a new shut off valve.

To accomplish that he had to run to the hardware store to pick one up. Upon completion he pushed the stove into position and found that it wasn't level so he took the time to level it for me. Through the whole process he was pleasant. I recommend Jared for HVAC repair and installation.

Water heater failed 2 days before leaving on a trip. I had to contact the manufacturer to get a replacement part and Boldt's came out to verify issue. They returned the same morning after the part arrived and saved our tails. Thank you so very much! You guys rock! Service: Water heater repair

Wow, just wow! I discovered a leaky pipe fitting in my basement and called Boldt's to take a look. They scheduled a time to come by and assess the situation and take an inventory of parts needed. They then scheduled an appointment to come back and perform the work. Bill arrived on-time and ready to work. I had actually forgotten about the appointment and was at work when I received a text message alerting me that he was on his way.

I called them, told them my situation and hustled home to meet Bill. He was waiting patiently in my driveway and immediately started gathering the tools and supplies he would need to complete the work. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He completed the job in record time and shared some good conversation. I will not hesitate to recommend Boldt's Plumbing and Heating in the future and will be calling them back for other projects this spring. Thanks for all you do!

Thanks to Gina in the office for her customer service and to Bill the plumber who showed up early, was patient with me to understand my problem, and successfully fixed it. I can't thank you all enough. Will be my go-to plumber. But hopefully not for a long time!

They have a variety of parts available for a small town which is nice, but the mark up on parts is really high! I'd suggest shopping around to make sure you're not over paying.

Great service. Joe was great to work with and was able to fix my A/C same day. Called me with an ETA on when he would be here and fixed the issue in no time. Would definitely recommend for any A/C needs.

Used them though a home warranty. They got a lot out of the home warranty company. More so than normal. They also did great quality work. AC is running great now.

Critical: Punctuality AC and furnace supposed to be installed on October 5th. Job half done and supposed to be finished on November 5th. No one has shown up. Try someone else.

Dan is second to none! He only tells you what needs to be replaced in the future. There is No pressure from him. He is a very kind, honest man. Everyone at Boldt's are outstanding! This is why my husband and I have had their service for the past 10 years. Thank you Boldt's!
